As one of the most widely abused designer benzodiazepines in the world, etizolam has been identified in many post-mortem and ante-mortem case reports across the world. In this study, for the first time, we used UPLC-Q-Exactive-MS to establish a dynamic change model of etizolam and its metabolites in rats. The detection sensitivity and reproducibility of the experiment improved significantly compared to those reported in previous studies, and the traditional pharmacokinetic model based on the Gauss function was fully optimized. According to the significant difference of etizolam in the plasma elimination stage of rats, a new pharmacokinetic model based on the Lorentz function was first established to describe the dynamic changes in etizolam more rigorously, reduce the error effects, and improve the accuracy of the pharmacokinetic parameters. In parallel, the pharmacokinetic parameters of etizolam were compared to those of four other designer benzodiazepines reported in previous studies in rats. We identified the direct reason for the popularity of etizolam in the new psychoactive substance (NPS) market and explored the development prospect of etizolam for the first time. Additionally, using rat experiments, we found 21 metabolites that can be used to effectively detect long-term etizolam abuse;among these, four metabolites with the longest detection window could be used as long-term metabolites for experiments to prolong the detection window and extend the time range in which etizolam is detected in real cases. To our knowledge, this study is the first to conduct a systematic and comprehensive evaluation of the metabolism and pharmacokinetics of etizolam and determine the reason for the high prevalence of etizolam abuse. Additionally, we discuss the development trend of etizolam in the future market of new psychoactive substances, which could be beneficial for forensic experts to assess the trend of drug abuse and can provide a reference for relevant drug control and

In this paper, a method of ranging high-speed aircraft by using the burst DSSS communication pulse is analyzed. In this algorithm, noncoherent PN code is used for ranging and coherent forwarding is used for carrier. In order to eliminate the error caused by the rapid movement of the aircraft, the relative velocity between the objects is measured and the ranging error is corrected. How to estimate the carrier frequency and pseudo code phase in the burst short pulse spread spectrum communication is discussed. Firstly, PMF + FFT is used to capture the signal and estimate the initial value of carrier frequency and pseudo code phase, then LM algorithm is used to solve the maximum likelihood function, so as to obtain the accurate value of carrier frequency and pseudo code delay. © 2020, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Robust Multiple-Structure Geometric Model Fitting by Preserving Neighborhood Consistency

Geometric model fitting has been widely used in various computer vision applications. However, it remains a challenging task when handling the data that contains multiple model instances (i.e, structures) and a large number of false matches (i.e., outliers) between image pairs. In this paper, we propose a novel Neighborhood-Consistency-based Multiple-structure Fitting method (NCMF) to robustly estimate multiple model instances from the data with outliers, by preserving the neighborhood relationships of potential inliers. Specifically, we first propose a neighborhood consistency preservation algorithm, which explores both the motion pattern consistency and residual pattern consistency of input data, to alleviate the sensitivity to outliers. Consequently, we can produce the significant neighborhood set for each of input data and the reliable neighborhood relationships for data clustering. Then, we propose a robust neighborhoodconsistency-based clustering algorithm by an agglomerative clustering procedure, to effectively distinguish the inliers belonging to different model instances from outliers. In addition, we propose a neighborhood-relationship-based measurement function for data similarity to further make the clustering phase robust to outliers. Overall, NCMF is able to effectively estimate the number and the parameters of model instances from input data simultaneously. Extensive experimental results on several challenging datasets show that the proposed NCMF method can obtain significant superiority over several other state-of-theart model fitting methods on both fitting accuracy and computational efficiency. © 2023, The Authors. Signal modulation recognition plays a critical role in many fields to identify the modulation type of wireless signals. Since the deep learning based models have achieved great success in classification tasks, more deep neural networks are proposed for signal modulation recognition. In this paper, we explore the use of different deep neural networks in both macro network architecture level and micro cell size and layer level to compare and understand their effect on classification performance. We also bring up a feature explainable deep neural network by visualizing the critical features in the deep neural models. We visually show and compare the commonality and differences of hidden layer characteristics extracted by different network structure to explain and analyze the reason why some models can achieve better classification results than the others. We believe it is an effective way to explain how deep neural model based signal classification work. Thus the explanation will help users establish appropriate understand and trust in predictions from deep modulation recognition networks.

