As one of the key technologies representing the country's aerospace strength, 3D printing is vital to the development of the space industry. It is a new opportunity for the matter of using 3D printing technology in the aerospace field to be able to diversify large structures by getting rid of the constraints and limitations imposed by ground-based manufacturing. This paper presents the current status of 3D printing technology in the field of aerospace manufacturing both domestically and internationally, focusing on the 3D printing technology in the future construction of large-scale antennas in space and space solar power satellites to cany out the research concept, and looks forward to the future development trend and direction of the aerospace industry. © 2024 International Astronautical Federation, IAF. Lateral-profile planning:Three-dimensional-profile-based optimal trajectory generation

The conventional re-entry guidance method considerably limits the maneuverability of hypersonic glide vehicles under pre-given angle-of-attack *** address this issue,based on a previous three-dimensional(3D)profile guidance method,we propose a lateral-profile-first 3D profile optimization design strategy to solve the trajectory generation problem under complex conditions involving multiple *** the traditional method,which prioritizes the design of the longitudinal drag acceleration profiles,our method first converted the re-entry flight constraints into a lateral flight corridor,generated the initial lateral profile via parameterization,and solved the 3D profile using the coupling relationship between the longitudinal and lateral *** design of the 3D profile requires simultaneous consideration of waypoints,no-fly zones,and altitude profiles;hence,a new 3D profile optimization design model was constructed,and a customized sequential quadratic programming algorithm was employed to solve *** advantages of the proposed method were demonstrated based on landing footprint results obtained using the lateral profile-first ***,simulation results based on the common aero vehicle-high-performance model verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the strategy.

Multi-fidelity simulation of aeroengine for far-offdesign conditions using iterative coupled method based on auxiliary maps

Iterative coupled methods are widely used in multi-fidelity simulation of rotating components due to the simple implementation,which iteratively eliminates the errors between the computational fluid dynamics models and approximate characteristic ***,the convergence and accuracy of the iterative coupled method are trapped in characteristic *** particular,iterative steps increase sharply as the operation point moves away from the design *** address these problems,this paper developed an auxiliary iterative coupled method that introduces the static-pressure-auxiliary characteristic maps and modification factor of mass flow into the component-level *** developed auxiliary method realized the direct transfer of static pressure between the high-fidelity models and the component-level ***-fidelity simulations of the throttle characteristics were carried out using both the auxiliary and traditional iterative coupled methods,and the simulation results were verified using the experimental ***,the consistency between the auxiliary and traditional iterative coupled methods was ***,multi-fidelity simulations of the speed and altitude characteristics were also *** auxiliary and traditional iterative coupled methods were evaluated in terms of convergence speed and *** evaluation indicated that the auxiliary iterative coupled method significantly reduces iterative steps by approximately 50%at the near-choked *** general,the auxiliary iterative coupled method is preferred as a development of the traditional iterative coupled method in the near-choked state,and the combined auxiliary-traditional iterative coupled method provides support for successful multi-fidelity simulation in far-off-design conditions.

Multi-Fidelity Simulation of Gas Turbine Overall Performance by Directly Coupling High-Fidelity Models of Multiple Rotating Components

Multi-fidelity simulations incorporate computational fluid dynamics(CFD) models into a thermodynamic model,enabling the simulation of the overall performance of an entire gas turbine with high-fidelity *** iterative coupled methods rely on characteristic maps,while fully coupled methods directly incorporate high-fidelity ***,fully coupled methods face challenges in simulating rotating components,including weak convergence and complex *** address these challenges,a fully coupled method with logarithmic transformations was developed to directly integrate high-fidelity CFD models of multiple rotating *** developed fully coupled method was then applied to evaluate the overall performance of a KJ66 micro gas turbine across various off-design *** developed fully coupled method was also compared with the traditional iterative coupled ***,experimental data from ground tests were conducted to verify its *** convergence history indicated that the proposed fully coupled method exhibited stable convergence,even under far-off-design *** experimental verification demonstrated that the multi-fidelity simulation with the fully coupled method achieved high accuracy in off-design *** analysis revealed inherent differences in the coupling methods of CFD models between the developed fully coupled and traditional iterative coupled *** inherent differences provide valuable insights for reducing errors between the component-level model and CFD models in different coupling *** developed fully coupled method,introducing logarithmic transformations,offers more realistic support for the detailed and optimal design of high-fidelity rotating components within the overall performance platform of gas turbines.

