The area of the rice harvest in Banten Province in 2021 was 319,558 ha with a production of 1,63 million tons of unhusked rice or with a productivity of 5.1 tons/ha (CBS,2022). The objectives of this study were: 1) to optimize the target of rice and corn production in Banten Province, and 2) to optimize the target farmers' income in Banten Province. The study method used was a survey, with purposive sampling at the farmer level. Data were analyzed qualitatively (uses descriptive tabulation) and quantitatively (uses goal programming). The results of this study were:1) The target of rice production in the Banten Province of 2.1 million tons of unhusked rice can be achieved with the optimal area of irrigated paddy of 299,755.7 ha and the optimal area of field/dry land of 87,750.9 ha. The target for maize production of 1.75 million tonnes in Banten Province can be achieved with an optimal planting area of 342.211.7 ha of dry land. 2) The optimal area of food crops to achieve the farmer's income target in Banten Province in 2018 is IDR. 8.79 trillion comes from the planting area of lowland rice covering an area of 391,222.1 ha, the corn planting area of 169,059.9 ha, soybean planting area of 23,074.82 ha and cassava planting area of 2,832.77 ha. © 2023, The Authors. We study the simplest quantum lattice spin model for the two-dimensional (2D) cubic ferromagnet by means of mean-field analysis and tensor network calculation. While both methods give rise to similar results in detecting related phases, the 2D infinite projected entangled-pair state (iPEPS) calculation provides more accurate values of transition points. Near the phase boundary, moreover, our iPEPS results indicate that it is more difficult to pin down the orientation of magnetic easy axes, and we interpret it as the easy-axis softening. This phenomenon implies an emergence of continuous U(1) symmetry, which is indicated by the low-energy effective model and has been analytically shown by the field theory. Our model and study provide a concrete example for utilizing iPEPS near the critical region, showing that the emergent phenomenon living on the critical points can already be captured by iPEPS with a rather small bond dimension. © 2022, CC BY.

Optimization of K Value at the K-NN algorithm in clustering using the expectation maximization algorithm

Data is the most important thing in a study. The quality of the results of the research will be directly proportional to the quality of the data that will be used in the research is concerned. One of the problems that exist in the data set is the absence of a value in the data for a particular attribute or better known as the missing data. One method that is often used by researchers is the k-nearst Neighbor (KNN). However, this method has several drawbacks, one of which is the selection of appropriate values of k not to degrade the performance of the classification. In the process of calculating the parameters k KNN there that can affect the accuracy of the classification results. To use more than one parameter k then used by majority voting to determine the classification results. If the parameter k in KNN classification used 1 then the result was very tight because it will use the nearest neighbor to the results of the classification. Conversely, if the value of the parameter k used KNN is great then the classification results will *** research will optimize the parameters k in the UN tax cluster using the algorithm expectation Maximation(EM). The results of the research in the form of clustering information by using the number of clusters k value optimization and the number of clusters without using the optimization of the value k. Then analysis the results after getting data already clustered. Results from the study showed that k obtained from the optimization algorithm can improve the results of the cluster where the 66% error can be reduced to 64%, yet very close to the best result of the measurement accuracy is tested.

TOI-1266 is a benchmark system of two temperate (d = 3.68−+110511M⨁), and combine the TTVs with archival radial velocity (RV) measurements to improve our knowledge of the planetary masses and radii. We find that, consistent with previous studies, TOI-1266 b (Rb = 2.52 ± 0.08 R⨁, Mb = 4.46 ± 0.69 M⨁) has a low bulk density requiring the presence of a hydrogen-rich envelope, while TOI-1266 c (Rc = 1.98 ± 0.10 R⨁, Mc = 3.17 ± 0.76 M⨁) has a higher bulk density that can be matched by either a hydrogen-rich or water-rich envelope. Our new dynamical model reveals that this system is arranged in a rare configuration with the inner and outer planets located near the 3:1 period ratio with a non-resonant planet in between them. Our dynamical fits indicate that the inner and outer planet have significantly nonzero eccentricities (eb + ed = 0.076−+00029019), suggesting that TOI-1266 b may have an inflated envelope due to tidal heating. In this paper, we discuss the bad pair condition causing a singular stress at a vertex of the interface in three dimensional (3D) prismatic butt joints in comparison with the bad pair condition along the side. 3D finite element (FE) eigenanalysis is applied to obtain the singular index. We found that the bad pair condition at a vertex is slightly different from the well-known 2D bad pair condition α(α- 2β) > 0 , which can be expressed using Dundurs' parameter (α, β). It should be noted that in most cases the bad pair can be judged by (α, β) except for some cases where the bad pair depends on the material combination even under the same (α, β). To clarify the difference, the bad pair conditions are compared on the (α, β) diagram. For convenience, a simple expression for a bad pair is proposed on the basis of the theoretical consideration, and the validity is confirmed numerically. We also confirm that the bad pair condition along the side of the interface can be expressed using Dundurs' parameter as α(α- 2β) > 0 . © 2020 Japan Institute of Electronics Packaging. We consider state redistribution of a "hybrid" information source that has both classical and quantum components. The sender transmits classical and quantum information at the same time to the receiver, in the presence of classical and quantum side information both at the sender and at the decoder. The available resources are shared entanglement, and noiseless classical and quantum communication channels. We derive one-shot direct and converse bounds for these three resources, represented in terms of the smooth conditional entropies of the source state. Various coding theorems for two-party source coding problems are systematically obtained by reduction from our results, including the ones that have not been addressed in previous literatures. © 2020, CC BY.

