The array inertial device can significantly improve the positioning accuracy of the wearable autonomous positioning system, but it is difficult to avoid faults in the working process of the array inertial device, even if the fault is detected, the positioning system will fail. Aiming at the fault that the acceleration drift of array inertial device increases in the process of motion in the wearable autonomous positioning system of emergency rescue personnel, a fault repair method of acceleration array based on BP neural network was proposed. Through data fusion of accelerometer and gyroscope, a fault repair method based on mapping contrast elimination is implemented. The experimental results of twelve IMU array data fusion and fault repair show that the proposed method can be used to repair the typical faults with the increase of accelerometer drift in the array inertial device. © 2022 IET Conference Proceedings. To enhance the destructive capabilities of small air-to-surface missiles, it is necessary to address the challenges related to terminal attack angle constraints and multi-missile coordinated attacks, we propose a cooperative guidance law with multi-constraint based on deep reinforcement learning in this paper. Firstly, an intelligent control term is introduced into the biased proportional navigation law with angle constraints. Secondly, a reward function is designed to reduce terminal attack angle error and flight time error, ensuring that the missile successfully reaches the target within the expected flight time, while simultaneously converging the attack angle to the desired value. Finally, the deep deterministic policy gradient algorithm is employed for the purpose of training and generating intelligent guidance instructions. Simulation results substantiate the efficacy of the devised guidance method in achieving accurate target strikes, both for individual missiles and in scenarios involving multiple missiles. And exhibiting better stability and guidance accuracy compared to the traditional biased proportional navigation law. © 2023 IEEE.

Numerical study on ethylene-air continuous rotating detonation in annular combustors with different widths

To investigate the impact of combustor width on continuous rotating detonation(CRD)fueled by ethylene and air,a series of 3 D simulations are conducted by changing the inner cylinder radius of an annular combustor while retaining the same outer cylinder *** results show that the CRD wave propagates more steadily and faster as the combustor width *** high-temperature zone at the backward-facing step preheats the propellants and contributes to the steady propagation of the CRD wave in 25-and 30-mm wide *** highest and the lowest velocities are obtained in the30-and 15-mm wide combustors at,respectively,1880.27 and 1681.01 m/*** the other hand,the average thrust decreases as the combustor width *** highest thrust is obtained in the 15-mm wide combustor while the lowest is in the 30-mm wide combustor,at 758.06 and 525.93 N,***,the thrust is much more stable in the 25-and 30-mm wide combustors than in the 15-and 20-mm wide combustors.

Electronic payments have become the primary mode of payment today, and bank card recognition is widely used in industries such as mobile, mobile banking, and third-party payments. To address issues such as low fault tolerance due to factors such as complex backgrounds, significant perspective distortion that is difficult to recover, and high illumination variation, we propose a Bank Card Number Recognition algorithm based on ASFF + YOLOv7 and Multi-Scale Feature Line Fusion. The algorithm comprises two parts: the front-end dataset generation stage introduces an efficient semi-automatic traditional bank card dataset generation algorithm, which reduces the manual annotation cost while ensuring relative accuracy and significantly improves work efficiency. In the back-end recognition stage, we have improved the traditional deep learning model for the long-tail digit string dataset, achieving a precision of 99.19% and a recall rate of 98.65%. © 2023 IEEE.

Addressing the challenge of ineffective impact angle control when employing conventional biased proportional navigation guidance for precision-guided missiles against maneuvering targets, this study proposes a guidance law with impact angle constraint by integrating deep reinforcement learning algorithms with biased proportional navigation guidance. The algorithm enhances traditional proportional navigation guidance by introducing a target maneuver compensation bias term. This bias term is treated as an action in a learning framework and optimized using the Proximal Policy Optimization algorithm. Simulation experiments validate that the proposed algorithm, compared to conventional proportional navigation guidance, not only reduces miss distance and impact angle error but also shortens flight time. © 2023 IEEE.

