This paper is based on the Internet of Things technology, combined with image recognition technology, the construction of intelligent three-dimensional virtual information management system. The system is visually controlled by the method of 3D visual display, which makes the operation of the system more convenient and active. By 3D modeling, mapping and modeling of buildings, roads, trees, computer rooms and other scenes and equipment with 3DMAX software, the 3D model built by 3DMAX is converted to fbx format. We need to edit and develop 3D scenes. The MS SQL Server database is invoked to intelligently navigate each cabinet, server, and network device in the equipment room, and display the property and state information to achieve effective control of the system information. Color image modeling, boundary recognition and feature extraction, color image segmentation based on distributed multi-attribute information fusion are analyzed. The distributed 3D model based on this algorithm has better visualization performance and better representation characteristics. © 2023 IEEE.

Polysaccharide-based membranes with excellent mechanical properties are highly desired. However, severe mechanical deterioration under wet conditions limits their biomedical applications. Here, inspired by the structural heterogeneity of strong yet hydrated biological materials, we propose a strategy based on heterogeneous crosslink-and-hydration（HCH） of a molecule/nano dual-scale network to fabricate polysaccharide-based nanocomposites with robust wet mechanical properties. The heterogeneity lies in that the crosslink-and-hydration occurs in the molecule-network while the stress-bearing nanofiber-network remains unaffected. As one demonstration, a membrane assembled by bacterial cellulose nanofiber-network and Ca2+-crosslinked and hydrated sodium alginate molecule-network is designed. Studies show that the crosslinked-and-hydrated molecule-network restricts water invasion and boosts stress transfer of the nanofiber-network by serving as interfibrous bridge. Overall, the molecule-network makes the membrane hydrated and flexible; the nanofiber-network as stress-bearing component provides strength and *** HCH dual-scale network featuring a cooperative effect stimulates the design of advanced biomaterials applied under wet conditions such as guided bone regeneration membranes.

Thalassemia is a Disease that passes from parents to children through genes. It is a red blood cell disorder caused when the body doesn’t make enough of a protein in the blood called hemoglobin. Three classifications of Thalassemia are Alpha(a), Beta(b), DeltaBeta(db) And Beta thalassemia is the most effective disease compared to other types. Out of 5% of patients 3% comes in Beta Thalassemia. It is first identified in the early 19’s with the symptoms like poor growth, severe anemia, and huge abdominal organs. It is a disease of which most people are deceased due to unawareness, and not getting proper Medication, especially in rural areas as they cannot find symptoms because other disease symptoms differ from thalassemia. Out of 10000 newborns, approximately an average of 4.4 will be affected by thalassemia. Out of 32 districts In India, 10 to 12 thousand children were born with this disease. To date, no research work has shown the exact death rates of thalassemia worldwide. Blood transfusion is the major method used for the prevention of thalassemia-affected patients. Apart from that Bone marrow is another prevention method used for Beta Carriers. In this work, we gathered detailed Information about thalassemia and its types so that people will get aware of this disease. This work provides details of how this disease is getting inherited from parents to children, the depth of the characteristics of every subtype, and the statistics about causes and death rates from this disease. © 2024 The Author(s).

Exergaming, blending exercise and gaming, improves the physical and mental health of older adults. We currently do not fully know the factors that drive older adults to either engage in or abstain from exergaming. Large-scale studies investigating this are still scarce, particularly those studying East Asian older adults. To address this, we interviewed 64 older adults from China, Japan, and South Korea about their attitudes toward exergames. Most participants viewed exergames with a positive inquisitiveness. However, socio-cultural factors can obstruct this curiosity. Our study shows that perceptions of aging, lifestyle, the presence of support networks, and the cultural relevance of game mechanics are the crucial factors influencing their exergame engagement. Thus, we stress the value of socio-cultural sensitivity in game design and urge the HCI community to adopt more diverse design practices. We provide several design suggestions for creating more culturally approachable exergames. © 2024 Owner/Author.

The realization of hybrid optics could be one of the best ways to fulfll the technological requirements of compact,light-weight,and multi-functional optical systems for modern *** diffractive lens(PDL)such as diffractive lenses,photonsieves,and metasurfaces can be patterned on ultra-thin flexible and stretchable substrates and be conformally attached on top of arbitrarily shaped *** this review,we introduce recent research works addressed to the design and manufacturing of ultra-thin graphene optics,which will open new markets in compact and light-weight optics for next-generation endoscopic brain imaging,space internet,real-time surface proflometry,and multi-functional mobile *** provide higher design flexibility,lower process complexity,and chemical-free process with reasonable investment cost,direct laser writing(DLW)of laser-induced-graphene(LIG)is actively being applied to the patterning of *** realizing the best optical performances in DLW,photon-material interactions have been studied in detail with respect to different laser parameters;the resulting optical characteristics have been evaluated in terms of amplitude and phase.A series of exemplary laser-written 1D and 2D PDL structures have been actively demonstrated with different base materials,and then,the cases are being expanded to plasmonic and holographic *** combination of these ultra-thin and light-weight PDL with conventional bulk refractive or reflective optical elements could bring together the advantages of each optical *** integrating these suggestions,we suggest a way to realize the hybrid PDL to be used in the future micro-electronics surface inspection,biomedical,outer space,and extended reality(XR)industries.

