The military strategic guideline under the new situation points out that the base point of future war preparation is to win the informationized war mainly from the direction of unmanned cluster. Routing protocol is an important part of unmanned network communication system, and it is one of the most challenging tasks in unmanned network. This paper simulates five protocols, AODV, DSR, OLSR, TORA and GRP, analyzes the characteristics of each protocol under different circumstances, finds suitable protocols for unmanned trunking communication network under different environments, and provides suggestions for the establishment of a reasonable network. © 2021, ICST Institute for Computer sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering.

Video Stabilization via Prediction with Time-Series Network and Image Inpainting with Pyramid Fusion

Due to the poor filling effect of the video image defect commonly used in the video stabilization field, the video is seemed still unstable after the image stabilization process, which seriously affects the visual effect. To solve this problem, we improve a video stabilization method based on time-series network prediction and pyramid fusion restoration is proposed to optimize the visual effect after image *** flow of the proposed method is as follows: First,it is adaptive to determine whether the defect of the corresponding frame at the current time needs padding inpainting. Then, for the frame that needs to be inpainting,the frames generated before the current moment are sent to the model combining the convolutional neural networks and the gate recurrent unit to predict the part to be filled. Next the current defect image and the complete image to be filled are brought into the Laplacian pyramid reconstruction, and the improved weighted optimal suture is introduced for splicing during the fusion. Finally, the video frame is cut after reconstruction. The method is tested on a data set composed of videos commonly used in the field of video stabilization. The experimental results show that the average peak signal to noise ratio of the method is 2 to 5 d B higher than that of the comparison algorithm, and the average structural similarity index is improved by about 2% to 7% compared with the contrast algorithm.

In this paper, we address the challenge of data association in scenarios involving multiple observers for underwater non-cooperative localization, where it is unclear how measurement data from different stations corresponds to the same target. We propose a novel data association method that leverages the inverse cotangent of azimuthal sequence features. The method first calculates the sequence of cotangent values measured by each station's bearing in a limited time. Linearly analyzes the sequence to obtain the slope, and finally realizes the data association according to the characteristic that the inverse cotangent value of the slope corresponds to the target's motion heading. The simulation results show that the proposed method has better association localization ability compared with the traditional method, overcomes the problem of the conventional method that the computational volume is too large when the number of observation stations and targets is large, and ensures the association correctness under a certain error.

A method of time difference of arrival (TDOA) location for shortwave signal source by four receiving stations is introduced. The precision of time difference and the Geometric Dilution of Precision (GDOP) of TDOA location are analyzed and simulated. The results show that TDOA estimation performance is positively correlated with signal bandwidth, signal cumulative time and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), while TDOA location precision is positively correlated with TDOA estimation precision and distance between the receiving stations. At the same time, the simulation analysis of station arrangement among multiple stations is carried out, and the results show that Y-shaped station mode gets the best location effect. © 2021 IEEE.

With rapid urban population growth and urban-ization, along with increasing demand for developing the low- altitude economy, urban air mobility (UAM) is seen as a way to alleviate ground traffic congestion and promote the low-altitude economy. Due to frequent data computation, low latency require-ments, and limited energy, effective computation offloading and resource management are urgently needed. This paper assumes UAM aircraft transmit semantic information and proposes a computation offloading and resource allocation strategy based on edge computing (EC). In case of edge server failure, relay UAV s assist in information transmission, enabling UAM aircraft to offload tasks to other edge servers. We formulated an op-timization problem to minimize delay and energy consumption and designed the Federated- Td3algorithm, combining federated learning (FL) and twin delayed deep deterministic policy gradient (TD3). Compared to two baseline algorithms, our algorithm reduced delay by 9.9% and 3.3%, and energy consumption by 14.1 % and 4.5%.