The S-box is the only non-linear component in primitive symmetric cryptography. However, many S-boxes implementations rely on lookup tables, which can lead to inefficient performance and resource utilization in hardware. In this paper, we present an optimized bit-slice implementation of an 8-bit S-box based on a butterfly structure, as introduced in [1]. An implementation approach is introduced, which optimizes the logical operations within the Boolean functions of the 4-bit cryptographic components that form the considered S-box. The results show that this implementation requires only 191 logic operations. Furthermore, evaluations were conducted on a block cipher to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed S-box. © 2023 IEEE.

Chinese Adaptation and Psychometric Properties of the Belief in a Just World Scale for College Students

This study aims to revise the Belief in a Just World Scale(BJWS)for Chinese college students and test its reliability and validity(construct validity,convergent and divergent validity).Two samples of 546 and 595 college students were selected,respectively,using stratified cluster random *** analysis,exploratory factor analysis(EFA),confirmatory factor analysis(CFA),reliability analysis and convergent and divergent validity tests were carried *** results showed that the 13 items of the BJWS have good item *** corrected item–total correlation in the general belief in a just world subscale was found to range from 0.464 to 0.655,and that in the personal belief in a just world subscale was 0.553 to *** internal consistency coefficients of the revised version of the BJWS and its subscales are *** EFA and CFA results show that the structure and items of the revised scale are the same as those of the original *** in a just world was found to have significant positive correlations with gratitude and empathy,and has a significant negative correlation with anxiety,thereby exhibiting good convergent and divergent ***,the Chinese revised version of the BJWS has good reliability and validity.

The large accumulation of coal gangue,a common industrial solid waste,causes severe environmental problems,and green development strategies are required to transform this waste into high-value-added *** this study,low-cost ceramsites adsorbents were prepared from waste gangue,silt coal,and peanut shells and applied to remove the organic dye methylene blue from *** investigated the microstructure of ceramsites and the effects of the sintering atmosphere,sintering temperature,and solution pH on their adsorption *** ceramsites sintered at 800℃under a nitrogen atmosphere exhibited the largest three-dimensional-interconnected hierarchical porous structure among the prepared ceramsites;further,it exhibited the highest methylene blue adsorption performance,with an adsorption capacity of 0.954 mg·g^(−1),adsorption efficiency of over 95%,and adsorption equilibrium time of 1 h at a solution pH of *** removal efficiency remained greater than 75%after five adsorption *** adsorption kinetics data were analyzed using various models,including the pseudosecond-order kinetic model and Langmuir equation,and the adsorption was attributed to electrostatic interactions between the dyes and ceramsites,n-interactions,and hydrogen *** prepared coal gangue ceramsites exhibited excellent adsorption capacities,removal rates,and cyclic stabilities,demonstrating their promising application prospects for the comprehensive utilization of solid waste and for wastewater treatment.

This paper investigates the spatial-temporal guidance problem for multiple unpowered High-speed Glid Vehicles (HGV). First, a 3D vector guidance law is given by extending the traditional 2D guidance law to 3D scenario, in which the terminal angle constraint and time-coordination of multiple HGVs are satisfied. Then, the time-to-go estimation problem considering moving target for HGV without active velocity control is addressed by numerical integration, and from which predictive intercepting point (PIP) is gained, thus the problem of intercepting a moving target simultaneously is simplified as guiding multiple HGVs to hit a fixed point along different directions at same time. Taking into account that aerial target can evade threats through terminal maneuvering, an extended state observer is used to estimate the acceleration of target. Accordingly, a sliding mode terminal guidance law designed in the framework of Line-of-Sight (LOS), which is different from the previous guidance law, is used to compensate the disturbance caused by the maneuvering target. Unlike similar existing results, the proposed guidance strategy for HGV can satisfy spatial-temporal constraints when the target is moving or maneuvering, and the guidance law designed in this paper is appropriate for unpowered vehicles without constant velocity. Numerical simulations are provided to show the effectiveness of the proposed cooperative guidance law. © 2024 IEEE.

State of Health (SOH) is a crucial indicator for evaluating lithium battery performance, and accurate SOH evaluation can provide an effective reference for energy storage systems. Currently, the majority of SOH estimation approaches require long periods of charging/discharging data, namely rely on the completeness of data, and then cause poor real-time performance. It failed to fully consider the variations in features at different stages of the battery life cycle and the interrelationships between different features. In response to these problems, this paper proposes a SOH estimation method based on the fusion of features from random charging segments. The method initially extracts health features at equal time intervals during the constant-current and constant-voltage charging, and then uses a self-attention mechanism to learn signal joint features and temporal joint features. These features are fully fused to estimate the battery SOH. The results on NASA dataset suggest that the method proposed in this paper possesses high estimation accuracy. © 2024 IEEE.
