In the complex electromagnetic environment of modern electronic warfare, active deception jamming poses a serious threat to radar. This paper proposes the identification of active deception jamming based on residual neural network (RESNET), and studies the bispectral characteristics of the signal and the method of identifying the active deception jamming of RESNET. This algorithm firstly extracts the bispectral features of the jamming signal, and uses the bispectral diagonal slice as the input of RSNET to realize the recognition of active deception jamming. simulation results show that the algorithm has high recognition accuracy, not only has good anti-noise performance, but also has excellent robustness under low JSR. © 2021 IEEE.

In view of the characteristics of complex influencing factors and coupling interaction of various combat capabilities in the effectiveness evaluation of space- based information system (SIS), the effectiveness evaluation method of SIS based on improved AHP-BP neural network was proposed, which was mapped to multi-attribute decision making problem. The weight of experts was determined from the objective perspective to improve the traditional AHP and calculate the relevant influencing factors among experts. The comprehensive evaluation value is obtained according to the evaluation matrix, and the comprehensive weight of the index is obtained by the weighted average of the expert weight and the index weight. The evaluation data obtained from improved AHP and combat simulation data are used as prior samples to train BPNN to obtain the effectiveness evaluation model. Finally, sample data were obtained through MATLAB and STK co-simulation to evaluate the operational effectiveness of SIS and verify the effectiveness of the model. © 2021 IEEE.

The evaluation of effectiveness of space-based information system (SIS) is of great significance for modern warfare in integrated operations. In view of characteristics of complex impact factors, small number of samples and strong nonlinearity of effectiveness evaluation, support vector regression (SVR) is adopted to evaluate effectiveness. At the same time, cuckoo search optimizer (CSO) is introduced to optimize the three parameters of SVR. The simulation results indicate that improved SVR has higher accuracy than the traditional SVR and BP neural network, and can effectively evaluate the effectiveness of SIS. © 2021 IEEE.

Due to the influence of platform movement trajectory deviation, electromagnetic wave propagation path error and other factors, imaging radar echo data will inevitably contain error phase, causing defocus of imaging results. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a fast phase error correction algorithm for imaging radar based on dominant scatterers. By fully considering the spatial variability of the error phase and solving the problem through operations such as dominant scatterers optimization and azimuth error phases combination. This algorithm ensures the accuracy of error phase estimation while greatly improves the efficiency of the algorithm. Experimental results based on simulation data and measured data demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. © The Institution of Engineering & technology 2023.

In order to solve the problem of effectiveness evaluation of military communication network (MCN) under complex application conditions, an intelligent evaluation method based on BP neural network is proposed. Based on the establishment of hierarchical evaluation index system, a neural network model is used to describe the mapping relationship between the index value and the overall effectiveness, and samples are extracted from experts' experience to train the neural network, so as to realize the intelligent evaluation and calculation of MCN's effectiveness. The simulation results show that this method has high accuracy, simplicity and can meet the requirements of MCN effectiveness evaluation under various military application conditions. © 2021 IEEE.

Aiming at the complexity of space-based information system (SIS) effectiveness evaluation and the coupling and interaction of various combat capabilities, a data-driven operational effectiveness evaluation model is proposed. By introducing the PSO-BPNN to fit the performance evaluation I/O data, design the mapping relationship between the neural network input layer, hidden layer, output layer and hierarchical index system. On this basis, the affiliation relationship among the indicators at each level and the association relationship between the indicators are excavated, and the SIS effectiveness evaluation model is constructed. Taking the maritime integrated joint operations supported by space-based information as an example, the effectiveness data is obtained by using MATLAB, VENSIM and STK co-simulation. By quantitatively analyzing the coupling interaction between indexes, the operational effectiveness of SIS was evaluated, and the accuracy of the model and the feasibility of the evaluation method were verified. © 2021 IEEE.

In order to study changes in the effectiveness of reconnaissance satellite system (RSS) in supporting maritime operations, based on the key factors of dynamic confrontation system of the offensive and defensive parties, the feedback relationships between variables are analyzed. According to the feedback relationship, a system dynamics (SD) model based on Lanchester equation was established and simulated on the VENSIM platform to compare and analyze operational effectiveness of different RSS allocation schemes. simulation analysis shows that RSS can increase the rate of detection and acquisition of information and accelerate the loss of the enemy. At the same time, when the sensor parameters are similar, increasing the number of weapons can significantly reduce the loss, which provides a certain theoretical support for decision-making analysis in combat. © 2021 IEEE.

By broadcasting false Global Navigation Satellite system (GNSS) signals, spoofing attacks will induce false position and time fixes within the victim receiver. In this article, we propose a Sparse Decomposition (SD)-based spoofing detection algorithm in the acquisition process, which can be applied in a single-antenna receiver. In the first step, we map the Fast Fourier transform (FFT)-based acquisition result in a two-dimensional matrix, which is a distorted autocorrelation function when the receiver is under spoof attack. In the second step, the distorted function is decomposed into two main autocorrelation function components of different code phases. The corresponding elements of the result vector of the SD are the code-phase values of the spoofed and the authentic signals. Numerical simulation results show that the proposed method can not only outcome spoofing detection result, but provide reliable estimations of the code phase delay of the spoof attack. © 2022 IEEE.

Considering the complexity of effectiveness evaluation index of reconnaissance satellite system (RSS), the cloud model theory and AHP method are combined. A fuzzy evaluation method of combat effectiveness based on cloud model is proposed. A multi-layer evaluation index system is constructed through the AHP method, and the weight of each level index is calculated. Combining the multi-dimensional cloud model with the AHP method, a quantitative fuzzy evaluation method for qualitative indicators and quantitative data is designed, and the qualitative evaluation results are obtained. The experimental results show that the proposed evaluation method can effectively realize the fuzzy quantitative evaluation under the complex evaluation index system with good performance in terms of calculation accuracy and fuzziness. © 2021 IEEE.

In this paper, An elliptical patch dipole antenna with resistive loading and parasitic structure is proposed. By loading the parasitic structure, the height of the antenna is reduced. The overall dimensions of the antenna are $0.16\lambda_{0}\times 0.08\lambda_{0}\times 0.03\lambda_{0}$ , and $\lambda_{0}$ is the free-space wavelength at the lowest frequency. By loading large reflective floors, the proposed antenna achieves a good unidirectional radiation performance in the whole frequency band from 0.18 GHz to 2 GHz with a $\text{VSWR} < 2$ , and an in-band peak gain of up to 7.41 dBi is obtained. It is a good candidate antenna for ground-penetrating radar.
