To improve the disturbance rejection ability and repetitive tracking accuracy of manipulators,a composite iterative learning control(ILC) scheme via generalized proportional integral observer(GPIO) is proposed.A high-order polynomial is first employed to model the time-varying disturbances that include unmodeled dynamics,parameter uncertainties and load fluctuations.A GPIO is then designed to estimate the disturbances and high-order time *** introducing estimations into a PD-type ILC at each iteration,a composite control scheme is obtained,such that the undesirable influence of time-varying disturbances can be effectively attenuated in the repetitive tracking process of *** this paper,the rigorous stability analysis of the closed-loop system is presented to guarantee that the tracking error exponentially converges to zero as the iteration number tends to *** effectiveness of the proposed control scheme is finally verified by simulation results.

Sentence semantic matching requires understanding the semantic relationship between two sentences, which is widely used in various natural language tasks such as paraphrase identification, natural language inference and question answering. Usually, the underlying structure of sentence is not strictly sequential, this structure is hierarchical. This paper studies how to better model the hierarchical structure of sentence for semantic matching. Recent research suggests that BERT implicitly captures classical, tree-like structures. Based on this, this paper proposes to further enhance the strength of modeling hierarchical structure of language with an advanced variant of LSTM-Ordered Neurons LSTM(ON-LSTM), which introduces a syntax-oriented inductive bias to perform the composition of classical tree structure. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed approach, which enhances hierarchical structure of language, significantly improves the performance of sentence semantic matching. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In view of the actual decentralized development of the satellite service constellation and the trend of space-ground integrated information network, based on the idea of clustering, methodology of complex network community structure, a business scenario-oriented satellite network structure is designed. On the one hand, it reflects the different separation and integration of satellite constellations in business scenarios. On the other hand, the "head node"mechanism is introduced to be responsible for the interaction between constellation in different business scenarios. The satellite network structure is modeled using the growth and priority connection mechanism, and through computational derivation and simulation validation, the scale-free characteristics of the satellite network are revealed. Finally, through the simulation experiments on different satellite network parameters, the effect of different parameters on the static geometry, network efficiency, etc., are obtained. The influence of the law of the network will provide theoretical and methodological reference for the design of satellite network structure. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Prognostics and Health Management (PHM) has been researched on for recent years, and extensive studies have been done on hot topics into this field, such as diagnostics, prognostics, and decision making. However, how to evaluate PHM system architecture is still lacking. This is particularly important when designing avionics system equipped with PHM functions. We propose a general, time-variant architecture model that can simulate PHM system. Performance metrics are calculated to quantitatively evaluate the system architecture. This is useful to find differences of architectures in the earlier design stage in engineering. A case study is presented of the use of architecture modelling to show the effectiveness. And future works are discussed.

Main lobe interferences usually cause the distortion and peak offset of main lobe and the heighten of side lobe level in adaptive beamformers. The block matrix algorithm utilized the direction vector which was determined by both the antenna arrays and the direction of interference to eliminate the main lobe interference. But this algorithms is sensitive to the error occurred in the interference arrive angle and would consume the array of degrees of freedom. In this paper a new algorithm is proposed which projects the receive signal into a space which is orthogonal to the signal subspace to achieve the goal. The space can get by three steps. Frist we obtain eigenvalues by the decomposition of the covariance matrix of the snapshots to evaluate the noise power. Then we get a new matrix by removing the noise from the covariance matrix of the snapshots. At last we get the target space by conducting the singular value decomposition to the new matrix. Performance is mainly assessed in terms of the beamforming gain and the signal to interference and noise (SINR) ratio. Nowadays, modern warfare has changed from weapon-centric operations to network-centric system operations, which has led to the phenomenon of sea-level quantification of weaponry. It is an important research topic for combat commanders to select suitable weaponry from a large number of available resources when facing combat tasks. Recommendation technology is a solution to this problem, which can effectively solve the problem of information overload, so that combat commanders do not produce the phenomenon of “information loss”, in the shortest possible time to make the right decision. Therefore, this paper proposes a collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm for weaponry based on the knowledge graph and the idea of collaborative filtering. In this algorithm, the knowledge graph provides a clear data model with various association relationships, and the collaborative filtering algorithm can realize it without relying on professional experience, which can realize the recommendation process more actively, faster and more intelligently.

Softening behavior of lath martensitic steels is related to the coarsening of laths and dislocation evolution during cyclic *** the physical mechanism,we developed a dislocation-based model to study the cyclic plastic response for lath martensitic *** a block,we proposed an interfacial dislocation evolution model to physically present the interaction between mobile dislocations in the block and interfacial dislocations by considering the coarsening mechanism of the ***,the evolution behavior of backstress caused by dislocation pile up at the block boundary has been ***,a hierarchical model based on the elastic-viscoplastic self-consistent(EVPSC)theory is developed,which can realize the scale transition among representative volume element(RVE),prior austenite grains(PAGs)and *** to the proposed model,the effective mechanical responses including the cyclic hysteretic loop and peak stress at different cycles for lath martensitic steel have been theoretically predicted and investigated.

With the emergence of various kinds of complex radar jamming, radar jamming intelligent recognition technology has increasingly become the key to electronic counter-counter measures. To achieve radar jamming open-set recognition with a small number of tagged samples, Generative adversarial network-based pseudolabeled convolutional neural network (GAN-PL-CNN) model is proposed in this paper. Firstly, radar jamming is modelled, and the radar jamming datasets with known and unknown types are established after time-frequency transformation and image processing. Then, the adaptive pseudolabeling method is used to achieve semi-supervised recognition of radar jamming by combining the learning capability of convolutional neural networks and the characteristics of pseudolabeling to increase labeled samples intelligently. Finally, generative adversarial networks are introduced to enhance the recognition ability of the model and the discrimination ability of the unknown type through the game between the generator and the discriminator in the iterative process. Experimental results show that the GAN-PL-CNN model achieves 89.7%-95.1% for known types and 30.7%-86.8% for unknown types at 3%-6% labeling rate. As the number of labeled samples increases, the recognition effect becomes better and has a greater ability to exclude unknown type.

The space-ground integrated network is one of the important information infrastructures of the country in the future. In order to further promote its visualization research, the structural characteristics of the space-ground integrated network are analyzed from the perspective of network complexity. Firstly, it introduces the development status of the space-ground integrated network, and then describes its overall structure and composition, focusing on the analysis of the complex characteristics of the space-ground integrated network structure from four aspects: heterogeneity, multi-layeredness, dynamics and distribution. Finally, Prospects for the next research direction.
