Neutrosophic Sets and Systems (NSS) has become an important Journal for neutrosophic theory and its applications in uncertainty modeling and decision sciences. In 2023, NSS celebrated its 10th anniversary, marking a decade of contributions to scientific literature. Motivated by this event, this paper provides a critical bibliometric analysis of NSS’s evolution as a leading academic journal in neutrosophy. This study explores the publication trends, citation impact, most productive authors, institutions, and global collaboration networks of NSS. The study maps bibliographic coupling, keyword co-occurrence and co-citation analysis using data from the Scopus database, secondary search using NSS webpage, and visualization tools like the VOSviewer. The findings identify Neutrosophic Sets, Decision-Making, and Fuzzy Sets as the most frequently studied keywords that highlight the increasing integration of neutrosophic approaches into multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) and soft computing. The results indicate the most significant areas of research that are topology, soft set theory, hypersoft sets, and uncertainty modeling. The findings highlight the NSS increasing international collaboration, with contributions from America, Middle East, and Asia. Additionally, the analysis explores NSS’s alignment with sustainable development goals (SDGs), revealing notable contributions to good health and well-being (SDG 3), quality education (SDG 4), and peace, justice, and strong institutions (SDG 16). These contributions highlight how neutrosophic sets and systems is valuable across many researchers, from public health to governance to education. Overall, this paper serves as a fundamental study for researchers looking to explore emerging trends and novel applications of neutrosophic theories across diverse scientific and practical domains. © 2025, University of New Mexico. The design of a new adaptive version of the multiple dependent state(AMDS)sampling plan is presented based on the time truncated life test under the Weibull *** achieved the proposed sampling plan by applying the concept of the double sampling plan and existing multiple dependent state sampling plans.A warning sign for acceptance number was proposed to increase the probability of current lot *** optimal plan parameters were determined simultaneously with nonlinear optimization problems under the producer’s risk and consumer’s risk.A simulation study was presented to support the proposed sampling plan.A comparison between the proposed and existing sampling plans,namely multiple dependent state(MDS)sampling plans and a modified multiple dependent state(MMDS)sampling plan,was considered under the average sampling number and operating characteristic curve *** addition,the use of two real datasets demonstrated the practicality and usefulness of the proposed sampling *** results indicated that the proposed plan is more flexible and efficient in terms of the average sample number compared to the existing MDS and MMDS sampling plans.

A large number of areas of application of geographic information systems (GIS) involves the continuous accumulation data. The need to record the state of an observed object or phenomenon generates an intense flow of heterogeneous data over long-time intervals. The period of storage of the received information in many cases is not limited and is limited solely technical capabilities of archiving information. For this reason, GIS databases correspond to modern ideas about big data (big data), since they have a significant volume that is constantly growing, are heterogeneous in presentation formats, and have a value determined by a reliable display of objects, phenomena and events of the real world. A new model of representation of the analysis workspace by two informational components, skeleton and environment, is proposed. The skeleton is formed by deterministic queries to the GIS database, the environment is built by intelligent procedures as a shell of the skeleton. The difference of the proposed concept is the use of a utility function, the parameters of which are the complexity of the skeleton and the environment. The application of the proposed concept allows optimizing the quality of decision-making by maximizing the utility function of the workspace. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2024.

We developed an information system using an object-oriented programming language and a distributed database (DDB) consisting of multiple interconnected databases across a computer network, managed by a distributed database management system (DDBMS) for easy access. An intelligent system was designed to assess the difficulty level of preliminary exams and select top-performing advanced students using a Neutrosophic Deep Learning Model. The dataset was randomly split into training (80%) and testing (20%) sets, and the model, trained with the Adam optimizer at a 0.001 learning rate over 50 epochs, incorporated early stopping based on validation loss. This system, implemented at a traditional Egyptian university, achieved a 95% accuracy in predicting student dropout. Student behavior, influenced by personal, environmental, and academic factors, is often evaluated subjectively, leading to inconsistent results. Traditional machine learning approaches struggle with the inherent uncertainty in behavioral data. To address this, we combined neutrosophic theory—a mathematical framework that accounts for truth, falsity, and indeterminacy—with deep learning, which excels at learning complex data relationships, to predict student outcomes such as dropout rates. Evaluating the model on student data, including attendance and grades, showed superior accuracy, achieving a determination coefficient of 0.95, demonstrating the approach's potential for identifying at-risk students and enabling targeted interventions. © 2025, University of New Mexico. Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) is the digital form of a country's fiat currency, based on Decentralized Ledger technology (DLT). The increasing interest in CBDCs raises the concern of how to verify user's identities for achieving regulatory demands, while maintaining user privacy in the CBDC Network. In this paper we explore Self-Sovereign Identities (SSI) as a way for users to have full control over credentials issued by trusted Financial Institutions in a CBDC Governance Framework. These credentials can then be used to generate privacy-preserving proofs by their holders to authenticate them in different service providers in the CBDC Network. © 2024 IEEE.

