In this study, the event-triggered asymptotic tracking control problem is considered for a class of nonholonomic systems in chained form for the time-varying reference input. First, to eliminate the ripple phenomenon caused by the imprecise compensation of the time-varying reference input, a novel time-varying event-triggered piecewise continuous control law and a triggering mechanism with a time-varying triggering function are developed. Second, an explicit integral input-to-state stable Lyapunov function is constructed for the time-varying closed-loop system regarding the sampling error as the external input. The origin of the closed-loop system is shown to be uniformly globally asymptotically stable for any global exponential decaying threshold signals, which in turn rules out the Zeno behavior. Moreover, infinitely fast sampling can be avoided by appropriately tuning the exponential convergence rate of the threshold signal. A numerical simulation example is provided to illustrate the proposed control approach.

How to mine valuable information from massive multisource heterogeneous data and identify the intention of aerial targets is a major research focus at present. Aiming at the longterm dependence of air target intention recognition, this paper deeply explores the potential attribute features from the spatiotemporal sequence data of the target. First, we build an intelligent dynamic intention recognition framework, including a series of specific processes such as data source, data preprocessing,target space-time, convolutional neural networks-bidirectional gated recurrent unit-atteneion (CBA) model and intention recognition. Then, we analyze and reason the designed CBA model in detail. Finally, through comparison and analysis with other recognition model experiments, our proposed method can effectively improve the accuracy of air target intention recognition,and is of significance to the commanders’ operational command and situation prediction.

In recent years, unsupervised multiplex graph representation learning(UMGRL) has received increasing research interest, which aims to learn discriminative node features from the multiplex graphs supervised by data without the guidance of labels. Although these designed UMGRL methods have obtained great success in various graph-related tasks, most existing UMGRL models still have the following issues: highly depending on complex self-supervised strategies(i.e., data augmentation,pretext tasks, and negative pairs sampling), restricted receptive fields, and only aggregating low-frequency information between nodes. In this paper, we propose a simple unsupervised multiplex graph diffusion network(UMGDN) with the aid of multi-level canonical correlation analysis to solve the above issues. Specifically, we first decouple the feature transform and propagation processes of the graph convolution layer to further improve the generalization of the learnable parameters. And then, we propose adaptive diffusion propagation to capture long-range dependency relationships between nodes, not the local neighborhood interactions. Finally, a multi-level canonical correlation analysis loss on both the feature transform and propagation processes is proposed to maximize the correlation of the same node features from multiple graphs for guiding model optimization. Compared to the existing UMGRL models, our proposed UMGDN does not need to introduce any data augmentation, negative pairs sampling techniques, complex pretext tasks, and also adaptively aggregates the optimal frequency information between nodes to generate more robust node embeddings. Extensive experiments on four popular datasets and two graph-related tasks demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

In this paper, we consider the distributed generalized Nash equilibrium(GNE) seeking problem in strongly monotone games. The transmission among players is implemented through a digital communication network with limited bandwidth. For improving communication efficiency or/and security, an event-triggered coding-decoding-based communication is first proposed, where the data(decision variable) are first mapped to a series of finite-level codewords and, only when an event condition is satisfied, then sent to the neighboring agents. Moreover, a distributed communication-efficient GNE seeking algorithm is constructed accordingly,and the overrelaxation scheme is further taken into consideration. Through primal-dual analysis, the proposed algorithm is proven to converge to a variational GNE with fixed step-sizes by recasting it as an inexact forward-backward iteration. Finally, numerical simulations illustrate the benefit of the proposed algorithms in terms of saving communication resources.
