The data in the blockchain cannot be tampered with and the users are anonymous,which enables the blockchain to be a natural carrier for covert ***,the existing methods of covert communication in blockchain suffer from the predefined channel structure,the capacity of a single transaction is not high,and the fixed transaction behaviors will lower the concealment of the communication ***,this paper proposes a derivation matrix-based covert communication method in *** uses dual-key to derive two types of blockchain addresses and then constructs an address matrix by dividing addresses into multiple layers to make full use of the redundancy of ***,to solve the problem of the lack of concealment caused by the fixed transaction behaviors,divide the rectangular matrix into square blocks with overlapping regions and then encrypt different blocks sequentially to make the transaction behaviors of the channel addresses match better with those of the real ***,the linear congruence algorithm is used to generate random sequence,which provides a random order for blocks encryption,and thus enhances the security of the encryption *** results show that this method can effectively reduce the abnormal transaction behaviors of addresses while ensuring the channel transmission efficiency.

With the rapid development of service computing technology, more and more companies and organizations are encapsulating and publishing their operational data or resources to the Internet in the form of Web services, resulting in an exponential increase in the number of Web services. To automatically generate or recommend a group of Web services according to the user's natural language requirements description, to build a Mashup application to meet the user's requirement is a hot topic in service computing. Some researchers enhance the quality of Web service recommendation by using auxiliary information into the recommendation system. However, they mainly focus on adding external information (e.g., pre-training of external corpora) to enhance semantic features, while some internal statistical features of the corpus such as word distribution on labels and frequency are not fully exploited. Compared to other exterior knowledge, statistical features are naturally compatible with Web service recommendation tasks. To fully exploit the statistical features, this paper proposes a Web service recommendation method based on adaptive gate network and xDeepFM model. In this method, firstly, the description document of Web services is taken as the basic corpus, the semantic and statistical information in the corpus are mined by utilizing the adaptive gate network, and the statistical features are encoded by a variational encoder. Secondly, the similarity between Web services is derived from the semantic features, at the same time the popularity and co-occurrence of Web services are calculated. Thirdly, the xDeepFM model is used to mine the explicit and implicit higher-order interactions in the sparse matrix which consists of the above information to recommend Web services for Mashup application. Crowdsourcing is a sourcing model where individuals or organizations obtain goods and services from a large, relatively open and often rapidly evolving group of internet users. The most common way that crowdsourcing can facilitate machine learning is to annotate instances with labels [1]. However, the same instance may have inconsistent class labels, in the eyes of various annotators. Therefore, current efforts in crowdsourcing mainly focus on the truth inference or label integration, to remove inconsistent labels or to alleviate biased labeling. In turn, instances with the integrated labels could facilitate the training on machine learning models. The future direction of crowdsourcing is to apply more fine-grained truth inference methods to different application domains [2]. Consequently, we evolve toward another challenging problem of comment integration. That is, how can we integrate or summarize the core opinions of multiple product comments obtained from users, rather than the discrete labels. © 2023 IEEE.

Dual incomplete multi-view multi-label learning (DIMVMLL) aims to make accurate predictions for multiple labels by exploiting incomplete multi-view information and incomplete multi-label information from input samples. Since the view information and label information of samples are incomplete in this task, existing DIMVMLL methods classify samples based on the semantic relationships between view features and labels. However, in the DIMVMLL task, exploring the consistent and complementary information between views is important for the classification performance of model. To learn high-quality view consistency information and complementary information, we propose random masked autoencoders framework (RMAF). First, we design a triple reconstruction loss for the dual-channel autoencoders to guide the model in extracting consistent and complementary information between views and introduce contrastive learning to guide the model in learning private information for each view. Second, we propose a feature-level random masking strategy to enhance high-level feature extract ability of the autoencoders. Furthermore, to preserve the feature semantic structure, we introduce structure loss. Wireless Body Area Network (WBAN) is a vital application of the Internet of Things (IoT) that plays a significant role in gathering a patient's healthcare information. This collected data helps special professionals like doctors or physicians analyze patients' health status to cure different diseases. However, collecting such information from an insecure channel can be threatening due to the potential security threats. Therefore, it is crucial to secure this sensitive information. This article proposes a secure and lightweight authentication protocol for WBAN. The devised protocol is scalable, secure, and lightweight compared to various relevant competing protocols. The informal security analysis shows that the designed protocol is lightweight, secure, and efficient in resisting various major attacks. The performance analysis demonstrates our protocol's supremacy over various competing protocols in terms of computation and communication costs, inducing efficiency of 20.3% and 12.3%, respectively. Moreover, the practical performance of the designed protocol from the network point of view is measured using the widely recognized NS3 simulation tool. © 2005-2012 IEEE.

