At present, with the further development of network technology, the Internet of things is gradually developing. The development of the Internet of things technology establishes the correlation between things promotes the sharing of object resources and information on a global scale, facilitates the adjustment and upgrading of industries, and promotes the further development of China and even the global economy. In order to promote the further development of the Internet of things, many researchers began to explore the integration of the Internet with other high-end technologies. In this case, RFID information began to gradually enter the field of the Internet of things. RFID technology, as a new non-contact radio technology, is an important foundation for the further development of the Internet of things. However, we must realize that there are still some problems in the application of RFID information in the era of the Internet of things, and further research is necessary. This paper first gives an overview of the concept and working principle of RFID information, and with the help of weight function algorithm, carries out experiments on RFID information security, analyzes the main security problems affecting the application of RFID information in the era of the Internet of things, and puts forward relevant Suggestions on this basis. Cathodic protection is an important means to inhibit the electrochemical corrosion of pipelines, and the distribution of its potential directly affects the effectiveness of pipeline protection. By establishing a mathematical model of pipeline cathodic protection and using numerical simulation methods to study the distribution rule of pipeline cathodic protection potential, the main factors affecting the distribution of pipeline cathodic protection potential are determined by the embedding position and output current value of auxiliary anode. Then, the optimal buried position of the anode and the optimal output current value of the anode are used as optimization objectives to establish an objective function, and the optimal anode position and optimal anode output current value are searched out by the simulated annealing algorithm. Finally, the feasibility of the optimization scheme is verified based on the actual protection potential of the pipeline, and the results prove that the method has certain reference value for the design of cathodic protection.

Building a cloud service platform for CNC machine can save a lot of training costs and time, effectively solve the problems such as large investment in the renovation of CNC equipment and fast replacement speed, simulate the production and processing process of enterprises, and seamlessly connect real machine tools. The training cloud platform can provide MOOC-style teaching simultaneously and the information interaction of each simulation terminal is realized. Enterprise cloud platform is equipped with the online publishing function of enterprise requirements, remote expert system and early fault simulation and prediction function to realize the efficient utilization of intelligent manufacturing resources.

Object detection has always played a major role in the field of computer vision. With the development of faster region-based convolutional neural network (faster-RCNN), single shot multi-box detector (SSD), You Only Look Once (Yolo) and other deep learning networks, 2D object detection has been developed well developed. However, in some key areas, such as driverless vehicles and artificial intelligence robots, cannot meet the requirements of tasks just by detecting two dimensional (2D) objects. So we need to get the three dimensional (3D) position of the object. In 3D object detection, it is difficult to obtain object position information only by red-green-blue (RGB) image. There are some methods to get the 3D position of the target through the point cloud data set. Therefore, this paper proposes a deep learning network, which can combine both color image information and point cloud geometry information, while using MobileNet V3 as the backbone network greatly enhances the operation speed. The region proposal networks (RPN) layer in faster-RCNN is migrated to the network. After testing, the method proposed by us improves obviously in speed and recognition accuracy compared with the previous methods. © 2019 IEEE.

Aiming at the problem of different kinds of noise in 3D point cloud data, we propose a point cloud denoising method based on noise classification. This algorithm first divides noise in point cloud data into inner points and outer points, and uses radius filtering and statistical filtering to remove the outer points. Then, normal and curvature information of point cloud are estimated by the principal component analysis. At the same time, curvature information is introduced into the bilateral filtering factor to improve the existing algorithm. Ultimately, we smooth inner points mixed in point cloud by utilizing the modified algorithm. Comparing the improved algorithm with the bilateral filtering algorithm on the bunny, horse and dragon model, experimental results indicate that the maximum error and the average error are reduced. The algorithm in this paper makes models' features maintained better while models are smoothed.

Following the intuition that not all latent variables in probabilistic principal component analysis method shifts simultaneously, this paper proposes a spike-and-slab regularization technique for nonlinear fault detection and isolation. Different from the existing probabilistic latent variable models, a spike-and-slab prior is introduced to downweight the irrelevant information of latent variables for the discriminative model. The resulting latent subspace supported by regularization parameters is not only sensitive to the informative variables, but it also eliminates the influence of the non-informative ones. The feasibility and efficiency of the proposed approach will be tested on an industrial methanol distillation dataset. Moreover, the performance will be compared with conventional probabilistic latent variables methods.

Multi-access edge computing (MEC) has been recently considered in challenging environments lacking available terrestrial infrastructures by extending the computing resources to the air for further enhancing the computation capability of the new aerial user equipment (AUE). Additionally, wireless power transfer (WPT) is a promising solution to prolong the battery lifetime of energy-constrained wireless devices like AUEs. In this paper, we investigate the integration of laser-beamed WPT in the high-altitude platform (HAP) aided MEC systems for the HAP-connected AUEs. By discretizing the three-dimensional coverage space of the HAP, we present a multi-tier tile grid-based spatial structure to provide aerial locations for laser charging. With this setup, we identify a new privacy vulnerability caused by the openness during the air-to-air transmission of WPT signaling messages in the presence of a terrestrial adversary. A privacy-aware laser-powered aerial MEC framework is developed that addresses this vulnerability and enhances the location privacy of AUEs for laser WPT. Specifically, the interaction between the HAP as a defender and the adversary in their tile grid allocation as charging locations to AUEs is formulated as a Colonel Blotto game, which models the competition of the players for limited resources over multiple battlefields for a finite time horizon. Moreover, we derive the mixed-strategy Nash equilibria of the tile grid allocation game for both symmetric and asymmetric tile grids between the defender and the adversary. Simulations results show that the proposed framework significantly outperforms the design baselines with a given privacy protection level in terms of system-wide expected total utilities. © 2021, CC BY.

Aiming at the problem of large overshoot and long response time of bidirectional DC/DC in the energy storage part of DC micro-grid, a fuzzy self-tuning PI controller is designed in this paper to realize online setting of control parameters and achieve the purpose of optimizing traditional PI control. The results show that fuzzy self-tuning PI control can effectively solve the problem of slow tracking voltage and fluctuation in dc micro-grid. © 2019 IEEE.

Composition harmony mainly refers to the various components of the image that are sensed together as a harmonious and unified organism, it plays a key role in the assessment of image aesthetic quality. In this paper, a composition harmony assessment method based on the rule of thirds was proposed. The eye-tracking dataset was used to extract the saliency regions of the image and the composition harmony assessment method was designed by computing how close the centroid of the largest saliency region and the rule of thirds. Moreover, the effectiveness of the assessment method was analyzed by the subjective evaluation experiment results of the composition harmony. The experimental results showed that the composition harmony assessment method proposed in this paper is effective.

In this paper, a modulated signal recognition method based on feature fusion and ResCNN (FF-ResCNN) under generalized fractal noise background is proposed. Firstly, in the feature extraction and fusion part, considering the robustness, anti-noise and interpretability of the features, the fusion feature vectors of generalized fractal spectrum, instantaneous feature and high-order cumulant feature are constructed. Secondly, in order to suppress the possible gradient and degradation problems, the ResCNN model is used to train and classify the fusion features when the CNN model is used to further collect the deep-level abstract features. Finally, feature extraction, feature fusion and classification experiments are carried out for nine modulated signals under two noise types (GWN and fractal noise). Experimental results show that in the case of generalized fractal noise, when SNR=0dB, the recognition accuracy of signal modulation type reaches 95.42%, which verifies the superiority of the proposed method. At the same time, the simulation analysis is carried out for different feature fusion schemes, which provides a valuable reference for feature combination optimization under different noise environment.
