The length of ships plays an important role in target classification and recognition, but to estimate ships' length in real time is difficult by traditional single radar observation. To solve this problem, the dual-radar collaborative observation method is proposed in this study to jointly calculate the ship length, by using the obtained HRRP (High Range Resolution Profile). The effect of SNR (signal-to-noise ratio) on estimation error of system parameters and the ship length estimated is simulated. The results show that the method can estimate the ship length effectively, the estimation error of the ship length is not more than one meter under high SNR (more than 10dB), which provides a reference for feature extraction and target recognition of ships. © The Institution of Engineering & technology 2023.

An improved quantum-real hybrid genetic algorithm (IQGA-RGA) with a segmental-reconstruction jamming-signal optimization model is proposed for the segmental reconstruction of a multi-false target jamming-signal optimization problem. The jamming evaluation function is set based on the mean-level constant false-alarm detection threshold, and the objective function is optimized using IQGA-RGA. The introduction of local quantum catastrophes at the early stage of evolution improves the optimization speed of the algorithm at an early stage. With improved optimization effect under the initial quantum coding condition, the optimization result of the real-coded genetic algorithm at the later stage is closer to the global optimal solution. simulation results show that compared with the real number-coded genetic algorithm and quantum genetic algorithm, the IQGA-RGA has the characteristics of fast convergence speed and strong optimization searching ability, and it can effectively solve the optimization problem of segmented reconstructed jamming signals. © The Institution of Engineering & technology 2023.

This paper considers the joint design of the antenna position and power allocation in a shared aperture sparse phased array. We introduce a new optimization model relying on the minimization of the Peak Sidelobe Levels (PSL) of beampattern under the antenna position constraints, mainlobe constraints and transmit power constraints. In order to tackle the non-convex problem, we resort to a Modified Membrane Algorithm based on P systems (MMAPS) along with its each iteration executed in parallel. Finally, numerical simulations verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. The results highlight that MMAPS can obtain a better beampattern in terms of the PSL in comparison with the available methods. © 2021 IEEE.

The rapid development of the Internet has revo-lutionized our lives, providing us with an array of convenient services. However, this revolution has also led to the problem of data overload. Personalized recommendation services have been widely recognized as an effective solution to this problem by both the industrial and academic communities. Accurate prediction of click-through rate (CTR) is a critical task in personalized recommendation systems since it can improve the user's shopping experience, ultimately increasing revenue for the platform. To achieve accurate CTR prediction, it is crucial to capture user interests. While several methods for interest modeling exist, challenges related to user interest evolution and user behavior noise need further attention. This paper proposes a novel CTR prediction model named the Evolutionary Interest Representation Network (EIRN), which learns the evolving interest representation of users from their behaviors, profiles, and environmental attributes. In the model, we introduce an advertisement correlation graph decomposition layer and a noise filter layer to enhance and purify the user behavior representation. An interest extraction layer is designed to capture sequential correlations and common characteristics between user behaviors, representing their interests. Additionally, as user interests evolve over time and their importance changes, an attention-based interest evolution layer is designed to track the evolution of user interests. Our proposed method is validated using four public datasets and an industrial dataset, showing its superiority over existing CTR prediction methods. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, we propose a fast algorithm based on iterative adaptive approach to address the DOA estimation for the distributed mmWave radar system under the challenging conditions of a single snapshot and coherent sources. In order to improve angular resolution, let each transmit sensor emit the same signal in time-sharing to construct a large aperture virtual array. We first roughly derive azimuth angles with one mmWave radar using conventional beamforming. Then, resorting to iterative adaptive approach, we search for the accurate DOA estimations within a very small region based on the estimated azimuth to improve computational efficiency and angular resolution. Finally, numerical simulation results are provided to demonstrate superior performance of the proposed algorithm over some counterparts. © 2021 IEEE.

The adaptive digital beamforming technique in the space-polarization domain suppresses the interference with forming the coupling nulls of space and polarization *** there is the interference in mainlobe,it will cause serious mainlobe distortion,that the target detection suffers *** overcome this problem and make radar cope with the complex multiple interferences scenarios,we propose a multiple mainlobe and/or sidelobe interferences suppression method for dual polarization array ***,the proposed method consists of a signal preprocessing based on the proposed angle estimation with degree of polarization(DoP),and a filtering criterion based on the proposed linear *** signal preprocessing provides the accurate estimated parameters of the interference,which contributes to the criterion for null-decoupling in the space-polarization domain of *** proposed method can reduce the mainlobe distortion in the space-polarization domain while suppressing the multiple mainlobe and/or sidelobe *** effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulations.

Target data detected by multi-sensors often differ from each other due to different sensor performances, resulting in uncertainty of target identity information. Traditional Dempster-Shafer (DS) evidence theory may achieve counter-intuitive outcomes facing evidence conflicts caused by the uncertainty. Aiming for this, a novel target identity fusion method based on improved DS evidence theory is proposed in this paper. Specifically, the method considers the correlation between evidences and the importance of evidences integrally. First, an improved conflict measurement method based on Pearson correlation coefficient matrix is devised to measure the evidence credibility. Next the information volume of evidences is measured by Deng-entropy to indicate the evidence uncertainty. Then the credibility and uncertainty are weighted and combined to modify the basic probability assignment (BPA) of evidences. Ultimately, the modified evidences are fused by Dempster’s combination rule to acquire the final results. Through three numerical analysis examples, this paper demonstrates the superiority of the proposed method over typical previous approaches, which can effectively process evidence conflicts in multi-sensors information fusion.

The concept of architecture is put forward by the US Army, which refers to the composition structure of the system and its mutual relationship, as well as the principles and guidelines guiding the design and development of the system. Architecture design technology and its reference resources have important theoretical and technical support for the top-level design of information system. Based on the analysis of architecture technology and function, this paper systematically studies the connotation and development history of the architecture design framework of the US army, and sorts out the main reference resources of the architecture design of the US army, such as the common joint task list, information system interoperability level model, joint technology architecture. It provides useful reference for the theoretical and technical research of information system top-level design.

To solve the problem that radar can still generate effective tracks to the covered target under the existing false target jamming technology, a method of jamming radar target track generation using finite false target signals is proposed through the plot and track correlation process of the radar in the initial stage of target searching and tracking. Through electronic reconnaissance, interception, and retransmission of radar signals by a jammer, a finite number of false target signals with random movement characteristics are generated around the covered target, interfering with track correlation during target data processing by radar. simulation examples demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. © 2023 SPIE.

The physical layer key generation technique provides an efficient method,which utilizes the natural dynamics of wireless ***,there are some extremely challenging security scenarios such as static or quasi-static environment,which lead to the low randomness of generated ***,the coefficients of the static channel may be dropped into the guard space and discarded by the quantization approach,which causes low key generation *** tackle these issues,we propose a random coefficient-moving product based wireless key generation scheme(RCMP-WKG),where new random resources with remarkable fluctuations can be obtained by applying random coefficient and by moving product on the legitimate ***,appropriate quantization approaches are used to increase the key generation ***,the security of our proposed scheme is evaluated by analyzing different attacks and the eavesdropper’s mean square error(MSE).The simulation results reveal that the proposed scheme can achieve better performances in key capacity,key inconsistency rate(KIR)and key generation rate(KGR)compared with the prior works in static ***,the proposed scheme can deteriorate the MSE performance of the eavesdropper and improve the key generation performance of legitimate nodes by controlling the length of the moving product.
