Nowadays, modern warfare has changed from weapon-centric operations to network-centric system operations, which has led to the phenomenon of sea-level quantification of weaponry. It is an important research topic for combat commanders to select suitable weaponry from a large number of available resources when facing combat tasks. Recommendation technology is a solution to this problem, which can effectively solve the problem of information overload, so that combat commanders do not produce the phenomenon of “information loss”, in the shortest possible time to make the right decision. Therefore, this paper proposes a collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm for weaponry based on the knowledge graph and the idea of collaborative filtering. In this algorithm, the knowledge graph provides a clear data model with various association relationships, and the collaborative filtering algorithm can realize it without relying on professional experience, which can realize the recommendation process more actively, faster and more intelligently.

The mobile node communication in terahertz monopulse system requires narrow beam to align with the mobile target precisely. In this paper, the radiation pattern of four-horn monopulse antenna is analyzed by use of the geometric optics (GO) and aperture field integration method (AFIM), and an efficient placement optimization to reduce the beamwidth of four-horn monopulse is presented. The optimization combines the genetic algorithm (GA) with GO-AFIM. The GA is employed to seek the optimal positions of the four horns, and the GO and AFIM are introduced into the fitness function of GA to evaluate the individual fitness. The optimization result has narrowed the beamwidth and enhanced gain of radiation pattern. Compared with the simulation in full wave software, the proposed method costs less time in pattern analysis and performs more efficiently in placement optimization.

In response to the problems existing in traditional SAR image target detection methods, such as complicated processes, long detection times, and poor detection effects in complex backgrounds, this paper proposes an integration of detection and recognition method based on deep learning for large-scene SAR images with vehicle targets. The paper introduces the issues of target identification through three stages of target detection, identification, and classification in traditional methods. To address these problems, this paper introduces a one-stage detection network based on YOLOv5 to construct a SAR image vehicle target detection and recognition algorithm. To verify the performance of the algorithm, this paper generated a dataset containing 10 different vehicle targets in large-scene SAR images and applied it to experiments. The results demonstrate that the algorithm has good performance and fast detection speed. The research results of this paper can provide important references for large-scale SAR image target detection.

In order to develop a new kind low-dimensional and efficient chaff interference mode, a discontinuous super-long chaff made of S-type glass fiber is proposed. In this paper, its kinematics and scattering characteristics in the thin atmosphere are emphatically studied. simulation results show that long chaffs have stronger shape-maintaining ability and better interference effect than the traditional dipole chaffs under different polarization conditions. © 2021 Applied Computational Electromagnetics Society (ACES).

A distributed fault-tolerant formation control law is designed in this paper for multi-agent systems under external disturbances and actuator faults including time-varying loss of effectiveness faults. The initial position of each agent is already on a circle and the control purpose is to form a desired formation on this circle. Based on this local information, a distributed adaptive formation control law is designed by employing the congelation of variables method to deal with time-varying actuator faults. A new RCS reduction method for the antenna array is proposed. Previous works have shown that the radiation pattern function of an antenna array is equal to the array element radiation pattern function multiplying the radiation array factor. Similarly, scattering factor is used to express an important parameter for analyzing the scattering characteristics of antenna arrays. The expression equation of the scattering factor of several conventional arrays can be derived directly, and then the maximum scattering direction of the antenna array can be obtained. In order to prove the validation of the scattering factor, several arrays are simulated by integral equation method, and finally proposed the condition of non-scattering-grating-lobe. © 2021 Applied Computational Electromagnetics Society (ACES).

With the improvement of computer computing power, the shortcomings of the computational inefficiency of the genetic mining algorithm are compensated, and the genetic mining become a research hotspot. In this paper, for the Evolutionary Tree Miner (ETM) algorithm in noise processing can not find the low-frequency effective path and remove the shortage of noise, an ETM fusion algorithm based on log classification is proposed. The algorithm performs process model mining for high-frequency and low-frequency logs separately, and get model fusion based on alignment ideas, Eventually mining the complete process model. Through the simulation of event log data verification, the improved algorithm achieves more complete process model mining than the original ETM algorithm.

With the surge of emergency task demand, large-scale Earth observation satellite emergency scheduling has become a practical problem which is urgent to be solved. In view of this situation, this paper analyzes the constrains and conflict relationship in this problem, and proposes a DQN-based hyperheuristic algorithm. The algorithm includes encoding and decoding, deep Q-network and several low-level heuristic operators. A Markov decision model of this problem is established and 7 low-level heuristic operators are designed according the feature of this problem. After training, DQN behaves well when selecting operators for the scheduling scheme. Finally, several groups of comparative experiments verify the algorithm's ability in solving large-scale satellite emergency scheduling problems.

The space-ground integrated network is one of the important information infrastructures of the country in the future. In order to display its network structure in all directions and from multiple angles, a multi-view visualization interactive analysis method is proposed. First introduces the relevant basic technology, and then constructs the network dynamic model, which is mainly divided into three parts: link visibility analysis, relative motion analysis and visualization model construction. Finally, the digital earth technology is based on a unified coordinate system and data source. Establish a multi-dimensional view on it and provide a variety of interactive operations. Experimental results show that this method can more comprehensively show the structure of the space-ground integrated network, and help users understand its evolutionary law.
