Wargame can effectively improve the fidelity and efficiency of combat deduction, and has the ability to solve complex military problems. It is theoretical and military significance to carry out the research on the development and application of computer wargame system. In this paper, the method of knowledge representation and reasoning of fuzzy Petri nets is applied to the strategy of wargame deduction. The characteristics of the graphs are used to represent different variables with different symbols, which can form a concise PN map. This PN map can be used for the force representation and reasoning strategy in the wargame system. The results show that the Petri net-based knowledge representation and reasoning algorithm is very effective for the wargame strategy. © 2019 IEEE.

Objected to influences of impact to the whole body with sitting posture, the inverse dynamical analysis is carried out. Firstly by using the high-speed video camera, the images of the marked points on the body and the impact platform are captured and then the marked points’ displacement can be obtained. Taking those displacements as input parameters, the inverse dynamical composition are continued with AnyBody Modeling System and responses are obtained and the impact transfer performance of the vertical direction in the human body with sitting posture and the muscle activities could be confirmed. From the sitting musculoskeletal model, it is concluded that acting forces of the joints and the mechanism performance of those parts of the body could be computed with different impact loadings, which would be conducive to understand the impact influence for the most parts of the body;especially for those parts that could be not tested. The study could be better for the reasonable countermeasures with certain postures for random impacting loadings. © 2019 Institution of engineering and technology. All rights reserved.

Modeling deformable objects using local rigid body simulation

As two common types of objects in the world, rigid and deformable bodies are usually simulated with different models in computer graphics. In this work, we study how to reuse the rigid-body simulation techniques for modeling deformable objects. A deformable object is first decomposed into several overlapping patches. These patches are then simulated as rigid bodies. Finally, these patches are explicitly stitched to obtain the deformed shape. We tested our method with various configurations and show that rigid body simulation techniques can be effectively reused to model deformable objects. © 2018, © 2018 Informa UK Limited, trading as Taylor & Francis Group.

Accurate segmentation of the lumen and neovascularization (NV) in intravascular optical coherence tomography (IVOCT) images is critical for the precise diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery disease (CAD). However, the complex vascular geometry and the small, irregular morphology of NV pose significant challenges to traditional segmentation methods based on handcrafted features or single deep learning models. To address these limitations, this study proposes the Joint Graphical Consistency Learning Network (JGCLNet), which integrates convolutional neural networks and graph neural networks to enhance structural representation learning. The network employs a dual-branch architecture, allowing dedicated processing of lumen and NV segmentation tasks, and incorporates a graph convolutional module to extract vascular topological information, improving boundary delineation. Additionally, a joint consistency learning module is introduced to facilitate cross-task information sharing and interaction. To mitigate the severe class imbalance between NV and lumen, a weighted joint loss function is designed. Experimental validation on a dataset of 11,027 IVOCT images demonstrates that JGCLNet achieves Dice coefficients of 74.25% for NV and 99.11% for the lumen, significantly outperforming state-of-the-art methods while reducing false positive rates. Clinically, JGCLNet enables fully automated quantitative NV assessment, including NV area, density, count, and 3D visualization, providing robust support for early CAD diagnosis, lesion stability evaluation, and interventional planning. The high accuracy and automation capabilities of JGCLNet make it a promising tool for IVOCT-based CAD imaging analysis. © 2025 Elsevier Ltd

Preparation of Different Lights Irradiated ZnSe/GSH QDs and Their Interaction with BSA

Using L-glutathione(GSH) as a capping agent,Zn Se/GSH quantum dots(QDs) were prepared under microwave irradiation and irradiated under dark, ultraviolet light and incandescent light, respectively. The properties and interaction of different lights irradiated ZnSe/GSH QDs and bovine serum albumin(BSA) were studied systematically. The fluorescence(FL) spectra results reveal that the quenching mechanism are all the static quenching in nature. The quenching constant(Ksv) and binding constant(K) value of different irradiated Zn Se/GSH QDs and BSA all increased with the change of light types from dark to incandescent light and UV light. The number of binding site(n) is close to 1 at different temperatures. The lighting types influence the enthalpy and entropy changes. The Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectra indicate that the light induced GSH ligand will facilitate photocatalytic oxidation on the surface of ZnSe/GSH QDs. The circular dichroism(CD)results show that the α-helicity content of BSA decreases from 60.34%, 59.31%, to 58.79% under UV lighting,incandescent lighting and dark conditions. The interaction results of different lights illuminated ZnSe/GSH QDs with BSA by CD spectra method matches well with that by FL and FTIR spectra. That is, the interaction of ZnSe/GSH QDs and BSA from strong to weak is UV light, incandescent light and dark in sequence.

