There are many uncertainties in multiple-attribute decision making problems so that the reliability and correctness of decision making results depend on the scientifically and reasonably confirmation of attribute weights. Combination assigning method based on optimal eigenvectors which uses multi-objective optimization to integrate subjective and objective weightings was presented in the study so that the limitations of both subjective assigning method and objective assigning method have been overcome. Furthermore, decision making model based on TOPSIS method was also established to obtain more reasonable and scientific method of weightings confirmation method for multi-attribute decision making problems.

Collaborative multi-platform network for underwater detection in the future have advantages like comprehensive data acquisition, highly parallel operation, better concealment, stronger antiinterference ability, more flexible configuration. The performance of multi-platform underwater network is determined by the characteristic of acoustic propagation environment, collaboration ability between sensors and the cost of the system. In order to exploit the advantages of the system and maximize the use of existing platforms, this paper studied the underwater detection performance considering the interference between each other in the energy constrained underwater acoustic channels. We summarized the relationship between the underwater detection performance and the platform number, position of platform, operating parameters, interference suppression capabilities, target heading parameters. Provide a theoretical basis for the formation of multi-platform network under the performance requirements.

First, the paper emulated cluster bombs’random point of fall, the radius of damage of the bombs, drew the bombs’ damage range, and counted the damage effect. The final damage efficiency of cluster bombs was calculated and the influence from each damage factor of the cluster bombswas studied through many random experiences. The method solved the tough problem of the precise calculation of damage efficiency, which was caused by the overlapped damage size. © 2015 Taylor & Francis Group, London.

For the purpose of achieving high-performance information sharing in the simulation grid, an information capability-based Three Phase High-performance Information Sharing Approach (TPHPISA for short) is advanced. The main idea of TPHPISA is selecting those information sources with highest information capability and executing the best query plan. To illustrate how TPHPISA works, an application example of implementing high-performance information sharing in the stock market simulation grid is thoroughly analyzed. At last, the searching efficiency and accuracy of TPHPISA are demonstrated through comparing with other similar method. © 2010 IEEE.

Under the guidance of the theories of complex Adaptive System and Artificial Societies, modeling and simulation of international politics evolution in crisis was studied. The Model of International Politics Evolution (IPEM) in crisis based on Agent was built. The function and architecture of IPEM were introduced. Individual Agent , including Nation Agent, International Organization Agent and Environment Agent, was described in detail. A simulation experiment was executed to prove the effectiveness of the method proposed in the paper. © 2010 IEEE.

The effectiveness evaluation of C4ISR is playing a more and more important role in its designing, developing and using. According to its characters, such as complexity and intelligence, the traditional evaluation methods and systems are not feasible and effective enough. In this paper, a multiagent based simulation and evaluation framework of C4ISR is advanced, which includes the architecture and the working procedure. The agent-based simulation model of C4ISR is put forward, according to which the C2 Agent, Armament Agent and the Evaluation Agent are founded. The interaction model between each agent is also designed. At final, based on the Swarm, a multi-agent based C4ISR effectiveness simulation and evaluation prototype is developed, through which NATO C2 effectiveness evaluation is thoroughly analyzed. © 2010 IEEE.

Security is one of the key issues in the development of wireless communication systems, and wireless communication is highly susceptible to security threats, such as eavesdropping and interference due to its openness and broadcast nature. Traditional security is achieved by cryptography above the physical layer, which lacks effective security measures. In this paper, we propose a dynamic cyclic prefix (CP) insertion scheme by using one-dimensional chaotic mapping and multiple-parameter weighted fractional Fourier transform (MPWFRFT) communication method, chaotic mapping is used to control the length of the inserted CP, as CP length changes at each block, and eavesdroppers can not fully get information about the chaotic mapping, physical layer security can be achieved. simulation analysis shows that the proposed method can maintain good BER performance, and the generated signal has a low interception property. © 2021 IEEE.

In this paper, we address a critical task, i.e. dangerous object recognition for web surveillance system. Instead of investigating how to define an object is dangerous by analyzing human's activities (e.g. leaving a bomb in public places), our research focus on how to capture the dangerous object immediately when he/she appears under surveillance camera again, to stop him/her do more bad things. Different with the existing template and feature matching based methods, we solve the dangerous object recognition problem by a classification based method. We train a SVM classifier by learning "bag of words" based dangerous and non-dangerous object representation. For obtaining more discriminative object descriptors, we fuse color and texture, two low level image features, to generate descriptors under "bag of words" frame. We evaluate the proposed method, along with template and feature matching methods. The experimental results validate our method. © 2012 IEEE.

We present a markerless augmented reality(AR) system based on 3D model. First, the feature of environment was extracted using SIFT operator, then the method of stratified reconstruction was used to reconstruct the 3D scene, after that we constructed the database of prior knowledge using the KDTree. Finally, we tracked the 3D model based on these prior knowledge via feature matching and pose estimation in real time. Experimental results demonstrated that this method is sufficient for markerless tracking registration. With the prior knowledge, key frame selection problem can be avoided and the running speed is also increased. © Springer-Verlag 2013.

Visual relationship detection aims to predict the relationships between detected object pairs. It is well believed that the correlations between image components (i.e., objects and relationships between objects) are significant considerations when predicting objects' relationships. However, most current visual relationship detection methods only exploited the correlations among objects, and the correlations among objects' relationships remained underexplored. This paper proposes a relationship graph learning network (RGLN) to explore the correlations among objects' relationships for visual relationship detection. Specifically, RGLN obtains image objects using an object detector, and then, every pair of objects constitutes a relationship proposal. All relationship proposals construct a relationship graph, in which the proposals are treated as nodes. Accordingly, RGLN designs bi-stream graph attention subnetworks to detect relationship proposals, in which one graph attention subnetwork analyzes correlations among relationships based on visual and spatial information, and the other analyzes correlations based on semantic and spatial information. Besides, RGLN exploits a relationship selection subnetwork to ignore redundant information of object pairs with no relationships. We conduct extensive experiments on two public datasets: the VRD and the VG datasets. The experimental results compared with the state-of-the-art demonstrate the competitiveness of RGLN. © 2021 ACM.
