In today's digital age, recommendation systems have become an important tool in many sectors, including education. This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of the literature related to recommendation systems in an educational context. Using major scientific databases and bibliometric analysis tools, we evaluate publications from the last 5 years to identify research trends, collaboration patterns, and methodological developments. Our results show a significant increase in the number of publications and interest in this field, with a wide variety of research themes ranging from personalized learning to optimization of educational resources. The most dominant analytics techniques include collaborative filtering and content-based filtering, while hybrid and deep learning approaches show growing potential. In addition, we identified geographic and institutional concentrations of research, as well as a set of challenges such as data privacy and the need for adaptation to learner dynamics. This research underscores the importance of recommendation systems in improving tailored educational experiences and supporting data-driven academic decisions. We also offer insights for future research directions, including the need for interdisciplinary research and closer international collaboration. © 2024 IEEE.

After mastering the key technologies of manufacturing spaceborne Synthetic Aperture Radar(SAR),China's SAR satellites have been successfully launched into *** the only civil microwave satellite listed in the"National High-resolution Earth Observation system Major Project,"the Gaofen-3(GF-3)01 satellite is the first C-band multi-polarization SAR satellite with a resolution of 1 ***-3 series satellites stand out among civil SAR satellites worldwide because of their high resolution,wide swath,high geometric radiation quality,multiple imaging modes,and long operation *** GF-3 series satellites as an example,this study introduces the development of China's civil SAR satellites,as well as their processing strategies and *** success of the GF-3 series satellites shows that China's SAR remote sensing technology has stepped into a new era of high-quality and high-precision Earth observations.

This research addresses the challenge of assessing equipment decision-making effectiveness in environments characterized by uncertainty and multiple influencing factors. We propose a novel approach involving the creation and optimization of a dynamic Bayesian network-based model tailored for equipment decision-making processes. The model facilitates a systematic evaluation of decision-making effectiveness by incorporating various factors, including equipment performance, environmental conditions, and enemy defensive capabilities. A comprehensive assessment system has been developed to simulate the penetration capabilities of different equipment through enemy defenses. Moreover, this study identifies potential errors in the effectiveness evaluation model by analyzing its performance in typical scenarios, pinpointing areas for enhancement. © 2024 IEEE.

Software testing is an essential part of the Software Development Lifecycle because of its importance both before and after code is written. As such, it necessitates the use of well-developed, well-executed processes and procedures. This article attempts to discuss both existing testing techniques and possible enhancements to those procedures in the sake of higher quality assurance. Extensive testing, including validation and verification, is required to guarantee that the software satisfies all clients' requirements. As a result, software development processes and testing strategies are made. However, software testing strategies provide a well-thought-out sequence of actions that should reliably yield results, as opposed to software testing approaches, which focus on how to test a specific feature or function. In this analysis, the advantages and disadvantages of various software testing strategies are explored. Furthermore, it specifies the basic life cycles that must be observed throughout quality assurance testing. © 2022 IEEE.

A construction investigation and configuration process that is imposed on the development of a software item is known as the software development life cycle. Testing is now an important and crucial phase in the software development life cycle in every organisation. Fundamentally important to the software development cycle is testing. Testing should begin early in the software development process to prevent potential bugs, reduce costs, and aid in determining requirements. Software testing is done with the intention of strengthening software and preventing problems. The testing phase of the software development life cycle is critical and vital. However, the manner in which it is finished varies from one association to the next. Software testing has evolved into a component of development, and it is wiser to start testing in the early phases in order to avoid problems by fixing bugs at the end. Additionally, the purpose of testing in the software development life cycle is to improve steadfast quality, execution, and other crucial components that may be characterized as SRS. The SDLC consist an explanatory plan that described to create, schedule, and maintain specific software. Federated learning is a new machine learning paradigm used for collaborative training models among multiple devices. In federated learning, multiple clients participate in model training locally and use decentralized learning methods to ensure the privacy of client data. However, although federated learning protects the privacy of client data, the update gradients uploaded by clients may still contain sensitive information. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a secure aggregation protocol which can verify the aggregation results under federated learning and protect gradient privacy. The core idea of this aggregation protocol is to use encryption technology to achieve secure computation between clients, ensuring the privacy of gradients during the aggregation process. At the same time, bilinear pairing technology is used to achieve the verifiability of aggregation results, ensuring the correctness and usability of the model after aggregation. In order to evaluate the security of the protocol, this paper conducts a detailed security analysis. The results show that this protocol has higher security properties compared to the existing related protocols. In addition, the computation and communication costs of the protocol are analyzed, which show that the protocol has good credibility and applicability in practical federated learning scenarios. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

