Entity extraction based on the combination of information entropy and TF-IDF

Traditional knowledge graph entity extraction methods require expert knowledge and a large number of artificial features. Furthermore, deficiencies exist in the accuracy and efficiency of key word extraction based on methods such as TF-IDF. Thus, this study proposes a Chinese entity extraction method based on the combination of information entropy and TF-IDF. First, the text is preprocessed, which involves operations such as sentence segmentation, word segmentation, removal of stop words, and POS tagging, to detect key words based on POS. Secondly, the word frequency is analysed to determine feature word weight, and the TF-IDF algorithm is used to compare the importance of keyword. Finally, information entropy is used to improve the TF-IDF algorithm to provide entity knowledge for the construction of the knowledge graph. The entity extraction method and optimisation scheme proposed in this study can help users extract domain entities and provide better entity resources for the construction of knowledge graphs. The primary objective in aircraft transportation is to minimize turbulent drag, thereby conserving energy and reducing emissions. We propose a sector-shaped counter-flow dielectric barrier discharge plasma actuator, which leverages jet synthesis for drag reduction. A drag control experiment was conducted in a low-speed wind tunnel with a controlled flow velocity of 9.6 m/s(Re = 1.445 × 10^(4)). This study investigated the effects of varying pulse frequencies and actuation voltages on the turbulent boundary layer. Using a hot-wire measurement system, we analyzed the pulsating and time-averaged velocity distributions within the boundary layer to evaluate the streamwise turbulent drag reduction. The results show that the local TDR decreases as the pulse frequency increases, reaching a maximum reduction of approximately 20.97% at a pulse frequency of 50 Hz. In addition, as the actuation voltage increases, the friction coefficient decreases, increasing the drag reduction rate. The maximum drag reduction of approximately 33.34% is achieved at an actuation voltage of 10 kV.

The accurate three-dimensional wind field obtained from a Doppler lidar not only helps to comprehend the refined structure of complex airflow but also provides important and valuable solutions for many ***,the underlying homogeneity assumption of the typical wind retrieval methods,such as Doppler Beam Swinging(DBS)and Velocity Azimuth Display(VAD)based on a single-lidar,will introduce the measurement uncertainty in complex *** this paper,a new design of a wind measurement campaign involving seven lidars was carried out,which contained the three-lidar-based Virtual Tower(VT)using a time-space synchroniza-tion technique and four single-lidars with different elevation *** study investigates the performance of VT and VAD measurements under various conditions and evaluates the sensitivity of wind measurement uncertainty of VAD to the horizontal spatial-and probe volume-average effects associated with elevation angles of the laser *** inter-comparison results between VT and four VADs show consistent trends with small relative errors under neutral atmospheric conditions with weak wind *** convective or high Turbulence Intensity(TI)conditions,the relative errors between VT and VAD become larger and more ***,it is found that the measurement uncertainty of VAD increases at a given elevation angle with the increasing measurement heights,which is caused by the horizontal homogeneity associated with the conical scanning ***,the simulated and measured results of four VADs indicate that a larger elevation angle corresponds to a lower measurement uncertainty for a given height.

In situ calibrated angle between the quantization axis and the propagating direction of the light field for trapping neutral atoms

The recently developed magic-intensity trapping technique of neutral atoms efficiently mitigates the detrimental effect of light shifts on atomic qubits and substantially enhances the coherence time. This technique relies on applying a bias magnetic field precisely parallel to the wave vector of a circularly polarized trapping laser field. However, due to the presence of the vector light shift experienced by the trapped atoms, it is challenging to precisely define a parallel magnetic field, especially at a low bias magnetic field strength, for the magic-intensity trapping of85Rb qubits. In this work, we present a method to calibrate the angle between the bias magnetic field and the trapping laser field with the compensating magnetic fields in the other two directions orthogonal to the bias magnetic field direction. Experimentally, with a constantdepth trap and a fixed bias magnetic field, we measure the respective resonant frequencies of the atomic qubits in a linearly polarized trap and a circularly polarized one via the conventional microwave Rabi spectra with different compensating magnetic fields and obtain the corresponding total magnetic fields via the respective resonant frequencies using the Breit–Rabi formula. With known total magnetic fields, the angle is a function of the other two compensating magnetic ***, the projection value of the angle on either of the directions orthogonal to the bias magnetic field direction can be reduced to 0(4)° by applying specific compensating magnetic fields. The measurement error is mainly attributed to the fluctuation of atomic temperature. Moreover, it also demonstrates that, even for a small angle, the effect is strong enough to cause large decoherence of Rabi oscillation in a magic-intensity trap. Although the compensation method demonstrated here is explored for the magic-intensity trapping technique, it can be applied to a variety of similar precision measurements with trapped neutral atoms.