Quantum state tomography and quantum detector tomography are two main problems in quantum system identification. In this paper, we study state tomography and detector tomography with prior knowledge about the true rank of the unknown state/detector. In this case, we propose a sufficient condition for static (non-adaptive) tomography algorithms to achieve the optimal infidelity scaling O(1/N) on the number of state copies N. Then we present two examples of such static quantum state tomography and quantum detector tomography algorithms. Numerical examples demonstrate the effectiveness of our algorithms.

Ensuring reliable communication can be incredibly challenging in emergencies due to the breakdown of conventional infrastructure. However, a promising solution is on the horizon: the integration of reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (RIS) onto unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), known as UAV-RIS. This innovative approach holds the potential to offer agile and adaptable communication services during crises, overcoming the limitations of traditional systems. This paper establishes an innovative UAV-RIS system with an active RIS to enhance the uplink communication between ground devices (GDs) and the air base station (ABS). We present an advanced communication strategy utilizing deep reinforcement learning (DRL) for UAV-RIS-supported uplink communication in dynamic emergencies. This scheme is designed to optimize the energy efficiency of the UAV-RIS communication system while adhering to quality of service (QoS) constraints for all GDs. It achieves this by jointly optimizing the trajectory of the UAV-RIS and the phase of the active RIS, ensuring efficient and reliable communication in challenging environments. To optimize the performance of the system, we propose a hierarchical Proximal Policy Optimization (H-PPO) algorithm and the upper and lower layers of H-PPO optimize the trajectory and phase control, respectively. Simulation results demonstrate that our scheme can effectively learn the communication strategy to enhance the performance of dynamic emergency communication networks.

This paper addresses the problem of maneuvering multi-target tracking by a network of sensors having different and limited fields of view (FoV s). Each local sensor runs the Gaussian Mixture Probability Hypothetical Density (GMPHD) filter. Due to the target maneuver, based on a single motion model, severe tracking performance degradation can be observed. We propose to use multi-model (MM) method to realize the adaptation to motion characteristic so as to overcome maneuverability of targets. Then considering FoV s of sensors in the network are different and limited, the standard weighted arithmetic average (WAA) fusion is no longer applicable and leads to an underestimation of the target number. Therefore, we use state-dependent WAA (SD-WAA) fusion rule, which performs the WAA in a more robust way by calculating a set of state-related fusion weights. Numerical experiment is designed to demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed method.

Quantum random number generators play a crucial role in securing high-demand information contexts by producing true random numbers. Nevertheless, the large volume and high-cost limit their widespread use. Here, we propose a system on chip that fully leverages the advantages of different photonic integrated platforms, where the interference optical paths and photodiodes are integrated on a standard silicon process, while the laser source on-chip is realized on a III-V platform. Using micro-lens coupling package technology, which contributes to a topnotch coupling loss lower than 2 dB, the components on different platforms are combined and packaged with the amplifier circuits in a 42 mm × 24 mm footprint in a butterfly form. This complete miniaturized and cost-effective entropy source enables outputting a vacuum noise signal with a 3 dB bandwidth of over 500 MHz. After sampling and post-processing, a random number generation rate of up to 6.57 Gbps is achieved. The results show a feasible way of overcoming the laser integration problem with silicon-based integrated quantum photonics. Shadowsocks (R) is a proxy software based on Socks5, which is the collective name of Shadowsocks and Shadowsocks (R). In order to improves the shortcomings of other softwares breaking internet censorship, Shadowsocks (R) is a private protocol without handshake negotiation mechanism, and pays more attention to high camouflage and high concealment of traffic, which makes it difficult to use common methods(fingerprint identification, port filtering)to identify Shadowsocks (R) traffic[1], This paper proposes a method of Shadowsocks (R) traffic identification from the perspective of the protocol, which extracts features from four dimensions, and inputs features into the machine learning model for training. This method performs secondary identification and statistical filtering on the output of the machine learning model, and finally identifys Shadowsocks (R) traffic. This method has been very well validated in the laboratory environment.

Carrier-aided code tracking loop is widely used in satellite navigation receivers. This kind of loop structure can reduce code tracking noise by narrowing the bandwidth of code tracking loop. The performance of carrier-aided code tracking loop in receivers is affected by frequency deviation of reference clock source. This paper analyzes the influence of carrier frequency offset and sampling frequency offset on carrier-aided code tracking loop due to reference clock offset. The results show that large frequency offset can cause code tracking loop lose lock, code tracking loop is more sensitive to sampling frequency deviation and increasing the loop bandwidth can reduce the effects of frequency offset. This analysis provides reference for receiver tracking loop design.
