Offloading application to cloud can augment mobile devices' computation capabilities for the emerging resource-hungry mobile application, however it can also consume both much time and energy for mobile device offloading application remotely to cloud. In this paper, we develop a newly adaptive application offloading decision-transmission scheduling scheme which can solve above problem efficiently. Specifically, we first propose an adaptive application offloading model which allows multiple target clouds coexisting. Second, based on Lyapunov optimization theory, a low complexity adaptive offloading decision-transmission scheduling scheme has been proposed. And the performance analysis is also given. Finally, simulation results show that,compared with that all applications are executed locally, mobile device can save 68.557% average execution time and 67.095% average energy consumption under situations.

Routing Protocol for LLN (RPL) in 6LoWPAN support IP-layer routing for wireless sensor network (WSN). In current RPL, sensor nodes communicate with Internet through root LBR (LoWPAN border router), around where there is more serious imbalance on energy consumption and traffic load compared with other wireless nodes. With ContikiOS[1], we proposed and implemented a multiple border routers scheme, including router selection algorithm based on the minimum value of rank evaluated by RPL, and transparent Multiple-LBR routing in Internet. Without adding extra signaling, Multiple LBRs support is increased in the existing 6LoWPAN. Under our scheme, the proposed 6LoWPAN is implemented on physical platform at last and ten-node WSN with two border routers does a good job. With our scheme, 6LoWPAN nodes can choose the border routers freely, and connect with the Internet seamlessly.

In recent years, integration and heterogeneous of network have become the two major characteristics of the future evolution about wireless communication. In this paper, multi-hop WIFI/LTE networks and dual-mode single communication mobile terminals, i.e. integral association, are considered in flat converged network. With the constraint of Quality of Service (QoS) for emergency service and load balance, a distributed optimization algorithms is constructed by jointing power control, vertical handoff and routing. More specifically, the framework model of network is represented by a generalized network utility maximization (NUM) problem. Furthermore, achieving utility maximization is proved to be NP-hard. Then, a generic framework is given to simplify the problem to arrive a distributed optimization algorithm. Simulation results show that the distributed algorithm can approach the optimal solution. Compared with greedy algorithm, the proposed one is able to improve the network utility on the basis of ensuring load balancing as much as possible.

In the convergence network which consists of cognitive self-organization network and mobile cellular network (MCN), the emergency service requires the network with higher reliability and quality of service (QoS). However, the time-variant factors such as spectrum, channel, network topology, node energy, as well as the gateway performance make the stochastic optimization problem of emergency service complex. In this paper, we create an optimum model which is based on the restless bandit theory[1], and propose an optimum algorithm for multi-path routing selection by considering the routing cross and overlap. In our algorithm, the multi-mode gateways are regarded as the key nodes to construct the routes between cognitive self-organization network and mobile cellular network. The cross and overlapped routes are taken into consideration to loosen and expand the routes set for selection. The communication process is divided into a few path decision stages, and some paths for multicast[2][3] communication are activated according to their real-time status in each stage. The trade-off between delay and energy efficiency is made for multi-path selection. Simulation results verify that our algorithm owns outstanding performance on decreasing delay and improving energy efficiency.

To ensure the reliability of transmission and prevent inter-carrier interference (ICI) between subbands, the sub-carrier frequency increment is usually greater than the bandwidth of sub-band for multi-carrier chirp. That will bring on false targets generated by pseudo peaks on High Resolution Range Profile (HRRP). At the presence of false targets, it is difficult to get the true position of target due to the serious influence on target detection. In this paper, the mechanism of pseudo peaks generation is analyzed and an algorithm is proposed to remove pseudo peaks while the image resolution is improved by Super-SVA, which reduces the echo pulse width. With the pulse width less than an unambiguous range, the HRRP without false targets can be obtained. With the analysis and simulation of single and multi-targets, the results indicate that this algorithm can effectively remove false targets caused by the pseudo peaks.
