The palm oil business employs almost 20 million people, generates USD 21 billion in revenue, and plays a vital role in Indonesia’s social economy. The Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) to Palm Oil Mills (POM) distribution system is one important aspect of fruit quality. Three steps are involved in getting Oil Palm FFB from the plantation to the POM. The first part of the procedure involves cutting FFB from the tree, the second stage involves gathering the fruit at a fruit collection point (FCP), and the third stage involves transporting the fruit to the palm oil mill (POM). As of now, the cost of the FFB transportation is still considerable, accounting for roughly 15% to 20% of the FFB pricing. The use of the Business Intelligence (BI) idea in the oil palm harvesting system is presented in this study as a foundation for creating web-based applications.

An evaluating process that involves the multi parameters and rules is complex and complicated. Such complexity shows that the problem is a semi-unstructured problem. Thus, the problem faced is possibly solved by proposing a new intelligentdecision model to get the quantitative decision. Here, the experimental research was conducted by methodically operating the conception of multi-stage rule-based fuzzy logic. The experimental research is a Python programming language experiment and it is one implementation of the multi-stage rule-based fuzzy logic in solving the problem of a simple case for evaluating student performance. The evaluation model was designed thru an object-oriented approach and was conclusively able to show the result of100 dummy students’ performance values.

X-ray fluorescence holography (XFH) measurements were carried out for multiferroic Pb(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3 (PFN) single crystal to investigate variations in the local structures around Nb ions with decreasing temperature from 300 to 100 K, in combination with single-crystal x-ray diffraction (XRD) experiments. We find that the Nb–Pb correlation is more significantly changed by cooling than the average structure derived from the single-crystal XRD experiments, indicating a mobile feature of Nb ions. Also, we analyze previously obtained XFH results around Fe ions in detail for comparison with those around Nb ions. In contrast to the case of Nb ions, the variation in the Fe–Pb correlation with decreasing temperature is well explained by the average structure from 300 K down to the Néel temperature of about 150 K. On the other hand, a remarkable positional fluctuation between Fe and Pb ions is observed at 100 K, which is evaluated to be 90% larger than that between Nb and Pb ions. This observation strongly indicates the presence of spin-lattice coupling in PFN. The present study clearly elucidates the differences of local environment around the Nb ions from that around the Fe ions located at the same B-site.
