This paper proposes a multi-step ahead time series forecasting based on the improved process neural *** intelligent algorithm particle swarm optimization(PSO) is used to overcome the potential disadvantages of the neural network,such as slow convergence speed and derivative local ***,the theoretical analysis of the PSO is given to optimize the Multilayer perceptron(MLP) neural network ***,the theoretical analysis and processing flow about the MLP architecture optimization is ***,the performance criteria are applied to verify the performance of the proposed ***,the experimental evaluation based on a typically chaotic time series with rich spectrum information is utilized to demonstrate that the proposed approach has comparative results and superior on forecasting accuracy comparing to the traditional methods.

This work demonstrated the wide controllable range of the Local Surface Plasmon Resonance (LSPR) characteristic peak of the KTa x-1 Nb x O 3 @Ag ( [email protected] ). [email protected] nanocubes ( [email protected] NCs) and [email protected] nanorods ( [email protected] NRs) with different Ag loading rate have been prepared. Compared with [email protected] NCs, the LSPR characteristic peak of [email protected] NRs showed a wider controllable range and the enhanced factor could reach 5.48. This result could be derived from the higher aspect ratio of [email protected] NRs, resulting in an enhanced the coupling effect between KTN and Ag. This viewpoint could also be verified by the FDTD (Finite-Difference Time-Domain) calculation. With the increase of Ag loading rate, the coupling between KTN and Ag was weakened. And the characteristic peak of [email protected] show a blue shift, which shifts to the characteristic peak of Ag nanocrystal gradually. With the increase of Ag loading rate from 11 to 21 wt%, the LPSR characteristic peak of [email protected] NCs showed a blue shift from 569 to 547 nm, whereas peak for [email protected] NRs was shifted from 762 to 646 nm. This work combined the coupling effect of nanostructured KTN and Ag nanocrystals. And the anisotropy would be beneficial to broaden the LSPR controllable range of the characteristic extinction spectra of [email protected] Considering the low price of KTN, the [email protected] NRs should be a promising material applied in optical detection devices.

This paper had investigated the perception of visual comfort for the disparity gradient of stereoscopic 3D(S3D) image though subjective evaluation experiments. For the extraction of gradient features, the calculation of absolute disparity and relative disparity were all considered. The experiment result shown that the relative disparity gradient mainly affects the visual comfort under the circumstance of positive disparity, while the absolute disparity gradient would affect the viewing experience with negative disparity. As a whole, the higher both the disparity gradient was, the lower the rating score was. The research achievement is of practical value, which can not only provide importance experimental support for the visual perception mechanism, but also offer the valid basis for feature extraction of stereoscopic images. © 2019 IEEE.

With the development of the Internet and mobile terminals, more and more pirate digital music resources are easily disseminated online. To prevent the illegal copies propagating among mobile devices and protect the right of content providers. In this paper, we designed a practical real-time mp3 Copyright Protection System(MCPS) for mobile terminals which is based on Client/Server model and contains three parts: security channel, server and client. In particular, we established a secure channel based on SSL(Secure Sockets Layer) protocol, defined an identity authentication procedure between the server and the client. In the server, we designed RC4 based encryption algorithm for frame header, and chaotic based watermarking algorithms for frame body, respectively. In the client, we designed a novel mp3 streamd ecoder, where, for each frame, frame header is decrypted, and the embedded information is extracted and compared with its IMEI to decide whether to decode or not. The practical experiments show that the system can effectively protect copyright for digital_music and is of great.

As one of the core components of the machine tool, the reliability of spindle is very important for improving machine tool quality. To effectively evaluate the performance degradation degree of the spindle, a method of degradation evaluation of the spindle performance based on variational mode decomposition (VMD) and random forests (RFs) was proposed. Firstly, VMD is used to process the current signal to obtain several modal components. Then, the time domain and frequency domain features of each modes component are calculated as eigenvalues. Finally, the RFs algorithm is used to classify the eigenvalues. The experimental results show that VMD can decompose the signal better and avoid the phenomenon of the modal mixture. The combination of VMD and RFs can accurately and effectively evaluate the performance degradation of the spindle. © 2019 Institution of engineering and technology. All rights reserved.

In this paper, we will propose a super wide bandwidth low frequency antenna with a compact size for HF, VHF and UHF applications. The developed low frequency antenna consists of coplanar guide feeding structure, sleeve-like structure with lumped elements, reactance loading in the feeding. The antenna is investigated and evaluated in the HFSS, and the simulation results shows that the proposed antenna has a very wide fractional bandwidth of 191.9% from 10 MHz to 481 MHz for supporting the HF, VHF, UHF and P-band detection system applications in various platform like aircraft, ship and vehicles.

Machine chatter phenomenon has a great influence on the stability during the machining process of the machine tool. It has a great limitation on the machining efficiency of the machine tool and the machining accuracy of the product. The flutter of a machining center will appear when a certain machining center reaching a particular speed. The chatter will occur at a specific frequency. With the increase in the depth of cutting and the spindle speed, the value of chatter frequency will have complex changes;through the vibration test, it was confirmed that the two chatter frequencies are the natural frequencies of the product system and the spindle system, respectively. Improve the optimisation parameters and propose ways to suppress chatter. © 2019 Institution of engineering and technology. All rights reserved.

Aiming at the problem of low contrast and unclear edge of gray image in hyperspectral transmission imaging, the single-channel grayscale processing algorithm was applied to the simulated image based on the simulation experiment. The experiment shows that this algorithm improves the contrast to a certain extent and enhances the image edge and grayscale image quality. While improving the quality of grayscale images, this algorithm also triples the number of original images, providing a data enhancement method for heterogeneity detection using deep learning. Therefore, this experiment verifies the feasibility of the single-channel processing algorithm and may provide a method for multispectral transmission biological tissue images, it may be a data enhancement method that can be applied to deep learning for tissue image detection. © 2020, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Nowadays, visual comfort and stereo viewing experience are both important indicators for the assessment of Stereoscopic 3D (S3D) image. This paper mainly uses subjective evaluation method to study the perception experience for multiple display devices under varied modes and sizes: time-division 3D screen and 3D projector. A computer-generated object is set as the 3D target, with different parallax magnitude and color. The evaluating indicators include visual comfort, space perception and volume perception. The experimental results proved that in different display modes, the parallax magnitude and color have different effects on the perceived effect. Overall, the time-division screen showed better display performance than the projection. This data and analysis will provide foundational research for the related study of objective assessment of S3D images, and is helpful for the further development of display technology.
