Aqueous zinc-ion batteries are highly favored for their enhanced safety and reduced ***,there exist challenges including zinc dendrite,hydrogen evolution,and surface corrosion to be *** electrolyte additives is a highly convenient approach to solving zinc anode-related *** by industrial corrosion protection,a trace amount of the corrosion inhibitor urotropine(URT)is used as an electrolyte additive to protect the zinc *** calculation and experimental analysis confirm the adsorption of URT molecules onto the surface of Zn,which inhibits hydrogen *** adsorption further leads to the formation of an inorganic-organic bilayer solid electrolyte interface(SEI)on the surface of the zinc anode,effectively protecting the Zn anode from corrosion,hydrogen evolution and zinc *** presence of SEI enables symmetrical Zn//Zn cells to exhibit a long cycling performance of 1750 h at 1mA/cm^(2)and an average coulombic efficiency of 99.0%at 1mA/cm^(2)in Zn//Cu *** being coupled with polyaniline(PANI),the Zn//PANI full battery displays excellent cycle stability and specific capacity.

With the increase in the amount of consumer-generated-media, e.g., blogs and social networking services (SNS), user-generated information about travel is also increasing. Research has been conducted on tourist spot recommendation systems that utilize user-generated information. However, the credibility and quality of such information varies among users, and it is better to use credible information in tourist spot recommendation systems. Thus, in this paper, we propose a blogger credibility scoring method based on blog analysis for a tourist spot recommendation system. Specifically, multiple indicators are defined based on metadata obtained from blogs and blog data to score the credibility indicators of travel bloggers. © 2023 IEEE.

Investigations of the mechanical response of dummy HTPB propellant grain under ultrahigh acceleration overload conditions using onboard flight-test measurements

In this paper,to study the mechanical responses of a solid propellant subjected to ultrahigh acceleration overload during the gun-launch process,specifically designed projectile flight tests with an onboard measurement system were *** projectiles containing dummy HTPB propellant grains were successfully recovered after the flight tests with an ultrahigh acceleration overload value of 8100 *** onboard-measured time-resolved axial displacement,contact stress and overload values were successfully obtained and *** compression tests of the dummy HTPB propellant used in the gunlaunched tests were carried out at low and intermediate strain rates to characterize the propellant's dynamic properties.A linear viscoelastic constitutive model was employed and applied in finite-element simulations of the projectile-launching *** the launch process,the dummy propellant grain exhibited large deformation due to the high acceleration overload,possibly leading to friction between the motor case and propellant *** calculated contact stress showed good agreement with the experimental results,though discrepancies in the overall displacement of the dummy propellant grain were *** dynamic mechanical response process of the dummy propellant grain was analysed in *** results can be used to estimate the structural integrity of the analysed dummy propellant grain during the gun-launch process.

The Electro-Hydrostatic Actuator(EHA)is a typical hydro-mechatronic control *** to the limited accuracy of measurement,inadequate knowledge,and vague judgments,hybrid uncertainties,including aleatory and epistemic uncertainties,inevitably exist in the performance assessment of EHA *** methods ignored the hybrid uncertainties which can hardly obtain a satisfactory result while wasting a lot of time on the experimental *** overcome this drawback,a metamodeling method for hybrid uncertainty propagation of EHA systems is developed via an active learning Gaussian Process(GP)*** proposed method is bifurcated into three pillars:(A)Initializing the GP model and generating the optimum candidate sampling set by an Optimized Max-Minimize Distance(OMMD)algorithm,which aims to maximize the minimum distance between the added samples and original samples,(B)maximizing the learning function and generating new samples by a developed farthest or nearest judgment strategy,while updating the original GP model,and(C)judging the convergence by three uncertainty metrics,i.e.,the area metric,maximum variance metric,and the mean value metric.A numerical example is exemplified to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed ***,the EHA system of aircrafts is examined to show the application of the proposed method for high-dimensional *** effects of the uncertainties in the Proportional-Integral-Differential(PID)of the EHA system are also examined.

Recently, researches on the reliability analysis of phased mission systems (PMSs) are very popular. And most of the existing research on PMSs assumed that all the components are statistically independent on each other, which is not meet the engineering reality. The system structure changes from phase to phase in the PMSs, so the dependency among components may also change in different phases. Meanwhile, the well-known phase dependency is also existing in the system reliability modeling. To model the varying dependency among components and phase dependency at the same time, a copula-based method is proposed for the reliability analysis of PMS with correlated components. Firstly, the system reliability of multi-state PMS with dependent components is evaluated by different copula functions. Then, multiple indicators are used to select the optimal copula functions for different phases. And an engineering case is illustrated to show the proposed copula-based method.

