Hinged booms are widely used in astrophysics missions; however, the trajectory and deployment velocity are difficult to control. This is because the booms are usually driven by springs, which limits their application in narrow spaces. And the torque calculation of the spring is difficult. Thus, this paper presents a dynamic analysis method for hinged boom based on the Udwadia-Kalaba Equation. The method avoids Lagrange multipliers and simplifies the calculation process. Using assumed mode method (AMM) and tree topology multi-body theory to derive dynamic equation of the hinged boom. Finally, according to the Udwadia-Kalaba Equation calculates the torque required by each hinge of the hinged boom and verifies the feasibility of this method by Adams.

The incremental negative damping characteristics of pulsed loads have adverse effects on the stable operation of independent power systems. The diesel generator set is the most important power source in the independent power system. It is necessary to conduct damping analysis on the generator and enhance the system damping by increasing the energy dissipation of the generator. Based on Hamilton realization, this paper analyzes the internal energy structure of the fifth order model of the generator in an independent power system with a pulsed load. A method to reduce the negative dissipation term in the generator energy dissipation is proposed to enhance the system damping and improve the robustness of the system. This paper verifies the proposed method based on PSCAD/EMTDC simulation. It provides a basis for the theoretical basis of the diesel generator sets in the independent power systems with pulsed loads.

The research try to implements an intelligent network operation management system for enterprise networks. First, based on Flask-state software architecture, the system adapt to Phytium CPU and Galaxy Kylin operating system successfully. Second, using the Isolation Forest algorithm, the system implements the anomaly detection of host data such as CPU usage. Third, using the Holt-winters seasonal prediction model, the system can predict time series data such as network I/O. The results show that the system can realizes anomaly detection and time series data prediction more precisely and intelligently.

This paper proposes several kinds of energy saving system for harbor crane such as Rubber Tyred Gantry Crane (RTGC) and Straddle Carrier (SC). Harbor crane carry the cargo not only horizontal direction but also vertical direction. Especially for vertical direction operation, power demand becomes greater in hoisting up a cargo. On the other hand, big regenerative power can be back in lowering a cargo. Even if big regenerative power is generated by motor so that RTGC and SC are powered by diesel engine generator, it is regenerated to not power source but braking resistor. Hence it can be reduced fuel consumption of diesel engine by utilizing its regenerative energy. To utilize regenerative energy it requires energy storage system. The proposed system adopts lithium ion battery (LiB) and its combined system is separated into three kinds of concept. Their proposed system accomplished 25 - 60% fuel consumption cut.
