This paper proposes an improved auction algorithm to optimize the efficiency of dynamic weapon target assignment (WTA) problem. Firstly, the dynamic battlefield environment of firepower-health model is analyzed and the constraints of weapon assignment problem are established. The firepower-health model is about the idea of adding constraints of weapon firepower and target health to promote the result of assignment more effectively. Secondly, in order to improve the computing speed of WTA algorithm, the penalty mechanism is introduced in the compensation auction algorithm. The main idea of improved algorithm is to reduce the extra consuming of the weapon during the assignment, from which penalty mechanism can optimize the assignment results and reduce the number of algorithm iterations by punishing the overkilled target under certain rules. Finally, the simulation results based on the dynamic firepower-health model show that the proposed algorithm can meet the requirements of firepower allocation, and can promote the effectiveness of assignment with high real-time response.

With the gradual diversification of modern application scenes, the demand for UAV path planning is becoming more and more abundant. This paper first introduces a possible battle scenario, and the problems that must be considered in path planning in this scene are analyzed: the maximum rotation angle constraint and the demand that the UAV can cross the threat zone flexibly. Maximum rotation angle and Adaptive crossing threat zone RRT * (MA-RRT*) algorithm is proposed to solve the above problems. The algorithm improves the reconnection process of neighbor set in RRT*, and adds the maximum rotation angle constraint to the RRT * framework, so that the generated path strictly meets this constraint. In addition, the above process also reduces the time consumption of RRT*, and the speed advantage of MA-RRT* becomes more and more obvious with the increase of iteration times. Then, the obstacle information is regarded as one of the components of the node cost of the path, and the original obstacle is regarded as a soft constraint. This enables the path to adaptively cross the threat zone, which is more in line with the actual situation. We compare our algorithm with RRT * in numerical simulation, which verifies the effectiveness and time consumption advantages of the algorithm.

Aiming at the trajectory re-planning problem of multiple hyper-sonic vehicles with the time coordination under sudden threats, a time-coordinated fast trajectory re-planning method was proposed to avoid the no-fly zone. Firstly, the three-dimensional trajectory planning problem of the vehicle is decomposed into the longitudinal trajectory planning problem and the transverse trajectory planning problem. Secondly, a single sudden threat is regarded as a circular no-fly zone, and the circumvention of no-fly zone can only be considered in a transverse trajectory planning. Based on the in-depth study of the longitudinal trajectory planning with flight time constraints and range constraints, a reinforcement learning method is introduced into the transverse trajectory re-planning, and a fast tilting angle flipping self decision method based on the reinforcement learning is proposed. Finally, by training DQN to generate a tilting angle reversal decision maker, a fast three-dimensional trajectory re-planning method that can avoid the no-fly zone is realized. The proposed trajectory re-planning method not only has a fast trajectory re-planning speed, but also greatly improves the penetration probability against sudden threats. The simulation results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.

