In this paper,a resource mobility aware two-stage hybrid task planning algorithm is proposed to reduce the resource conflict between emergency tasks and the common tasks,so as to improve the overall performance of space information ***,in the common task planning stage,a resource fragment avoidance task planning algorithm is proposed,which reduces the contention between emergency tasks and the planned common tasks in the next stage by avoiding the generation of resource *** emergency tasks,we design a metric to quantify the revenue of the candidate resource combination of emergency tasks,which considers both the priority of the tasks and the impact on the planned common *** on this,a resource mobility aware emergency task planning algorithm is proposed,which strikes a good balance between improving the sum priority and avoiding disturbing the planned common ***,simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is superior to the existing algorithms in both the sum task priority and the task completion rate.

To solve the problems of missed detection, repeated detection and low precision in the process of subpixel corner point detection of black-and-white checkerboard used for calibrating microscopic devices in complexed industrial environment, a new detection method based on greyscale constraint on the four-neighbourhood diagonal was proposed in the paper. By analysing geometric characteristics of the four-neighbourhood region and the grayscale features in diagonal direction, the SINC greyscale distribution was adopted to constrain corner point position, which realised rapid detection of subpixel corner point. Comparing with the existing methods, in the new method proposed the rate of repeated detection and missed detection decreased by about 20% and 2% respectively, which achieved a high rate of detecting accuracy over 99.9%. Meanwhile, the maximum error of corner point detection lowered from ±0.6pix to ±0.3pix, which showed that precision improved by about 50%. Finally, microscopic calibrating experiments used for micro-hole centring system were carried out. The results show centring error was reduced from 10 μm (before calibration) to 3 μm (after calibration), and centring precision was increased by about 75%. It demonstrated that the new method improved the accuracy and precision effectively, which verified its applicable feasibility of microscopic calibration used in industry spots. © 2019 Institution of engineering and technology. The scalability of photonic implementations of fault-tolerant quantum computing based on Gottesman-Kitaev-Preskill (GKP) qubits is injured by the requirements of inline squeezing and reconfigurability of the linear optical network. In this work we propose a topologically error-corrected architecture that does away with these elements at no cost-in fact, at an advantage-to state preparation overheads. Our computer consists of three modules: a 2D array of probabilistic sources of GKP states;a depth-four circuit of static beamsplitters, phase shifters, and short delay lines;and a 2D array of homodyne detectors. The symmetry of our proposed circuit allows us to combine the effects of finite squeezing and uniform photon loss within the noise model, resulting in more comprehensive threshold estimates. These jumps over both architectural and analytical hurdles considerably expedite the construction of a photonic quantum computer. Copyright © 2021, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Interconnection of bulk power systems necessitates high reliability of Security & Stability control System (SSCS). The routine test helps reduce the risk of unavailability of the SSCS. This paper newly proposed the optimization model to decide the optimal routine test interval, and the sensitivity model with respect to the upper/lower limits of the interval. At first, the fault tree and the state space models are derived for the SSCS. Then with the objective of reducing risk (and reducing economic loss), the equality constraints of the state probabilities, and the inequality constraints of the routine test interval and the cost, the optimization model to the interval is proposed. The Lagrange multipliers are found to describe the sensitivity of the objective function with respect to the limit of the intervals. Compared with repeated calculations, the proposed models are more efficient, and can deal with multiple parameters. The numerical results are given to show the application value of the proposed models.

This study presents an ultrahigh internal pressure compound booster cylinder and analyses the structure and principle of the cylinder. Its advantages include low input, high pressure output, and direct action on the execution cylinder. The model of the ultrahigh internal pressure compound booster cylinder is constructed by AMESim, and the result is analysed. By analysing the research and simulation results for this cylinder, the authors eventually designed an integrated composite hydraulic cylinder assembly that can realise the large pressure output of fast-forward and quick return actions. © 2019 Institution of engineering and technology. A novel and convenient method for human positioning based on computer vision is proposed. The new camera Realsense D435 from Intel is used to provide richer and more effective visual information. The positioning problem can be simplified to the conversion problem between point cloud and space coordinate system. Experimental results indicated that only several test points were needed to establish the conversion relationship between the two coordinate systems, thereby obtaining the position of the person. The accuracy meets the demand of the stage performance.

Object detection has always played a major role in the field of computer vision. With the development of faster region-based convolutional neural network (faster-RCNN), single shot multi-box detector (SSD), You Only Look Once (Yolo) and other deep learning networks, 2D object detection has been developed well developed. However, in some key areas, such as driverless vehicles and artificial intelligence robots, cannot meet the requirements of tasks just by detecting two dimensional (2D) objects. So we need to get the three dimensional (3D) position of the object. In 3D object detection, it is difficult to obtain object position information only by red-green-blue (RGB) image. There are some methods to get the 3D position of the target through the point cloud data set. Therefore, this paper proposes a deep learning network, which can combine both color image information and point cloud geometry information, while using MobileNet V3 as the backbone network greatly enhances the operation speed. The region proposal networks (RPN) layer in faster-RCNN is migrated to the network. After testing, the method proposed by us improves obviously in speed and recognition accuracy compared with the previous methods.

The large random errors in a typical MEMS gyros under the ranges of relative humidity condition. In order to solve the large random error under the ranges of relative humidity, a method based on adaptive threshold denoising and neural network is proposed in this paper. Full relative humidity experiment is carried to test LSM6DS3 MEMS gyros. Then the adaptive threshold denoising is used to separate the drift error and drift data modeled with RBF neural network. The experimental results show the effectiveness of the method, and it is of great significance in improving the performance of MEMS gyros. © 2018 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

In the era of e-commerce, purchase behavior prediction is one of the most important issues to promote both online companies' sales and the consumers' experience. The previous researches usually use the feature engineering and ensemble machine learning algorithms for the prediction. The performance really depends on designed features and the scalability of algorithms because the large-scale data and a lot of categorical features lead to huge samples and the high-dimensional feature. In this study, we explore an alternative to use tree-based Feature Transformation (FT) and simple machine learning algorithms (e.g. Logistic Regression). Random Forest (RF) and Gradient Boosting decision tree (GB) are used for FT. Then, the simple algorithm, rather than ensemble algorithms, is used to predict purchase behavior based on transformed features. Tree-based FT regards the leaves of trees as transformed features, and can learn high-order interactions among original features. Compared with RF, if GB is used for FT, simple algorithms are enough to achieve better performance. © 2018 The Institute of Electronics, Information and communication Engineers.
