Inertial measurement unit (IMU) is a key equipment of missile weapon control system for precision strike. Therefore, to maximize the operational efficiency of missile weapon system, it is necessary to optimally select the IMU. In order to evaluate the performance of the IMU more accurately, a combined index system is proposed in this paper, based on the current calibration information and long-term storage test information of the IMU equipment, the optimal selection of the IMU equipment is realized by taking the minimization of accuracy error and long-term stability as the index. Therein, a correlation coefficient considering multi-dimensional spatial relationship is used to measure the calibration accuracy index, and the mixed stability factor is used to measure the long-term stability. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by some experiments. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Considering that almost all existing solutions of fusing different reconstructed results require experts’opinions and the issue of how to fuse probabilistic results and mixed results has not been *** solutions are *** first is based on the Monte Carlo Method(FMCM),while the second is based on the Sub-Interval Technique(FSIT).The method based on FMCM generates sample points according to the distribution of each uncertain result firstly,and then gives out the cumulative distribution function of the final fused result by statistical *** method based on FSIT gets the result fusion interval set according to lower and upper bounds of all interval results and a given length d of each sub-interval firstly,and then calculate the weighted matrix of the result fusion *** a result,the cumulative distribution function of the final fused result can also be given out by statistical ***,three real accidents are given to demonstrate the methods of FMCM and FSIT,the results of which show that both work well in practice.

Flexible Noninvasive Broadband Voltage Probe as an Anti-Interference Monitoring Tool

Noninvasive measurement methods are gradually gaining attention as a monitoring tool for time-domain signals. In this article, a novel noninvasive flexible voltage probe with an operating frequency from 1 MHz to 1 GHz is proposed for monitoring the voltage signals at the input and output ports of a low-noise-amplifier (LNA) module. The flexible probe design and its performance are verified through simulation and experiments. The probe can be pasted to the trace surface for noninvasive voltage measurement. The probe has been verified to operate properly in a strong electromagnetic environment of 24.3 kV/m. The transmission coefficients obtained at different lengths, bending angles, bending times, and long-term bending show high consistency, with an average error of less than 5%. In addition, the reconstructed voltage time-domain curves closely match the directly measured voltages under an injected double-exponential voltage waveform, with an average error of 2.44%. In the application test, the input and output signals coupled by the probe are calculated by the time-domain reconstruction method. It is highly consistent with the theoretical gain value of the LNA. The experimental results show that the flexible probe can be used as a noninvasive time-varying voltage monitoring tool at the port of the LNA module. © 2001-2012 IEEE.

With the rapid development of multi-electric and all-electric aircraft, the role of power supply systems in aircraft is becoming increasingly prominent. Traditional fault diagnosis methods have problems such as a single means of sensory modelling and unbalanced fault data. The rapid development of digital twin technology provides an opportunity to overcome these difficulties. However, how to achieve adaptive updating and how to improve the data-and-model-fusion capabilities are also urgent challenges to be solved. To address the lack of existing research, this paper combines time-frequency domain analysis, physical information neural network based on differential-algebraic equation (DAE-PINN) and transient stability analysis of the power supply system based on a digital twin model with dimensions including fault-behavior-twin and (FBT) fault-state-awareness-twin (FSAT). Ultimately, this paper achieves effective digital twin modelling, fault eigenfeature extraction and high accuracy fault diagnosis, reaching fault data balance and complete state characterization and adaptive update of the diagnostic model. © 2023 IEEE.

Ion implanters are widely utilized in particle radiation testing of materials within the context of space applications. Their primary purpose is to validate the reliability of materials exposed to space environment. A novel low-energy ion implanter is presently under development, featuring several distinctive attributes aimed at facilitating the production of an ion beam characterized by high uniformity, a substantial irradiation area, and sustained flux stability. The initial step involves the utilization of multi-circle arc-shaped hot cathodes to emit electrons. Subsequently, a multilayer concentric cylindrical electrode, interspersed with hot cathodes, is introduced within the ionization chamber. This configuration paves the way for the ion extraction electrode to extend into the ionization chamber. Finally, an automated adjustment method for regulating ion flux at the target stage is incorporated into the design. These enhancements collectively contribute to heightened efficiency and improved quality in particle radiation testing for materials. © 2023 IEEE.

