Through analyzing the theoretical basis and approach features of system-of-systems and cloud computing technology, the designing infrastructure and application flow of the meta-synthetic environment for equipment system-of-systems demonstration have been given with a combination of construction and application requirements of equipment system-of-systems centered on information. When designing the meta-synthetic environment for equipment system-of-systems demonstration, we adopted the way of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), and put forward a model registration mechanism. By establishing the model registration principle, we designed and generated the model registration system, realized the model registration and management of the meta-synthetic environment to solve the quantification and evaluation issue and realized Design on Demand and Service on Demand of evaluation of the equipment system-of-systems demonstration meta-synthetic environment.

Application programming interface(API)libraries are extensively used by *** correctly program with APIs and avoid bugs,developers shall pay attention to API directives,which illustrate the constraints of ***,API directives usually have diverse morphologies,making it time-consuming and error-prone for developers to discover all the relevant API *** this paper,we propose an approach leveraging text classification to discover API directives from API ***,given a set of training sentences in API specifications,our approach first characterizes each sentence by three groups of ***,to deal with the unequal distribution between API directives and non-directives,our approach employs an under-sampling strategy to split the imbalanced training set into several subsets and trains several *** a new sentence in an API specification,our approach synthesizes the trained classifiers to predict whether it is an API *** have evaluated our approach over a publicly available annotated API directive *** experimental results reveal that our approach achieves an F-measure value of up to 82.08%.In addition,our approach statistically outperforms the state-of-the-art approach by up to 29.67%in terms of F-measure.

In order to resolve the problems resulting from various combinations of equipment selection, numerous uncertainties of future demands and the development process, a planning method based on the Markowitz model is proposed. First a qualitative analysis is performed and models of a combination planning method are produced, then a Markowitz model of the development plan of system-of-systems under uncertainty is built and solved by adopting a searching algorithm based on vector operation. Finally the effectiveness of the method is checked by scouting the development planning examples of the early warning surveillance system.

In this paper, we perform a numerical simulation of the cavitating flow around an underwater hemispherical-head slender body running at a high speed. For the first time, the slip boundary condition is introduced into this problem, and we find that the slip boundary condition has a big influence on the cavitation in the flow-separation zone. By simulating the cavitating flow under different cavitation numbers, we demonstrate that the slip boundary condition can effectively reduce the intensity of cavitation, as represented by the length of cavitation bubbles. The present paper provides a new method for utilization of new surface materials to control the cavitation on the underwater moving objects.

The synthesis of two linear terpy-based metallo-supramolecular fluorescent coordination polymers through 1 : 1 complexation of Zn^2+ and Cd^2+ ions with ditopic terpyridine ligand was reported. The dispersibility of P1 and P2 was significantly improved in organic solvent and water through the introduction of hydrophilic oligo-ethyoxy side chain. Two polymers displayed yellow light emission both in solution and the solid state due to the intra-ligand charge transfer (ILCT) between the d^10 metal ions and the conjugated spacer unit. These coordination polymers were explored as fluorescent chemosensors for detecting picric acid in aqueous media, displaying high sensitivity and good selectivity. In addition, test strips were prepared from these polymers and exhibited the practical potential of detecting the NACs pollutants in the outdoor water for public safety and security.
