In order to avoid the problem of unsatisfactory anti-jamming effect when the interference feature extraction of traditional anti-jamming algorithm is inaccurate, this paper takes BPSK spread spectrum signal as the research object, and proposes an anti-jamming algorithm for BPSK spread spectrum signal based on generative adversarial network. The algorithm firstly despreads the spread spectrum signal, and then images the despread signal, and uses the known disturbed despread signal set and undisturbed signal set for network training. The mapping relationship between the disturbed despread signal image and the undisturbed despread signal image is constructed by generative adversarial network, so as to achieve the purpose of interference suppression. Experiments show that the signal anti-jamming algorithm based on generative adversarial network proposed in this paper has better interference suppression ability than the frequency-domain notch anti-jamming algorithm under multi-tone interference and narrow-band noise interference. © 2022 IEEE.

Crankshaft journal size errors are unavoidable during the machining process, and limiting them within a certain range is crucial to ensuring the overall precision of the engine. When comparing domestically produced crankshaft grinding machines with those from abroad, it is evident that while the processing accuracy is similar, there is a significant gap in terms of processing stability. By analyzing the characteristics of the online measurement instrument and grinding process matching in crankshaft grinding, a simple online monitoring method for journal size errors is proposed. A dynamic error compensation method is proposed for such size errors, allowing the machine tool to automatically adjust the compensation amount to achieve self-adaptation and self-matching for the online measurement instrument and dimensional tolerances. Experimental verification shows that this method can significantly improve the dimensional error accuracy of the machine tool, meeting the needs of most customers in the market. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2024.

The traditional method of high ability of ECC used when NAND flash in low P/E cycles state would cause the waste of computing process and storage space. To deal with this problem, the research in this paper aims at ECC integrated operation cost. This point based on the following two main theories: (1) the increasing trend of average BER with the retention time and the P/E cycles can be easily modelled;(2) the reliability of different pages in the block varies, and only a small part of the whole pages is poor. The main idea is: traditional FTL management algorithm completed wear equilibrium, but it ignored the reliability difference between different pages. For different pages with different erasure conditions, we choose adaptation strategies of ECC for each page, in that way, we can avoid waste of computing and redundant area consumption of OOB (out of band) caused by high error correcting ability of ECC. The experimental results show that the adaptive page level ECC strategy not only meet the requirements of the reliability, but also raise the efficiency of ECC encoding/decoding. The access time of ECC data of was reduced by 38.1%, and the area consumption of OOB decreased by 56.7%. © 2022 IET Conference Proceedings. All rights reserved.

Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite networks have been heralded as a promising solution for provisioning space-based Internet services. However, the inherent dynamic topology, characterized by frequent variations in inter-satellite link states, causes pronounced fluctuations in latency and exacerbated packet loss rates. To address the challenge, in this paper, we formulate a routing design and optimization problem to maximize the average throughput with considering the end-to-end latency constraint and the real-time routing demand in LEO satellite networks. To solve this problem, we design an enhanced Multi-Agent Deep Reinforcement Learning (MADRL) algorithm, which encapsulates the intricate interplay among LEO satellite agents and their environs within a Real-Time Markov Decision Process (RTMDP) framework, and introduces the self-attention mech-anism to endow agents with a better grasp of environmental state dynamics. Simulation results demonstrate that our proposed routing design outperforms the benchmark schemes in terms of both end-to-end latency and network average throughput.

The elastic scattering features of the underwater target scattering wave depend on the physical parameters of the target, such as the material and structure. Intuitively evaluating the influence of the elastic scattering wave on the characteristics of the whole scattering wave signal is difficult due to the coupling and superposition of the elastic scattering wave and the geometric scattering wave of the target. Based on the different modulation characteristics of broadband echo spectrum produced by target geometry scattering and elastic scattering wave, this paper characterizes and studies the modulation features of echo spectrum and tests the influence of physical parameters on the echo spectrum of underwater target using several simple cylindrical targets with different physical parameters. Moreover, the geometric scattering wave and the elastic scattering wave of the simple target echo are extracted using the fractional Fourier transform (FrF $T$ ) domain filtering method, and the influence of physical parameters on the echo spectrum is quantitatively analyzed.

In order to improve the efficiency of indoor mobile robots in locating and segmenting environmental instances, an instance segmentation method based on RTMDet is proposed. Firstly, the more powerful ConvNeXt V2 is used as the backbone network of the model, which improves the performance of the existing RTMDet model. Subsequently, NAS-FPN is used as a converged network to detect the network at any given time. Finally, AdamW is used as the model optimiser, which effectively solves the problem of excessive memory occupation when updating parameters and improves the performance of the model. The proposed method obtains the highest evaluation index in all cases. After training and testing on the Cityscapes data set, the recognition accuracy reaches 65.0%. © 2024 Inderscience Enterprises Ltd.

The excellent transmission performance of 5G provides reliable support for vehicular edge computing (VEC). However, due to the drawbacks of small coverage area and high energy cost of 5G base stations (BSs), long-term usage will bring huge economic costs to service operators. In this paper, we design a new 4G-5G hybrid offload architecture for VEC scenarios. On this basis, we first build the mathematical model and find that it cannot be solved directly. Then we design algorithms for offline and online cases respectively. Simulation results show that our online algorithm (ONA) can significantly reduces the operator's economic cost while achieving a high task success rate, and the effect is better than other comparison schemes. For example, when the number of tasks is 705,600, the economic cost is reduced by 8.47%-48.7% compared to AA, RS and GA scheme. © 2023 Inderscience Enterprises Ltd.

This article proposes an intelligent frequency agile design strategy for radar network using coalition game theory to counter wideband sweep jamming, which is formulated as a two-stage decision-making problem. In the first stage, the entire frequency agile range is divided into several non-overlapping agile subrange, and each radar selects a frequency agile subrange to join, which is solved by the coalition formation algorithm. Then, after achieving a stable coalition partition, a distributed multi-agent reinforcement learning algorithm is developed to address the specific carrier frequency selection problem within each coalition. By combining these two stages of the frequency agile design strategy, a joint coalition formation game and distributed Q-learning algorithm (CFDQ) is proposed. Finally, numerical simulations are conducted to illustrate the superiority of the proposed algorithm over several typical frequency agile strategies. © 1965-2011 IEEE.

As a subsystem of society, higher education is an inevitable choice to meet the political and economic development of a country. Research of the higher education evaluation system is of great significance to the development of society. In this paper, a backpropagation (BP) neural network model is established to predict the future development scale of higher education. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and partial least squares regression (PLS) structural equations were used to verify the scientificity and feasibility of the model. BP neural network has strong nonlinear mapping capabilities, and it is capable of the prognostics. It performed well on issues with more complicated internal mechanisms. Through experimental simulations, it is found that the BP neural network model has a good fit when making predictions and the relative error is less than 3%, which shows that the prediction results obtained with this model have high reliability. © 2021, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.