This paper investigates rapid cooperative guidance with finite time convergence in the context of missile attacks. Cooperative guidance systems play a crucial role in coordinating multiple missiles toward a common target efficiently in three-dimensional space. The missiles are assumed to be only able to exchange the time-to-go information with the neighbors based on an undirected communication network. A distributed guidance law called finite-time rapid cooperative guidance (Fit-RCG) is proposed. A nonlinear term is designed in Fit-RCG to ensure a faster convergence rate, and the finite time convergence is proved by using tools from graph theory and Lyapunov theory. The swift evolution of technology demands a highly efficient system with seamless integration of components. Evolution of system on Chip (SOC) has modified making use of different components within a single chip. Therefore, it becomes very crucial to manage these components. The Advanced Microcontroller Bus Architecture (AMBA) bus architecture, a standard SOC interconnection, enhance Intellectual Property (IP) core reusability and streamlines data transmission. Advanced High-Performance Bus (AHB) is part of AMBA family used for High-speed data transfer communication protocol manages with high bandwidth components like processor or memory. Advanced Peripheral Bus (APB) is specifically used for connecting with low bandwidth components like keyboard and mouse. Thus, the importance of AHB2APB bridge becomes very vital. It is the backbone of all data transfer that takes place within a SOC. This paper focuses on reviewing different reported studies in this field, implementing Register Transfer Level (RTL) schematic of AHB2APB bridge. © 2024 IEEE.

Geometric characteristics of single bead fabricated by continuous fiber reinforced polymer composite additive manufacturing

Continuous fiber-reinforced polymer composite additive manufacturing (CFRP-AM) provides an efficient and effective solution to fabricate composites with intricate designs and high performance that are unattainable with conventional composite manufacturing technologies. The geometric characteristic of a single bead is essential information for process improvement and planning of CFRP-AM but has not been reported yet. This study investigates the geometric attributes of single bead fabricated by continuous fiber-reinforced polymer composite additive manufacturing to provide researchers insights into the relationship between geometry design and performance of fabricated parts. The width of beads fabricated by various process settings is characterized and modeled with response surface models. Moreover, the influence of the geometry design, e.g., curvatures and turning angles, are qualitatively studied and analyzed. Corresponding benchmark toolpaths are proposed for characterization studies. Lastly, the performance of two CFRP-AM platform configurations, i.e., three degree-of-freedom gantry and six-degree-of-freedom articulated types, are compared in terms of the geometric accuracy of typical features. © 2022

The surrogate-assisted evolutionary algorithm (SAEA) is one of the most efficient approaches for addressing expensive continuous or combinatorial optimization problems. However, it encounters significant challenges in expensive mixed-variable optimization problems (EMVOPs). To overcome this limitation, a dual-state-driven evolutionary optimization (called DSDEO), integrating a surrogate-assisted mixed-variable evolutionary optimization stage (MVEOS) and a surrogate-assisted continuous-variable evolutionary optimization stage (CVEOS), is proposed in this paper. Specifically, MVEOS employs global and local search to enhance the exploration and exploitation of the mixed-variable space. Global and local searches are alternately executed if one search fails to yield a better solution. CVEOS utilizes a continuous-improvement strategy to refine the continuous variables of the best solution obtained so far. Experimental results demonstrate the advantages of DSDEO compared to some state-of-the-art SAEAs on many benchmark problems. © 2023 IEEE.

Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) have been widely employed as airborne base stations to enhance terrestrial communications. However, the growing demand for communications, spectrum and energy resources are increasingly in short supply, while malicious jamming from jammers threatens the communications reliability. To address these challenges, we propose a joint reliable channel selection and power control approach for multi-UAV-enabled communications networks under malicious jamming attacks, with the goal of maximizing user communication capacity under limited energy constraint and avoiding malicious jamming from jammers. Due to the dynamic and time-varying nature of communication environments, we propose an intelligent resource optimization algorithm based on game theory guided reinforcement learning. To be specific, we employ a hierarchical learning algorithm based on the Stackelberg game to help users in the follower layer cooperatively select channels to against co-channel interference and jamming, and develop a deep reinforcement learning-based algorithm for dynamic power control to maintain communication efficiency. Simulation results demonstrate that our proposed approach can significantly improve the user communication rate and achieves faster convergence compared with existing algorithms. © 2024 IEEE.