Mobile Opportunistic Networks (MONs) often experience frequent interruptions in end-to-end connections, which increases the likelihood of message loss during delivery and makes users more susceptible to various cyber attacks. However, most currently proposed anonymous routing protocols are primarily designed for networks with stable connections, making it challenging to protect user identities in MONs. To address these challenges, we propose FLAG-POR (Forward Legal Anonymous Group Pairing-Onion Routing), a novel anonymous routing protocol specifically tailored to enhance message delivery anonymity and security in MONs. Specifically, we abstract the mobile opportunistic network as a contact graph. By introducing the concept of 'groups' into the pairing-onion routing protocol, which encrypts messages and relay nodes layer by layer, we develop a novel group-based pairing-onion routing protocol. This protocol ensures message confidentiality and relay node anonymity, while also improving message forwarding rates, as any node within a group can potentially act as a relay. To ensure message authenticity, we employ the efficient SM2 signing algorithm to generate signatures for the message source. Furthermore, by incorporating parameters such as the public key validity period and master key validity period into the group pairing-onion routing protocol, we achieve forward security in message delivery. We conduct a thorough theoretical analysis of the protocol's security and performance. The experimental results demonstrate that our FLAG-POR protocol outperforms baseline anonymous protocols in terms of delivery success rate, traceability rate, path anonymity, and node anonymity. Additionally, the FLAG-POR scheme effectively resists three potential threats to the routing system: collusion attack threat, node identification threat, and path identification threat, in any situation. © 2025 IEEE.

Speech-to-Speech translation is attracting increasing attention from researchers due to its potential of easing the communication. It can be leveraged to develop voice user interfaces for important services, such as agriculture in low-literate communities where poorly resourced languages such as Fulfulde are used. If an earlier technique, such as cascading speech, requires textual data, a recent and textless one, such as direct speech-to-speech, only considers speech corpus, playing a crucial role in considering oral languages. In this work, a general approach for a dual architecture is proposed integrating direct speech-to-speech and speech-to-speech translation using automatic speech recognition, machine translation, and text-to-speech translation. Beyond proposing an architecture, this paper focuses on an important step in cascading speech translation, namely automatic speech recognition (speech to text translation). Automatic speech recognition for the Fulfulde language, using the Kaldi toolkit, allowed obtaining an average Word Error Rate of 28.91% for S2T with the monophone acoustic model and a WER of 26.58% for S2T with the triphone acoustic model. Computed tomography (CT) is a commonly used medical imaging modality for diagnostic purposes. However, the high radiation dose associated with CT scans can pose risks to the human body. Furthermore, reducing the radiation dose can significantly impact the quality of CT images, leading to a decline in image quality. To enhance the denoising performance of Low-Dose CT (LDCT) and improve the quality of CT images, a novel multi-head self-attention mechanism and multiscale feature fusion network (MAMSNet) is proposed on basis of encoder-decoder network architecture. In new MAMSNet, there are threefold modifications. Firstly, a multi-head self-attention(MHSA) block is introduced to improve the global extraction feature and achieve better denoising effect. Secondly, to enhance the receptive field and obtain information at multiple scales, a block called multi-scale feature fusion (MSFF) is utilized. Moreover, a Structure-aware loss function is added to maintain the texture structure information and elevate the image fidelity of CT scans. The improved method can be effectively used to remove the noise and artifacts of LDCT images. Compared with other methods, more texture features, structural details and higher objective metrics (such as PSNR and SSIM) can be preserved. © COPYRIGHT SPIE. Encryption and security go hand in hand. This study really recommends using analytic procedures on encrypted text, with the same analytic conclusion obtained through consideration of other parameters, such as the frequency of items analyzed. This study uses a dataset consisting of student information and survey results to examine the impact of students’ socioeconomic background and parental marital status on their academic performance. Since it contains personal information and students’ grades, the dataset should be protected from public access. The encryption method used in this study is a two-stage process, with the first stage including the application of Grigorchuk’s group, generating rules to the binary representation of each unique value in the dataset. The data is encrypted again in a second phase using the AES technique and a shared key known only to the authenticated administrators. Due to its dependence on student systems, encrypted data must be uploaded to the cloud and kept there. In spite of the use of encryption, correlations in encrypted text persist due to their dependence on common factors, and this is represented using the association approach, a key data mining method. Bone fractures, caused by accidental traumas and medical disorders, can harm the human skeletal system, which provides structural support and protects vital organs. Leveraging Synthetic Image Generation via Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) greatly improves bone defect accuracy in diagnosis by providing diverse and vast data sets for training. This novel approach results in stronger as well as precise diagnostic models, which enable early and reliable identification of diverse bone diseases. Here, CNNs are utilized in bone fracture images particularly in identifying trends and objects in complex visual inputs of bone fractures. The classification model performed admirably, with an overall accuracy of 98%, as well as high precision, recall, and F1-scores of around 98% across both categories, indicating its ability to distinguish among both categories with impressive reliability and consistency. The next phase of this research is to broaden GAN capabilities to address a broader range of medical imaging challenges, with the promise of not only enhancing diagnostic precision across multiple conditions but also personalising methods of treatment, thus creating new standards in healthcare creativity and patient care. © 2024 IEEE.
