A robust TDOA based solution for source location using mixed Huber loss

This paper proposes a source localization solution robust to measurement outliers in time differences of arrivals(TDOA)*** solution uses a piecewise loss function named as mixed Huber loss(MHL)proposed based on the classical Huber loss(HL)and its refined *** MHL is able to effectively mitigate the impact of all levels of measurement outliers by setting two triggering *** practice,appropriate triggering threshold values can be obtained through simulation given the level of measurement noise and a rough range of potential measurement outliers.A clustering based approach is proposed to further improve the robustness of localization solution against reference sensor related *** are included to examine the solution's performance and compare it with several *** proposed MHL based solution is shown to be superior to the classical solution and the *** solution is shown to be even robust to multiple measurement ***,the influence of range measurement outliers in the reference sensor can be effectively mitigated by the clustering based approach.

As the space environment of information transmission becomes more and more complex, the accuracy of communication becomes a new challenge. In order to study the anti-jamming performance of code shift keying (CSK), this paper mainly simulates the performance of CSK and binary phase shift keying (BPSK) under 5 signal interferences, and discusses it according to the bit error rates (BER) obtained by simulation. In the face of different forms of signal interference, CSK has better anti-jamming performance than BPSK. Under various forms of signal interference, CSK has the strongest anti-interference ability to multi-tone interference, and its anti-interference ability to pulse interference, 50% narrowband interference, single-tone interference and channel noise decreases successively. © 2022 IEEE.

Unmanned aerial vehicle assisted (UAV-assisted) wireless communication network is a promising paradigm of wireless communication network. In this paper, we apply the evolutionary game to the UAV selection process of ground user equipment (UE). Specifically, we first establish a UAV-assisted uplink wireless communication model, and then we use replicator dynamics to describe the process of evolution game. Finally, we propose a dynamic UAV selection algorithm based on evolutionary game with low computation complexity. The numerical results prove the effectiveness of our developed algorithm in UAV-assisted wireless communication network. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper is focused on the synchronization algorithm of the blind demodulation in the case of unknown any prior information, which is aiming to meet the requirement of blind demodulation of MQAM signal when non-cooperative communication. After the signal passes through the Gaussian channel, in order to correct the time offset, the Gardner timing loop based on the FIR pre-filtering of self-noise reduction is studied and the carrier synchronization loop based on PD algorithm and DD algorithm switching principle is aiming to correct the phase offset. Through the simulation signal respectively on the timing and carrier loop simulation, the results show that the design Loop synchronization effect is good, in the project has a greater application value. © 2021 SPIE.

In this paper, the multi-target positioning research is carried out on the basis of a passive multi-sensor reconnaissance system, which requires an algorithm to solve the problem of multi-target data association and positioning in the presence of false alarms and missed detections (also named non-ideal). This paper proposes a new data association and localization algorithm. This new algorithm adopts the method of hierarchical association of data, achieves data association through coarse association and fine association, and finally deletes redundant targets through backtracking. The simulation results show the effectiveness and stability of the algorithm. © 2021 IEEE.

Image stitching plays an important role in the field of computer vision and image processing. Although some sophisticated stitching methods have been proposed, they are usually time-consuming. Because many application scenarios, such as video surveillance, need quick image stitching to provide a wide field of view, accelerating the image stitching is critical. In recent years, the neural network is used to stitching images, but only relatively small size images can be processed;meanwhile, time-consuming image stitching is also unavoidable. In this paper, to quickly stitch 1920×1080 images generated by the dual camera system, an image stitching algorithm is proposed. We divided the algorithm depending on its timeliness on different steps, and its time-consuming steps are parallelized on Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) platforms to be accelerated. We tested different hierarchies for organization of threads and access of memory on compute unified device architecture (CUDA) programming, and the final experiment results showed that our algorithm could reach a speedup ratio up to 119x on the Desktop with 3080ti. © 2022 IEEE.

Using a large number of power amplifiers brings serious nonlinear distortion to 5G communication systems, which becomes a challenging problem for conventional digital predistortion (DPD) to linearize signals. To address this challenge, we propose a digitally assisted nonlinearity suppression architecture for applications in multiple antenna arrays. In this architecture, we use an auxiliary array to generate a nonlinear cancelation signal to cancel with the main beam at the receiving end. We explore a two-step method to model the nonlinear signal and combine neural network to complete the modeling. In addition, we introduce a novel method for estimating and tracking the channel to update the model coefficients. To verify the proposed methods, we design a scene and compare the performance of our architecture with that of conventional DPD. Our experiments demonstrate that our proposed methods can significantly enhance the adjacent channel power leakage ratio performance by 12 dB while also optimizing in-band distortion. Moreover, our architecture outperforms conventional DPD approaches even with enhanced distortion. © 2023 John Wiley & Sons Ltd.

This paper studies a method of detecting the position of crankshaft flange hole group based on vision measurement, and sets up the position detection system of crankshaft flange hole group. The relative measurement model of hole group position is established by using the standard crankshaft information, and the system calibration method is studied. In this paper, a multi-camera calibration method based on polynomial fitting two-dimensional image mapping model is adopted. In addition, the image processing technology of hole group is studied. The improved Canny edge detection method is used to extract the contour of the hole group. Redundant edge filtering algorithm is used to eliminate unreliable edges. Then use the gradient interpolation method to extract sub-pixel edges. The measurement results show that the single-direction measurement error of the central coordinate of the crankshaft flange hole group is less than 0.07mm, and the repeatability error is less than 0.009mm, which provides a basis for the realization of industrial online efficient detection. © 2022 SPIE

To address the issues of domain discrepancies and limited labeled samples in hyperspectral image classification of cross scene, this paper proposes an ensemble learning framework that integrates eXtreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) with confidence domain adaptation strategies to improve classification performance. First, the Houston dataset from different scenes is input separately into a deep embedding model. The hyperspectral images are embedded into a low-dimensional space, ensuring that similar spectra are represented more closely in this space, thereby capturing the intrinsic structure and distribution of the hyperspectral image dataset. Subsequently, these samples are mapped into a discriminator model, where domain adaptation techniques are employed to reduce differences in feature distributions across different scenes. Additionally, confidence-based learning is used to identify and remove noisy samples in the Houston dataset, thereby enhancing the alignment of feature distributions among various scenes. Finally, through ensemble learning, a weighted voting strategy is employed to combine multiple base classifiers into a strong classification model. This approach better captures the complex features within the data, thereby reducing the bias of individual classifiers and enhancing the overall generalization ability and robustness of the model. Experimental results on the Houston dataset demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms popular domain adaptation learning models and traditional methods in terms of classification accuracy and robustness, showcasing its potential and advantages in practical applications. This result confirms the effectiveness of combining XGBoost and confidence domain adaptation strategies in handling hyperspectral image classification. © 2025 SPIE.