Nanotechnology has been widely applied in the development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Interestingly,we found that nanostructures intrinsically existed in 12 clinically applied TCM mixtures(TCMMs).However,the role of these nanostructures in TCMMs and their potential value in improving the development of TCMMs remain *** Qingxuechushi mixture as an example,we demonstrated that nanoparticles could be the most efficient part through the pharmacodynamics study on psoriasis *** imitating the physical properties and chemical composition of isolated nanoparticles in Qingxuechushi mixture,a novel nanoformulation with definite components and good therapeutic effect was developed,which not only mimicked the prescription composition rules in the original TCMMs but also possessed the advantage of *** novel nanoformulation could notably alleviate the psoriasis-like manifestations and reduce the levels of pro-inflammatory factors in serum in the psoriasis mouse *** work organically integrates the advantages of TCMMs and nanotechnology,which may provide a new approach and inspiration for the development of TCM.

Dielectric spectroscopy coupled with artificial neural network for classification and quantification of sesame oil adulteration

Adulteration using cheap vegetable oils into expensive oils such as sesame oil is a considerable challenge in the edible oil market. To discriminate pure and adulterated sesame oilwith sunflower and canola oils (commonly used as an adulterant to the high-price oils),dielectric spectroscopy was applied in the range of 40 kHz–20 MHz. The principal component analysis (PCA) plots were able to distinguish the pure sesame oil, while it was impossible to separate the adulterated oils based on the kind of adulteration. The correlationbased feature selection (CFS) method was used to select the more relevant dielectric datawithin the spectrum and to reduce the dimensionality of the input vector belongs to theartificial neural network (ANN). The ANN classifier with topology of 19-5-4 structureshowed a perfect accuracy of 100% in detecting the authentic and the adulterated sesameoil. The regression ANN with the topology of 15-5-1, 21-8-1 and 10-11-1 were the mostrobust models in quantifying the amount of adulteration in sesame oil generated by sun-flower oil, canola oil and sunflower + canola oils, with R2Test of 1, 1 and 0.999 9, *** proposed technique is a powerful and simple method to detect and quantify adulteration of sesame oil. The novelty of this research is capability of used system for authentication of adulterated sesame oil using low frequency. Furthermore, the developed systemhas a good capability for other types of sesame oil adulterations as well as to detect adulteration in other expensive edible oils.

Reconfiguring wireless environments via intelligent surfaces for 6G: reflection, modulation, and security

The reconfigurable intelligent surface(RIS) has been recognized as an essential enabling technology for sixth-generation(6G) mobile communication networks. An RIS comprises a large number of small and low-cost reflecting elements whose parameters can be dynamically adjusted with a programmable *** of these elements can effectively reflect a phase-shifted version of the incident electromagnetic wave. By configuring the wave phases in real time, the propagation environment of the information-bearing signals can be dynamically manipulated to enhance communication reliability, boost transmission rate, expand cellular coverage, and strengthen communication security. In this study, we provide an overview on RIS-assisted wireless communications. Specifically, we elaborate on the state-of-the-art enabling techniques for the RIS technology as well as their corresponding substantial benefits from the perspectives of RIS reflection and RIS modulation. With these benefits, we envision the integration of RISs into emerging applications for6G. In addition, communication security is of unprecedented importance in future 6G networks with ubiquitous wireless services in multifarious verticals and areas. We highlight potential contributions of RISs to physical-layer security, in terms of secrecy rate and secrecy outage probability, exemplified by a typical case study from both theoretical and numerical aspects. Finally, we discuss challenges and opportunities on the deployment of RISs in practice to motivate future research.

Vehicular ad hoc networks(VANETs)provide intelligent navigation and efficient route management,resulting in time savings and cost reductions in the transportation ***,the exchange of beacons and messages over public channels among vehicles and roadside units renders these networks vulnerable to numerous attacks and privacy *** address these challenges,several privacy and security preservation protocols based on blockchain and public key cryptography have been proposed ***,most of these schemes are limited by a long execution time and massive communication costs,which make them inefficient for on-board units(OBUs).Additionally,some of them are still susceptible to many *** such,this study presents a novel protocol based on the fusion of elliptic curve cryptography(ECC)and bilinear pairing(BP)*** formal security analysis is accomplished using the Burrows–Abadi–Needham(BAN)logic,demonstrating that our scheme is verifiably *** proposed scheme’s informal security assessment also shows that it provides salient security features,such as non-repudiation,anonymity,and ***,the scheme is shown to be resilient against attacks,such as packet replays,forgeries,message falsifications,and *** the performance perspective,this protocol yields a 37.88%reduction in communication overheads and a 44.44%improvement in the supported security ***,the proposed scheme can be deployed in VANETs to provide robust security at low overheads.