In order to solve the power supply problem of the fuze on the small-caliber projectile and improve the reliability of the fuze power supply, a miniaturized fuze turbine permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG) is designed in this paper, which is a physical power supply driven by wind. In order to improve the electromagnetic performance of the design schemes, this paper proposes a methodology based on dimensional parameters optimization, optimizes the design parameters based on the Rotational Motor Expert (RMxprt) module, and then conducts electromagnetic performance analysis based on the Maxwell 2D module. Finally, according to the performance parameters, the scheme with 6-pole 9-slot mode is selected among the two schemes with different pole-to-slot ratio, its load line voltage is 21.53 V, and the rated load output power is 47.15 W, which meets the design requirements.

As a vital energy source, coal mines are essential to the energy industry. However, the process of fully mechanized coal mining is notoriously harsh, which poses significant challenges to efficient and safe operations. In this context, hydraulic support operators play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and safety of the working face, where potential safety issues from operator errors or external interferences necessitate the adoption of smart mining practices. To address these challenges, this paper proposes a framework for a distributed hydraulic support control system based on a multi-agent system (MAS). First, by constructing this distributed multi-agent system within fully mechanized mining, the interactive relationship among hydraulic supports has been systematically delineated. Second, game theory is employed to inform decision-making regarding hydraulic support behaviors, enhancing both the autonomy and cooperation of the supports. Finally, the proposed model is analyzed and validated by maximizing the utility function, aiming to improve the efficiency and intelligence of fully mechanized mining operations. This comprehensive approach aims to ensure safer and more efficient coal mining practices through advanced technology integration and strategic decision-making.

Randomly generating the initial weights and thresholds of the neural network will bring uncertainty to the network. We used genetic algorithms to optimize the initial weights and thresholds of the neural network. However, the genetic algorithm may have the problem of premature population maturity during its operation, that is, the algorithm has converged before reaching the global optimal solution. To this end, the immune genetic algorithm is used to optimize the initial weights and thresholds of the neural network to avoid premature maturity of the population. A binary classification problem model is established. From the simulation training results, the use of immune genetic algorithm to optimize the BP neural network can more effectively prevent the network from falling into a local minimum during training, improve the network convergence speed, and complete it more accurately and stably Two classification problems.

The RCS of the almond model which was affected by the change from electromagnetic parameters (ε and $\mu)$ of the absorbing patch was researched, and the moment method was utilized. The $\varepsilon$ andμ of the absorbing patch can be measured and the values were assumed to vary with equal difference in the interval of 5%~30%, the measured values of $\varepsilon$ and $\mu$ worked as variable which were used to calculate the RCS of the almond model with the different $\varepsilon$ and $\mu$ of the patch. Here, two almond model RCS were obtained, one is circumferential RCS which generated by the gradient of $\varepsilon$ and $\mu$ of absorbing patch, and the other Radar Cross-Section (RCS) generated by the known electromagnetic parameter measurements. Comparing the two RCS mentioned above, the calculated results show that for the HH polarization, the undulation values of the almond model RCS vary within 0.4dB when the real part of $\varepsilon$ and $\mu$ of the absorbing patch vary within 5%-30% at 10GHz, and for the VV polarization, the undulation values changes within 2.5 dB, Moreover, the polar differences of both polarizations decrease with the increase of the real part of the $\varepsilon$ and $\mu$ , in both polarization modes, the polar RCS is sensitive to the variation of $\varepsilon$ and $\mu$ , and the VV polarization is much more sensitive than the HH polarization.

In view of the way that radio fuse probe target for echo information with dynamic scanning detection in the scene of near-field, this paper designed an experiment of the application scheme, which the scheme used radar to image electromagnetic scattering from a target of interest, the complex echo signals in the detection results were divided according to the time series and the RCS mean value of the corresponding region was calibrated, thus the time-resolved/part-resolved target information can be used in the design and verification of near-field detector, providing a new method for the application of target characteristic information in the process of short-range dynamic detection.