One of the most noteworthy, essential, and important issues in the PC world is software project development. It is a portion of the life cycle for developing frameworks (SDLC). The goal of the SDLC is to reduce the likelihood of failure and disappointment while improving the quality of the software product. The structure that includes multiple tasks and assignments to be completed during the software development process is known as the SDLC. In order to examine existing models, have included five of these SDLC models in this paper: the cascade model, the angular model, the twisting model, and the iterative model. As a result, support and upgrades for the software should be based on current requirements for long-term and stable usage. This study illustrates the concept of testing and its role in quality assurance, experimentation and test levels, and the ongoing planning, execution, and observation of tests. This outline was created with the intention of focusing on the current SDLC sequence.. Approx 300 circulations were selected in addition to the crucial accentuation carried out with embeddings inquiry toward the open-source data collections. © 2022 IEEE.

Virtual memory, with the support of address translation hardware, is a key technique in expanding programmability and memory management in GPUs. However, the nature of the GPU execution model heavily pressures its translation hardware, particularly due to a discrepancy in the behavior of page table walkers and thousands of concurrently running threads. In GPU workloads, multiple threads simultaneously access a number of pages necessitating a substantial number of translations whereas each walker handles only a single walk request at a time. Such a limitation significantly increases the queueing latency of walk requests, which we observe as a major bottleneck for servicing page table walks in GPUs. To tackle this challenge, we investigate a design of page walkers that facilitates multiple walk requests to be handled together in batches. Then, we make the following observations: 1) allowing a page walker to issue beyond a single memory request significantly improves the throughput of walkers, and 2) GPU applications tend to concurrently access pages in wide address ranges. By leveraging the above implications, we propose Marching Page Walks (MPW) that effectively mitigate the contention in GPU page table walkers. MPW scans pending walk requests to identify ones that can be grouped together. Then, MPW batches these requests and concurrently handles them by issuing multiple memory instructions. Experiments show that MPW reduces the queueing latency of page walks by 86.7% and improves GPU performance by 55.6% over the baseline design. © 2025 IEEE.

Researchers in the field of information systems are becoming more interested in this subject as a result of the increased use of digital platforms as a new way to organise social and commercial activities. As a result, over the past ten years, the literature on digital platforms has greatly increased. However, as platforms change and a number of problems remain unsolved, academics call for greater research on the subject. Therefore, a review of the existing literature is necessary to better understand what has been accomplished and the potential avenues for future study. A thorough review of the literature on digital platforms, which included 100 publications from IS and management journals, was done by our team. The study's key findings point to some ambiguity in how digital platforms are currently conceptualised. They also emphasise how multifaceted digital platforms are, which reflects the variety of ways they are used in real life. © 2022 IEEE.

The open array chip is an incredibly valuable tool for analyzing single molecule levels. Its efficiency, speed, compatibility, and precision make it an essential part of this process. However, efficient sample addition has become a significant challenge in the development of open array chips due to the coupling of the solid-liquid interface and the need for high-precision control. To address this challenge, we have developed an integrated adding sample device using technology of generates and detects controllable droplets array based on an open array chip with a biomimetic structure. This device combines a microfluidic chip, image detection, and smear speed regulation. We have studied the factors that affect the efficiency of sample loading, such as the number, speed and fluctuation of smears, and microwell size. The experiments have shown that the open array chip with the microwell’s diameter of 350 µm can generate arrays of ~470/cm2 ~8 nL droplets, significantly reducing controlled speed fluctuation errors by7.24% and volume fluctuation errors by 24% compared to traditional manual ways. The device has also displayed excellent performance on chips with microwell diameters of 120, 350, 700, and 1300 µm, respectively, with a notable first-time success rate of up to 91% on chips with microwell diameters of 120 µm. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2023.