For the global navigation satellite system (GNSS) cannot meet the positioning requirements under occlusion or malicious interference, this paper proposes a receiver self-localization method using long-term evolution (LTE) downlink signals. The method is based on the multi-station time difference location mechanism. The signal acquisition of multi-base stations (BSs) is realized by signal demodulation. The transmission time difference calibration is used to solve the asynchronous problem among BSs. The synchronous signal and cell-specific reference signal are comprehensively detected to extract high-precision time difference parameters. The receiver can calculate and obtain its own position by using these timing parameters. Finally, a software-defined receiver is built to carry out experiments in the outdoor environment. Experimental results show that the positioning distance and moving direction are basically consistent with the actual situation. The root mean square error (RMSE) is less than 5m, which fully verifies the feasibility of LTE as an opportunity signal for navigation.

The paper focuses on the covariance matrix and freedom degree widely involved in array anti-jamming processing. Based on the eigen decomposition of array covariance matrix of received signals, the correlation properties as well as the relationship between eigenvalue distribution of covariance matrix and consumed freedom degrees of array are researched and analyzed, with GNSS anti-jamming array taken as an example. Simulation experiments are done to explain a number of representative conditions and help summarize several deploying instructions for the platforms carrying anti-jamming arrays, so as to avoid freedom degrees being consumed much and ensure the anti-jamming capabilities.

In this paper, we exploit an emergency mobile crowdsensing (MCS) framework that utilizes unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in collaboration with uncrashed base stations (BSs) to enhance sensing and communication efficiency. In the proposed framework, mobile users (MUs) equipped with sensors collect data, while UAVs, deployed as aerial relays, collaborate with uncrushed BSs to facilitate the transmission and aggregation of the sensed data from all MUs. However, the limited resources significantly affect the deployment of UAVs and the design of the UAV-relay-assisted MCS system. Moreover, selecting MUs for sensing tasks and allocating bandwidth among them are crucial factors that determine MUs' sensing capabilities and the data transmitting policies. Incorporating with foregoing essential factors, we formulate a comprehensive problem that jointly optimizes the MU selection, bandwidth allocation, UAV deployment, as well as strategies for sensing and transmitting data, aiming to improve the total reward of agent. The formulated problem poses high challenges due to the coupling between the sensing, transmission, as well as the UAVs deployment policies. To deal with this problem, we first derive the optimal transmission power and sensing data size under given MU selection, bandwidth allocation, and UAVs deployment strategy. The original optimization problem is subsequently decomposed into three folds, corresponding to finding the optimal MU selection, bandwidth allocation solution, as well as the deployment of UAVs. Meanwhile, a joint dynamic programming and a swap-then-compare enabled algorithm is proposed to obtain the optimal MU selection and bandwidth allocation policies. Next, the successive convex approximation (SCA) techniques are used to find the optimal locations for the UAVs. Extensive numerical results verify that the proposed joint algorithm can significantly outperform several benchmark approaches. © 1972-2012 IEEE.

Sentiment classification is a hot topic in the field of natural language processing. Currently, state-of-the-art classification models follow two steps: pre-training a large language model on upstream tasks, and then using human-labeled data to fine-tune a task-related model. However, there is a large gap between the upstream tasks of the pre-trained model and the downstream tasks being performed, resulting in the need for more labeled data to achieve excellent performance. Manually annotating data is expensive. In this paper, we propose a few-shot sentiment classification method based on Prompt and Contrastive Learning (PCL), which can significantly improve the performance of large-scale pre-trained language models in low-data and high-data regimes. Prompt learning aims to alleviate the gap between upstream and downstream tasks, and the contrastive learning is designed to capture the inter-class and intra-class distribution patterns of labeled data. Thanks to the integration of the two strategies, PCL markedly exceeds baselines with low resources. Extensive experiments on three datasets show that our method has outstanding performance in the few-shot settings.

In this paper, a low-noise frequency-agile Ku-band frequency synthesizer for the wideband frequency hopping communication system is proposed. Three analog PLL (phase locked loop), two of which constitute an in-loop mixing architecture scheme, are used to provide the carrier frequency in wide low-noise frequency coverage. With out-of-loop and in-loop mixing architecture, the carrier frequency source implemented in the paper has superior performance on frequency jitter, which can be shown as the phase noise level less than -107.3dBc/Hz@1kHz when the carrier frequency is between 12 GHz to 15 GHz in 2 MHz steps. The spurious level is below -64 dBc, and the frequency hopping time is less than 40 us.