Existing research on speaker and emotional voice conversion often focuses on separate tasks, neglecting their joint exploration. Furthermore, the limited availability of emotional corpora for target speakers poses a significant challenge for training robustness and generalized models. This paper proposes an improved scheme for speaker-emotion voice conversion with limited target speaker's emotional corpus, integrating a large language model and a pre-trained emotional speech synthesis model. It introduces several enhancements to enhance the quality of converted speech in terms of speaker similarity and emotional expressiveness. First, emotionally tagged text is generated using a large language model and emotional speech is synthesized from this text using a fine-tuned pre-trained emotional speech synthesis model. Then, a speaker-emotion voice conversion model is co-trained with both synthesized and real target emotional speech. Finally, the model is fine-tuned with the real target emotional speech to further boost the speaker and emotional similarity. © 2025 IEEE.

In multi-view multi-label learning (MVML), each sample can be represented by multiple view features and associated with multiple labels. Most existing MVML algorithms are based on the assumption that all views share the same label set. However, in practice, different views may contain distinct label information, that means a single view cannot fully represent all labels. Based on this issue, the LVSL algorithm effectively learns view-specific labels and obtains superior classification performance. However, LVSL still has the limitation that it fails to consider the correlations between views, leading to suboptimal learning results. In this paper, we propose an improved LVSL algorithm named LVSL_VC (LVSL with view consensus). We incorporate view consensus learning into the original LVSL framework. Firstly, we employ view weights to model view consensus, assuming that views with similar weights will yield similar prediction outputs, conversely, they will be different. Secondly, we integrate the view consensus into the LVSL framework and construct a new classification model. Finally, we utilize an alternating optimization method to solve the problem. Extensive experimental results demonstrate that the LVSL_VC outperforms other state-of-the-art MVML algorithms. © 2025 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).

A sentiment analysis scheme for image and text comments based on multimodal deep learning and spatiotemporal attention is proposed to address the issues of incomplete spatiotemporal considerations, incomplete implementation details, and cutting-edge theoretical algorithms in graphic and textual sentiment analysis schemes. The proposed model has clear layering including data preprocessing layer, modal encoding layer, modal fusion layer, sentiment classification layer, loss function and optimizer, evaluation and feedback. The implementation details of each layer are introduced. The entire scheme model incorporates Multimodal Fusion Neural Network (MFNN) deep learning and spatiotemporal attention mechanism, which makes the scheme perform well in terms of security, robustness and performance, making up for the shortcomings of existing research schemes. © 2025 IEEE.

Alzheimer Disease Detection Studies: Perspective on Multi-Modal Data

OBJECTIVES: Alzheimer's Disease (AD) is one of the most common neurodegenerative diseases, resulting in progressive cognitive decline, and so accurate and timely AD diagnosis is of critical importance. To this end, various medical technologies and computer-aided diagnosis (CAD), ranging from biosensors and raw signals to medical imaging, have been used to provide information about the state of AD. In this survey, we aim to provide a review on CAD systems for automated AD detection, focusing on different data types: namely, signals and sensors, medical imaging, and electronic medical records (EMR). METHODS: We explored the literature on automated AD detection from 2022-2023. Specifically, we focused on various data resources and reviewed several preprocessing and learning methodologies applied to each data type, as well as evaluation metrics for model performance evaluation. Further, we focused on challenges, future perspectives, and recommendations regarding automated AD diagnosis. RESULTS: Compared to other modalities, medical imaging was the most common data type. The prominent modality was Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). In contrast, studies based on EMR data type were marginal because EMR is mostly used for AD prediction rather than detection. Several challenges were identified: data scarcity and bias, imbalanced datasets, missing information, anonymization, lack of standardization, and explainability. CONCLUSION: Despite recent developments in automated AD detection, improving the trustworthiness and performance of these models, and combining different data types will improve usability and reliability of CAD tools for early AD detection in the clinical practice. ControlNet excels at creating content that closely matches precise contours in user-provided masks. However, when these masks contain noise, as a frequent occurrence with non-expert users, the output would include unwanted artifacts. This paper first highlights the crucial role of controlling the impact of these inexplicit masks with diverse deterioration levels through in-depth analysis. Subsequently, to enhance controllability with inexplicit masks, an advanced Shape-aware ControlNet consisting of a deterioration estimator and a shape-prior modulation block is devised. The deterioration estimator assesses the deterioration factor of the provided masks. Then this factor is used in a modulation block to adaptively adjust the model's contour-following ability, which helps it dismiss the noise part in the inexplicit masks. Extensive experiments prove its effectiveness in encouraging ControlNet to interpret inaccurate spatial conditions robustly rather than blindly following the given contours, suitable for diverse kinds of conditions. We showcase application scenarios like modifying shape priors and composable shape-controllable generation. Codes are available at github. © 2024 ACM.
