One of the biggest challenges in Music Information Retrieval (MIR) is classification. MIR is a subset of Machine Learning (ML), where the methods found in computer science can be used to solve problems in the music domain area. Indonesia is an archipelago country inhabited by around 1,340 ethnic groups spread across 38 provinces. This ethnic group has a variety of cultures, including folk songs, and almost every area in Indonesia has folk songs. In this study, we conducted a regional classification of 500 Indonesian folk songs from 10 regions in Indonesia. We build a model for regional classification tasks using the MIR approach. This model combines feature selection and dimension reduction capabilities. By using hyperparameter tunning and a cross- validation of 5 folds, the result of our proposed model for regional classification of Indonesian folk songs using K-NN with PCC-LDA can obtain an accuracy rate of 84.7%. © 2023 IEEE.

The testing stage is essential in software development because it determines the quality level, which is indicated by minimal errors. Meanwhile, the error that is discovered by the tester is called a fault. Therefore, this research aims to create a Model-Based Testing (MBT) using the equivalence partitioning technique in the black-box method. The model is expected to log software errors such as Access, performance, initialization, a data structure or external database, incorrect or missing functions, to identify, categorize, and fix them methodically and appropriately. Based on the discoveries, the errors form a dataset that measures the accuracy of the fault output using a neural network algorithm. The result showed the formation of MBT can be developed using the equivalence partitioning technique by measuring the fault output accuracy level using a neural network algorithm, where the average accuracy rate is 80%. © 2022 IEEE.

A semi-analytical finite element method(SAFEM),based on the two-scale asymptotic homogenization method(AHM)and the finite element method(FEM),is implemented to obtain the effective properties of two-phase fiber-reinforced composites(FRCs).The fibers are periodically distributed and unidirectionally aligned in a homogeneous *** framework addresses the static linear elastic micropolar problem through partial differential equations,subject to boundary conditions and perfect interface contact *** mathematical formulation of the local problems and the effective coefficients are presented by the *** local problems obtained from the AHM are solved by the FEM,which is denoted as the *** numerical results are provided,and the accuracy of the solutions is analyzed,indicating that the formulas and results obtained with the SAFEM may serve as the reference points for validating the outcomes of experimental and numerical computations.

Zero-trust security is a novel concept to cope with intricate access,which can not be handled by the conventional perimeter-based architecture *** device-to-device continuous authentication protocol is one of the most crucial cornerstones,especially in the IoT *** the zero-trust architecture,trust does not rely on any position,person or ***,to the best of our knowledge,almost all existing device-to-device continuous authentication relies on a trust authority or a node to generate secret keys or secret *** is betrayed by the principle of zero-trust *** this paper,we employ the blockchain to eliminate the trusted *** node is chosen to produce the public parameter and secret keys for two entities through the practical Byzantine fault tolerance consensus ***,the devices are categorized into three folds:trusted device,suspected device and untrusted *** the first two can participate in authentication,and they have different lengths of security parameters and intervals to reach a better balance between security and *** we prove the security of the initial authentication part in the eCK model and give an informal analysis of the continuous authentication ***,we implement the proposed protocol on simulated *** result illustrates that our scheme is highly efficient,and the continuous authentication only costs around 0.1ms.

Examining topic-level variability in modeling Twitter data can potentially yield more comprehensive insights into public perception during critical periods, thereby enhancing natural disaster mitigation and surveillance efforts. In this study, we utilized generalized linear mixed models (GLMMs) to illustrate the variability in tweet counts related to specific topics in Indonesia during the flood events that occurred in February 2021. The glmmTMB library in R was employed for this purpose. The data were assumed to follow two distinct exponential distributions: Poisson and Negative Binomial. To incorporate random effects, random intercepts and random slopes were introduced, allowing them to vary randomly across topics in the initial two models. Additionally, the final model addressed issues related to dispersion and zero-inflation. By evaluating the Akaike Information Criteria scores, we determined that a model based on the Negative Binomial distribution with random zero-inflation intercepts best fit the data. The chosen model formulation and the estimated parameters have the potential to forecast topic-specific trends in Indonesian flood-related Twitter data. © 2023 The Authors. The integration of 3D vision technology has profoundly impacted various aspects of our lives, with point clouds emerging as the predominant geometric representation in the field due to their simplicity, ease of processing, and low acquisition costs. However, limitations in 3D scanning hardware often result in sparse, noisy, and unevenly distributed point clouds, which impede the effectiveness of subsequent 3D vision tasks. To obtain high-quality and precise point clouds, researchers have introduced upsampling algorithms that enhance point cloud representativeness through *** recent years, deep learning has supplanted traditional algorithms that rely on a priori data, owing to its robust learning representation capabilities and data-driven nature. Consequently, deep learning algorithms for point cloud upsampling have become a highly valuable research direction within the 3D vision domain. This paper delves into recent advancements in deep learning algorithms for point cloud upsampling by first defining the problem and analyzing the technical challenges from six perspectives. It then provides an overview of the relevant benchmarks in point cloud upsampling and traces their developmental *** paper further examines the technical issues in the three critical steps (point cloud local feature extraction, feature space expansion, and coordinate reconstruction) of the overall deep learning algorithm for point cloud upsampling. It categorizes the prevalent technical solutions, discussing their merits and drawbacks, and offers optimization strategies. Lastly, the paper presents a forward-looking perspective on potential research directions in this field from four angles. © 2023 SPIE.