As one of the most widely used personal protective equipment(PPE),body armors play an important role in protecting the human body from the high-velocity impact of bullets or *** body torso and critical organs of the wear may suffer severe behind-armor blunt trauma(BABT)even though the impactor is stopped by the body armor.A type of novel composite material through incorporating shear stiffening gel(STG)into ethylene-vinyl acetate(EVA)foam is developed and used as buffer layers to reduce *** this paper,the protective performance of body armors composed of fabric bulletproof layers and a buffer layer made of foam material is investigated both experimentally and *** effectiveness of STG-modified EVA in damage relief is verified by ballistic *** parallel with the experimental study,numerical simulations are conducted by LS-DYNA®to investigate the dynamic response of each component and capture the key mechanical parameters,which are hardly obtained from field *** fully describe the material behavior under the transient impact,the selected constitutive models take the failure and strain rate effect into consideration.A good agreement between the experimental observations and numerical results is achieved to prove the validity of the modelling *** tests and simulations show that the impact-induced deformation on the human body is significantly reduced by using STG-modified EVA as the buffering *** improvement of protective performance is attributed to better dynamic properties and more outstanding energy absorption capability of the composite foam.

A comprehensive survey of visible infrared person re-identification from an application perspective

Person re-identification (ReID) is a significant issue in computer vision, aiming to match the same pedestrian across various cameras. Recent research on this issue has successfully reached a satisfactory performance level in the daytime scenario. However, the performance of ReID in low illumination scenarios suffers a dramatic degradation due to the insufficient personal information captured by visible cameras in low or no light scenarios. To address this challenge, the adoption of novel camera technologies for more effective pedestrian data is imperative. Owing to the constraints of distance and usage scenarios in deploying depth cameras, practical infrared cameras are frequently utilized, spurring research in visible infrared person re-identification (VI-ReID). Significant progress has been made in the field of VI-ReID in recent years, but only a few reviews have categorized this problem based on methodology. This article offers a novel perspective by classifying VI-ReID according to application scenarios. Following our categorization scheme, the main advancements in deep learning for VI-ReID over the past five years have been grouped into three categories as follows: retrieval of infrared images using visible images (V→IR), retrieval of visible images using infrared images (IR→V), and joint retrieval of infrared and visible images (V→IR and IR→V). Next, this survey outlines the available datasets and evaluation metrics. After that, we categorize diverse methodologies under the proposed classification and assess their performance metrics across common datasets. Optimization of the Internet of Remote Things Data Acquisition Based on Satellite UAV Integrated Network

In order to achieve dependable and efficient data acquisition and transmission in the Internet of Remote Things(IoRT),we investigate the optimization scheme of IoRT data acquisition under the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)-low earth orbit(LEO)satellite integrated space-air-ground network,in which the UAV acquires data from massive Internet of Things(IoT)devices in special *** combine with the actual scenario,we consider two different data types,that is,delay-sensitive data and delay-tolerant data,the transmission mode is accordingly divided into two *** delay-sensitive data,the data will be transmitted via the LEO satellite relay to the data center(DC)in *** delay-tolerant data,the UAV will store and carry the data until the acquisition is completed,and then return to *** to nonconvexity and complexity of the formulated problem,a multi-dimensional optimization Rate Demand based Joint Optimization(RDJO)algorithm is *** algorithm first uses successive convex approximation(SCA)technology to solve the non-convexity,and then based on the block coordinate descent(BCD)method,the data acquisition efficiency is maximized by jointly optimizing UAV deployment,the bandwidth allocation of IoRT devices,and the transmission power of the ***,the proposed RDJO algorithm is compared with the conventional *** consequences demonstrate that the efficiency of IoRT data acquisition can be greatly improved by multi-parameter optimization of the bandwidth allocation,UAV deployment and the transmission power.
