In interbank networks, creditor banks tend to gain appreciation in asset value by borrowing liquid assets to debtor banks. Meanwhile, funds shortage leads debtor banks competing for the liquid asset, which forms a typical resource competing coupling relationship that affects the whole system. Existing research on interbank risk contagion mainly under the hypothesis that systemic risk in interbank network has accumulated to the threshold, so the behavior of banks in the accumulate process is regarded as static. it ignores the active behavior that derived from resource competing between banks. Therefore, this paper proposes a novel coupling relationship based on resource competing between banks, which takes the liquid assets as constraint, aimed to find proper ways to allocation liquid assets of creditor banks. We further study the influence of resource competing on the risk contagion of interbank network. Then, a network resource optimizing strategy is proposed to control the risk under different initial conditions.

Organic semiconductors with noncovalently conformational locks (OSNCs) are promising building blocks for hole-transporting materials (HTMs). However, lack of satisfied neighboring building blocks negatively impacts the optoelectronic properties of OSNCs-based HTMs and imperils the stability of perovskite solar cells (PSCs). To address this limitation, we introduce the benzothieno[3,2-b]thiophene (BTT) to construct a new OSNC, and the resulting HTM ZS13 shows improved intermolecular charge extraction/transport properties, proper energy level, efficient surface passivation effect. Consequently, the champion devices based on doped ZS13 yield an efficiency of 24.39 % and 20.95 % for aperture areas of 0.1 and 1.01 cm 2 , respectively. Furthermore, ZS13 shows good thermal stability and the capability of inhibiting I − ion migration, thus, leading to enhanced device stability. The success in neighboring-group engineering can triggered a strong interest in developing thienoacene-based OSNCs toward efficient and stable PSCs.

Within a framework for verifying parametric network protocols through induction, one needs to find invariants based on a protocol instance of a small number of nodes. In this paper, we propose a new approach to accelerate parameterized verification by adopting decision trees to represent the state space of a protocol instance. Such trees can be considered as a knowledge base that summarizes all behaviors of the protocol instance. With this knowledge base, we are able to efficiently construct an oracle to effectively assess candidates of invariants of the protocol, which are suggested by an invariant finder. With the discovered invariants, a formal proof for the correctness of the protocol can be derived in the framework after proper generalization. The effectiveness of our method is demonstrated by experiments with typical benchmarks.

The differential of matrix functions(DMF) plays an important role in mathematics and engineering. Common applications of it are found in optimization analysis, computer vision, robotics, etc. In this paper, a formal method based on HOL is used to construct the DMF based on Fréchet differential in matrix space. In order to illustrate the practical effectiveness of our work, we use our formalization to verify a property of matrix exponential. © 2019 IEEE.

The Influence of the Density of CNT Arrays on Their Atomic Oxygen Erosion Effects

To investigate the characteristic of carbon nanotube (CNT) arrays with high resistance to the hazardous conditions of atomic oxygen in space environment, the erosion effects of atomic oxygen on CNT arrays with different density have been studied by atomic oxygen simulation equipment. To characterizing the change of the surface morphologies of CNT arrays before and after atomic oxygen exposition, A scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis method have been used. The SEM images shows that the morphologies of the surface of CNT arrays after atomic oxygen experiment are quite different from those before atomic oxygen experiment. The higher density CNT arrays are etched away more uniformly. The erosion yield of the CNT arrays with higher density is much less than that with lower density, which means that the CNT materials have different atomic oxygen erosion yield. The resistance ability of CNT materials to atomic oxygen is depending on their density.

In this paper, we try to find a proper method to model the IMA (Integrated Electronic System) reconfiguration process, make an analysis on simulation, validation and certification of IMA platform. We proposed the analysis method on AADL (Architecture Analysis and Design Language) to modeling the components of IMA, and its error and behavior annex can help to describe the mechanism of reconfiguration, its ARINC653 annex can help to design safety-critical avionics systems. In addition, we gave the detailed process of IMA reconfiguration by steps. The whole process helps us to grasp how to apply AADL to the corresponding analysis of IMA, thus helping to improve and optimize the design. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Financial industry clusters have been a new trend in modern economic development, and also provide potential channels for risk contagion among the financial system. The current credit risk contagion models mainly study the impact of the interconnectedness of the whole network on risk contagion, still lack consideration of the local risk exposures' characteristics under the impact of financial industry clusters. In view of this, we propose a credit risk contagion model based on financial industry clusters and analyze a scale-free financial network according to institution balance sheet. We detect financial industry clusters by identifying systemically important financial institutions. And by calculating the default probability of the institution in clusters, we propose a “cluster contagion index” to assess the impact of local risk exposures on contagion. We verify the rationality of the model by comparing the default extent after the risk contagion under different network scales and different initial shocking scopes. The results of our model also highlight the impact that heterogeneous connectivity in clusters to magnify shocks, which will be significant for financial market regulators.

Smart contracts have exhibited great potential in a spectrum of applications, ranging from digital currency to online gaming. Yet smart contracts are known to be prone to errors and vulnerable to attacks. The validation of smart contracts before their deployment is an indispensable step for their correctness and security, and the highest level of guarantee can be provided using formal verification. The level of difficulty, reliability, etc., of the formal verification of a smart contract is deeply affected by the programming language in which the contract is implemented. In this paper, we discuss the benefits of verifying smart contracts at the level of intermediate languages, in comparison with machine-level languages and user-level languages. We augment the existing formalization of Yul – the intermediate language of Ethereum, realize an ERC20 token contract in this language, and verify the guarantees of all the functions provided by this contract. All this development has been performed in the proof assistant Isabelle/HOL. It demonstrates the feasibility and some of the most important advantages of mechanized verification for smart contracts at the intermediate-language level, such as a balance between the intuitiveness of the verification target and the ability to validate lower-level mechanisms like the function dispatcher. © 2019, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

Harmonic Response Analysis for Ball Grid Array Package Using Computer Finite Element Simulation

BGA package is selected as the research object in this paper. Workbench (finite elemental analysis tool in ANSYS) is used for harmonic response analysis. The author lays several paper sheets on the sample and builds the finite element model of clamp, ceramic and metal plate. Then, the model analysis is carried out. Based on this, it is converted to harmonic response analysis. According to the results, the author has found that there is no relation between the number of paper sheets and acceleration-frequency result. It promotes the development of electronic packaging reliability.

In order to obtain the welding stress of the output needle and helix, a finite element model is established and the mesh at the weld is refined to evaluate the welding residual stress. ANSYS parameter design language is used to simulate the motion load of welding heat source. Based on the exact calculation of the temperature field, the corresponding thermal units are converted into structural units to calculate the welding residual stress. Finally, the thermal stress distribution curve and residual stress distribution trend are obtained after post-treatment.