Topological insulating phases are usually found in periodic lattices stemming from collective resonant effects, and it may thus be expected that similar features may be prohibited in thermal diffusion, given its purely dissipative and largely incoherent nature. We report the diffusion-based topological states supported by spatiotemporally-modulated advections stacked over a fluidic surface, thereby imitating a periodic propagating potential in effective thermal lattices. We observe edge and bulk states within purely nontrivial and trivial lattices, respectively. At interfaces between these two types of lattices, the diffusive system exhibits interface states, manifesting inhomogeneous thermal properties on the fluidic surface. Our findings establish a framework for topological diffusion and thermal edge/bulk states, and it may empower a distinct mechanism for flexible manipulation of robust heat and mass transfer. © 2021, CC BY.

Estimation of pelvic sagittal inclination from anteroposterior radiograph using convolutional neural networks: Proof-of-concept study

Alignment of the bones in standing position provides useful information in surgical planning. In total hip arthroplasty (THA), pelvic sagittal inclination (PSI) angle in the standing position is an important factor in planning of cup alignment [1] and has been estimated mainly from radiographs. Previous methods for PSI estimation [2], [3] used a patient-specific CT to create digitally reconstructed radiographs (DRRs) and compare them with the radiograph to estimate relative position between the pelvis and the x-ray detector. In this study, we developed a method that estimates PSI angle from a single anteroposterior radiograph using two convolutional neural networks (CNNs) without requiring the patient-specific CT, which reduces radiation exposure of the patient and opens up the possibility of application in a larger number of hospitals where CT is not acquired in a routine protocol. Software-Defined Networking (SDN) provides a tractable and efficient architecture for operators to customize their network functions. Many traditional Data Center Networks (DCNs) are upgraded by SDN to improve link utilization and management flexibility, but they are lack of the instructions for selecting the substitutive SDN switches with the proper flow table space to achieve cost-effective and energy-saving networks. In this paper, we fill the gap of solving the flow table space estimation problem based on queuing theory. First, we divide the life process of a flow table entry into the packet-in process, the handling process and the serving process to establish a queuing system to estimate the least required number of the flow table entries of SDN switches. Second, we analyze the traffic distribution of DCNs to calculate the critical parameters in our model. Third, on the basis of the essence of the structured topologies in DCNs, we construct a probability model of routing strategies to quantize the influence of path selection. Comprehensive experiments show that the relative flow table space estimation error of our model can be less than 10%, which can give operators insights into the requirement of the SDN switches at specific positions.

Background: Patients with critical illness may present with disease-related malnutrition upon intensive care unit (ICU) admission. They are at risk of development and progression of malnutrition over the disease trajectory because of inflammation, dysregulated metabolism, and challenges with feeding. Methods: The Global Leadership Initiative on Malnutrition (GLIM) convened a panel of 36 clinical nutrition experts to develop consensus-based guidance statements addressing the diagnosis of malnutrition during critical illness, using a modified Delphi approach with a requirement of ≥75% agreement. Results: 1. To identify pre-existing malnutrition, we suggest evaluation within 48 hours of ICU admission when feasible (100% agreement) or within 4 days (94% agreement). 2. To identify the development and progression of malnutrition, we suggest reevaluation of all patients every 7-10 days (97% agreement). 3. To identify progressive loss of muscle mass, we suggest evaluation of muscle mass as soon as feasible (92% agreement), and again after 7-10 days (89% agreement). 4. To identify the development and progression of malnutrition prior to and after ICU discharge, we suggest reevaluating nutritional status prior to ICU discharge and during clinical visits that follow (100% agreement). Conclusion: Research using consistent etiologic and phenotypic variables offers great potential to assess the efficacy of nutrition interventions for critically ill patients with malnutrition. Assessment of these variables at during and beyond the ICU stay will clarify the trajectory of malnutrition and enable exploration of impactful treatment modalities at each juncture. GLIM offers a diagnostic approach that can be used to identify malnutrition in critically ill patients. © 2025 The Authors