During the operation of aircraft aileron actuators, a large number of monitoring samples will be accumulated. However, most of the monitoring samples are without labels since the lack of effective data management and data analysis. Most traditional fault diagnosis methods simply use sample parameters to analyze the health condition of aircraft aileron actuators. These methods ignore the relationship between sample parameters and fail to effectively use the fault information in unlabeled samples, which results in low accuracy of fault diagnosis under label missing conditions. Graph regularization network can exploit the relationship between sample parameters to improve the fault diagnosis accuracy and performance under label missing conditions. In this paper, a fault diagnosis method based on graph regularization network is proposed. First, for the monitoring samples, a sample association graph is constructed based on the K-nearest neighbor method. Second, for the nodes in the graph with labeled samples, subgraphs are extracted and generated, each containing one labeled node and K unlabeled nodes. Then, a fault diagnosis model based on graph regularization network is constructed by using subgraphs, and the relationship between sample parameters is used to constrain the optimization, forcing the fault diagnosis model to be trained toward a fixed direction. Finally, a simulation dataset is generated by injecting different faults to an aileron actuator simulation model established using Simulink and AMESim software, and some of the fault labels are removed for case validation of the proposed fault diagnosis method. The results show that the proposed fault diagnosis method based on graph regularization network can effectively use the relationship between sample parameters and improve the performance of fault diagnosis under label missing conditions compared with typical supervised learning methods. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapo

Dislocations and disclinations are fundamental topological defects within crystals,which determine the mechanical properties of metals and *** their important roles in multiple physical mecha-nisms,e.g.,dynamic recovery and grain boundary mediated plasticity,the intrinsic coupling and corre-lation between disclinations and dislocations,and their impacts on the deformation behavior of metallic materials still remain obscure,partially due to the lack of a theoretical tool to capture the rotational na-ture of *** using a Lie-algebra-based theoretical framework,we obtain a general equation to quantify the intrinsic coupling of disclinations and *** quasi in-situ electron backscat-ter diffraction characterizations and disclination/dislocation density analyses in Mg alloys,the generation,coevolution and reactions of disclinations and dislocations during dynamic recovery and superplastic de-formation have been quantitatively *** has been demonstrated that the obtained governing equa-tion can capture multiple physical processes associated with mechanical deformation of metals,e.g.,grain rotation and grain boundary migration,at both room temperature and high *** establishing the disclination-dislocation coupling equation within a Lie algebra description,our work provides new insights for exploring the coevolution and reaction of disclinations/dislocations,with profound implica-tions for elucidating the microstructure-property relationship and underlying deformation mechanisms in metallic materials.

The variations of the radiation damage induced by radiation from protons and heavy ions on Cascode GaN HEMTs are comparatively studied. 300 MeV proton and 500 MeV heavy ion irradiation are carried out for AlGaN/GaN HEMTs. Findings from the study indicate that exposure to a proton flux of 300 MeV, reaching a cumulative level of 1×1011 cm-2, leads to a reduction in the output current. Concurrently, there is a downward adjustment of 0.27 volts in the turn-on voltage, along with a 5.59% decline in the peak transconductance. Following irradiation, the creation of traps within the device’s channel layer results in a decline in its electrical efficiency. Under 500 MeV heavy ion irradiation with a total fluence of 3.167×105cm-2, a significant leakage current increase is observed when a drain bias of 100 volts is applied. An enhancement in the output current is observed, accompanied by a 0.11V downward adjustment in the voltage at which the channel forms and a significant 70.17% diminution in peak transconductance. Additionally, instances of single event burnout (SEB) are detectable when the drain bias exceeds 150 V. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).

ICP is one of the most popular solutions for point cloud registration. However, the evaluation metric of the ICP algorithm, based on point-wise Euclidean distances, falls short in meeting the demands of high-precision alignment. In this paper, we propose a point cloud registration evaluation method based on local feature distribution to assess alignment quality, in particular the translation errors among matched point clouds. Rather than comparing the point-to-point Euclidean distance as adopted in ICP, our main idea is that the spatial distribution of one local region pre- and post-alignment should be similar. We design a filter to calculate local region similarity and find out outliers according to the similarity. This high-precision filter is integrated into the KPConv network, denoted as HP-KPConv. Finally, after conducting extensive experiments on Dingo robots and LiDAR, we validate the ability of HP-KPConv to effectively detect subtle alignment errors, proving its applicability in robot localization evaluations. © 2024 IEEE.

The need for CAN chip dependability is growing urgent due to the widespread use of CAN bus in numerous sectors and professions. This word presents an analytical method of voltage fault injection measurement-based CAN chip security. The automatic hardware FI test method based on the prototype system is proposed to detect the fault error in abnormal environment. The signal trigger and control module is designed to test automation process. In addition, the extended parameter model is established for shortening test time and automatic statistical analysis of a number of test data. The results show that the test circuit system CAN realize the voltage random fault test and automatic analysis in the range of 1.5 ∼ 5.5V, which provides a more accurate and comprehensive basis for improving the security of CAN chip. © 2023 IEEE.