To mitigate the substantial computational costs associated with modeling the mechanical behavior of large-scale architected lattice structures, this work introduces a concurrent multiscale approach: the Generalized Non-local Quasicontinuum (GNQC) method. GNQC generalizes the classical nonlocal Quasicontinuum framework by eliminating the assumption of affine or high-order deformation patterns for accurate energy sampling in coarse-grained regions and by ensuring consistency with general finite element shape functions used for coarse-graining. The introduced GNQC method offers three key features: (1) a constitutive-model-consistent framework that employs the same lattice constitutive relationship in both the locally full-resolution region and the coarse-grained domain, similar to existing nonlocal QC approaches;(2) a shape-function consistent energy sampling mechanism that aligns with the interpolation order of the generally employed shape functions, differing significantly from existing Quasicontinuum works and substantially reducing computational costs;and (3) consistent interfacial compatibility, which enables seamless energy and force transfer across interfaces between regions of different resolutions without cumbersome interfacial treatments. The performance of GNQC is validated through a series of numerical test cases—including tension, clamped bending, three-point bending, and crack propagation problems—that demonstrate good accuracy. In recent years, a novel electro-hydraulic integrated self-powered brake system for aircraft has been proposed. A modular "self-powered device" is installed near the wheel to recover the rotational kinetic energy when the wheel lands and convert it into hydraulic energy for braking. The energy conversion device is the compact high-power-weight ratio energy harvesting mechanism, which needs to be designed in the extremely narrow internal space of the wheel. At the same time to ensure high reliability, high strength, high power weight ratio, difficult, and wheel brake disc internal temperature reaches 600 ℃ above, this to the design of the can take institutions are challenges. In this paper, the high strength compact high power-weight ratio energy conversion device as the research goal, through new principles, new structure, new materials, new technology, new methods and other means of the energy taking mechanism design and development, and finally achieve the strength, stiffness, reliability, life of the energy conversion device to meet the requirements of the system. © 2021 Institute of Physics Publishing. Hydraulic motors and pumps are the core components in hydraulic systems. The plunger assembly is a key component for the realization of the function of the axial piston pump and motor. The coupling between the slipper and the plunger body is completed through the closing process. With the application of computational science and finite element technology, DEFORM-3D metal forming process simulation is used to establish the corresponding closing device model of the plunger assembly. Through simulation, we analyze the change law of metal flow during plastic deformation process, and carry out structural optimization design based on the simulation results. We found that the closing is completed under the appropriate cone angle and distance line of the shoe, the quality is relatively uniform, and there is no closing defects such as metal flow overflow and cracks. The pull-off force and the clearance value after rolling can meet the design requirements. This method not only can effectively shorten the product verification cycle and reduce the cost, but also can reduce the defects of the finished product and improve the yield rate, providing a new way for the design of the closing structure and closing model of the plunger assembly. © 2021 Institute of Physics Publishing. PCMs are widely employed in electronic thermal control systems for spacecraft because of their substantial energy storage competencies. Therefore, the influence of gravitational acceleration (GA) on PCM thermal performance is of particular importance. Simultaneously, considering the spacecraft's center of gravity, attitude control, and structural design, the selection of an appropriate battery orientation becomes crucial to maximize the utilization of available space. This study employs numerical simulation to assess PCM heat transfer efficiency and thermal behavior of BTMS cooled under varying gravitational environments (0.05 g, 0.1 g, 1 g, 10 g, and 20 g) and different inclination angles (θ=90°, 45°, 0°) via the enthalpy-porosity method. Research results indicate that as gravity increases from 0.05 g to 20 g, the melting time of PCM shortened by 15%, reducing from 95.05 s to 81.30 s. This phenomenon can be explained by the enhanced convective heat transfer capability, increasing the maximum velocity (Vmax) of the liquid PCM (PCMl) by over 12 times. Particularly, when GA= 10 g, increasing θ from 45° to 90° reduces PCM melting time by 59.05s (9.66% reduction) compared to θ=45°, while at θ=0°, it decreases by 65.75 s (10.75% reduction). Notably, at θ=45°, some unmelted solid PCM accumulates in the lower right corner of the enclosure hindering the BTMS heat transfer. Based on the characteristics of PCM melting and accumulation effects, three optimization structures for different θ are proposed in this study. It can be observed at t=240s that the enhancement of PCM melting phenomenon is particularly prominent with the presence of fins. Furthermore, by comparing CHTC curves before and after optimization, it is evident that the accumulated effect has been effectively eliminated after optimization. In this study, 2-benzothiazolylthio-succinic acid (BTSA) and trimethoxy (octadecyl) silane (OTMS) are synthesized as anti-corrosion coating to inhibit the corrosion of carbonyl iron (CI) in salt-containing environment. Electrochemical experimental affirmed that the CI@BTSA@OTMS composites exhibited exceptional anti-corrosion with the corrosion current (Icorr) was as low as 1.1 × 10−7 A/cm−2, and the protection efficiency reached 99.91%. After 720 hours of exposure in a natural salt spray test, the composites still retained relatively intact morphological and compositional characteristics. Molecular dynamics simulations and quantum chemical calculations are used to reveal the diffusion and inhibition mechanisms of corrosive species. © 2024, The Authors. All rights reserved.

For interaction operations by manipulator such as assembly and grinding, admittance control is a commonly used compliance control strategy. Before the actual operation, the simulation is need to analyse the control effect and adjust the control parameters, so the simulation model should be close to the actual system. However, the influence of control period and sampling period in the actual system is not considered in most compliance control simulation. Aiming at this problem, in this paper, firstly the mathematical model of the discrete admittance control is established accounting for the influence of control period and sampling period in an actual manipulator system. Then, the simulation model based on the discrete admittance control is constructed in Simulink to evaluate the performance of the discrete admittance control on an actual manipulator. Finally, through this model, the compliance control effect of the manipulator can be observed under different admittance parameters, sensor sampling periods and manipulator control periods, which helps to the design of manipulator controller.