Classification of Indonesian crops is a critical task in developing farming and getting more understanding of agriculture. However, there is no clear task in classifying types of crops in Indonesia. Transfer learning has been used successfully in a variety of image classification applications. Thus, in this paper, we collected images of Indonesian crops from the internet randomly and proposed a classification by using transfer learning of deep learning with four pre-trained models: EffficientNetB0, ResNet18, VGG19, and AlexNet. In the experiment, augmentation techniques such as random horizontal flip, random vertical flip, and random affine were utilized to prevent the network from overfitting. The result found that EfficientNet-B0 outperformed other models with an accuracy of 82.55. Then, the model struggled to distinguish between crops in the same family. According to the results, although transfer learning can work well to classify images of Indonesian agricultural crops, some improvements are still required to address existing issues. © 2023 The Authors. This study aims to examine the computational efficiency of blockchain-based digital signature technologies with respect to healthcare data security. When thinking about the revolutionary opportunities and risks posed by healthcare data digitization, concerns regarding data privacy and security have come to the forefront. Blockchain technology, which is both decentralised and immutable, offers a promising alternative. Two of its primary uses, data integrity and identity authentication, are made possible by digital signature systems. We conducted a comprehensive analysis to find out how efficient different protocols are in healthcare computing. Among these protocols were EdDSA, ECDSA, and Schnorr signatures. Our research indicates that efficiency is significantly affected by protocol selection. Despite the strong security it provides, data validation delays may occur due to the increased processing expense generated by ECDSA. Schnorr signatures and EdDSA are viable solutions that offer a reasonable compromise between security and efficiency. By delving into optimization methodologies and associated difficulties, this research paved the road for the ethical application of blockchain technology in healthcare. The healthcare industry, policymakers, and IT developers all benefit from our study when it comes to selecting and improving methods for secure and efficient data storage. This study uniquely examines the computational efficiency of blockchain-based digital signature protocols in healthcare data security, addressing optimization methodologies and highlighting the suitability of Schnorr signatures and EdDSA. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2025.

After the COVID-19 pandemic, broadband internet utilization is predicted to continue to grow and experience a significant increase. The pandemic has changed how people work, study, communicate, shop, and carry out many aspects of daily life. Research reported that since 2018, research on broadband internet has continued to increase until now. This quantitative study examines the impact of the four critical variables on the link between attitude, availability, pricing, and quality of service (QoS) on broadband internet customer satisfaction using the Structural Equation Model approach and the Partial Lease Square technique. Three hundred and sixty-one citizen respondents in DKI Jakarta Province were collected using the snowball sampling method facilitated by Google Forms. At the same time, the COVID-19 post-pandemic was still ongoing in Indonesia. Through rigorous statistical analysis, the results show that customer satisfaction with broadband internet services is influenced by all factors, from attitude towards broadband Internet, broadband Internet availability, broadband Internet price, and service quality. The implications of this research are significant for service providers. They provide actionable insights for developing effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase broadband internet subscriptions. © 2023 IEEE.

With the growing demands for Precision Agriculture (PA) in Indonesia, researchers have evaluated the utilization of Machine Learning for predicting oil palm yields and determining variables affecting them. Previous studies showed that meteorological variables, including rainfalls and wind speed, are associated with oil palm yields. In this research, the Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) model and the Shapley Additive exPlanations (SHAP) were deployed for analyzing the importance of 15 agrometeorological variables in predicting oil palm yield. The best model attained 1.911 RMSE and 0.855 RRʹ. By analyzing the weights and gains of the XGBoost model along with the SHAP values, it was found that the yield in the previous year, the age and number of plants, the area of peat lands, and meteorological parameters such as rainfall rates and the number of rainy days in the previous three years were considered important. The previous year's yield in particular possesses the greatest weight and gain values according to the model, and the highest SHAP value among all input variables. However, the meteorological data used in this research are only limited to rainfall rates and the number of rainy days. In the future, more diverse variables can be analyzed. © 2023 The Authors.