With the rapid development of binocular stereo vision technology, S3D images and videos have been widely used in many aspects. However, there are few researches on the detail perception of comfortable experience and stereo sense based on image content with certain disparity. Considering that texture is an important visual information contained in an image, in this paper, we designed the computer-generated S3D images containing two kinds of parallax based on three types of texture distribution and six regular textures for subjective evaluation. The influence of texture features on visual comfort, depth perception and the region of interest were studied through the related data analysis. For comparison with the content of disparities, the 2D images with same texture were designed and rated for assessment. Experimental results have shown that the texture was an important factor affecting the comfort perception. However, only when the subject and the background had texture at the same time, the texture was an important factor affecting the depth perception. The different texture distribution between the main subject and background would cause the change of area of interest and evaluation result. Overall, the larger the area of the texture, the lower the comfort evaluation results, and the higher the depth perception. Our studies will not only confirm the law of perception on S3D images with certain features, but also provide the guide for multidimensional content production and display, which have practical value for the development of S3D image and video technology.

Deep Attentive Generative Adversarial Network for Photo-Realistic Image De-Quantization

Most of current display devices are with eight or higher bit-depth. However, the quality of most multimedia tools cannot achieve this bit-depth standard for the generating images. De-quantization can improve the visual quality of low bit-depth image to display on high bit-depth screen. This paper proposes DAGAN algorithm to perform super-resolution on image intensity resolution, which is orthogonal to the spatial resolution, realizing photo-realistic de-quantization via an end-to-end learning pattern. Until now, this is the first attempt to apply Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) framework for image de-quantization. Specifically, we propose the Dense Residual Self-attention (DenseResAtt) module, which is consisted of dense residual blocks armed with self-attention mechanism, to pay more attention on high-frequency information. Moreover, the series connection of sequential DenseResAtt modules forms deep attentive network with superior discriminative learning ability in image de-quantization, modeling representative feature maps to recover as much useful information as possible. In addition, due to the adversarial learning framework can reliably produce high quality natural images, the specified content loss as well as the adversarial loss are back-propagated to optimize the training of model. Above all, DAGAN is able to generate the photo-realistic high bit-depth image without banding artifacts. Experiment results on several public benchmarks prove that the DAGAN algorithm possesses ability to achieve excellent visual effect and satisfied quantitative performance. Seasonal characteristics analysis and uncertainty measurement for wind speed time series

Wind speed’s distribution nature such as uncertainty and randomness imposes a challenge in high accuracy forecasting. Based on the energy distribution about the extracted amplitude and associated frequency, the uncertainty measurement is processed through Rényi entropy analysis method with time-frequency nat-ure. Nonparametric statistical method is used to test the randomness of wind speed, more precisely, whether or not the wind speed time series is independent and iden-tically distribution (i.i.d) based on the output probability. Seasonal characteristics of wind speed are analyzed based on self-similarity in periodogram under scales range generated by wavelet transformation to reasonably divide the original dataset and effectively reflect the seasonal distribution characteristics. Experimental evaluation based on the dataset from National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) is given to demonstrate the performance of the proposed approach. © 2020, Tech Science Press. Aiming at the catastrophic problem of common coal mine gas explosion, this paper combines the trend surface analysis method to establish a gas explosion warning model, and validates the model through actual data, and the model has good robustness. Through the data fusion of the comprehensive information of gas explosion, the gas and oxygen concentration are selected as the key indicators of the early warning model, and the trend surface analysis of the finite discrete data is established. The trend surface warning model of gas and oxygen concentration is established, and the distribution of key indicators is obtained. An accurate assessment of the quality of English classroom instruction is essential for moving English education reform forward while also raising English education standards in Chinese colleges. A comparison model for evaluating the quality of English classroom teaching is built using SVM-LM (Support vector machine-Learning Machine) model together with Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). The SVM-LM approach reduces the need for experiment samples while enhancing model fit because fewer hidden layer neurons are required for accuracy. According to results from experiments, utilizing the SVM- LM algorithm to assess English classroom instruction is a realistic option. Consequently, the study created English classroom teaching effectiveness index system has been successful and is intended to increase the standard of English language classroom instruction as well as how it is administered. The study results proved that the proposed algorithm works better than PSO.
