A computational study performed for a tension cone inflatable aerodynamic decelerator (TC-IAD) with different long bases was described in this paper. Flow field and temperature distribution were investigated. The calculated axial force coefficients were validated against the wind tunnel experimental results at Mach number from 1.65 to 4.50, and were found to be in excellent agreement. The simulation results also show that the length of base has some influence on shock structure and temperature distribution. At the angle of attack (α) from 0° to 15°, the TC-IAD protects the short base from severe aero-heating.

In order to keep photodiode signal conditioning circuit could response to the very short pulse when projectiles cross the light mesh, the bandwidth of conditioning circuit should be increased and noise should be avoided. The key influencing factors on the bandwidth limit are analysed, and two optimization methods have been put forward at the same time. In the end, several experimental verification experiments are made to verify the two optimization methods which are put forward previously. The experimental results demonstrate that the former optimization method still could not be applied into the signal conditioning circuit, and the latter could improve the performance.

A radar ECCM method is proposed to combat the repeat jamming. Benfitting from the full-rate orthogonal pulse block design of such method, all the received signals within a pulse block are employed in the match filtering operation for false target cancellation, which improves the SNR of real targets. And the Two-dimensional frequency domain motion compensation automatically removes the impact of target motion on canceling out multiple false targets with different and unknown motion parameters. The numerical examples demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

A inertial component of MEMS piezoresistive accelerometer was taken as the research object to investigate the influence which caused by changing of geometry parameters of its micro elastic beam to system performance. The mechanical model was built to analyze the characteristics of max stress and displacement of the inertial component when the system was sensitive to external accelery load. The theory analysis was verified by the result of FEM simulation, and the effect on structural sensitivity and natural frequency of the inertial component with changing of geometry parameters of its micro elastic beams was studied based on the conclusions above. The conclusion could be used to conduct optimization the structure design of piezoresistive accelerometer.

Simulation of fuze detector using conventional simulation softwares requires tremendous complicated theoretical calculations. It also can't analyze the impact caused by the nonlinear of the analog devices. A circuit-level simulation method is proposed in this paper to solve this problem, based on the implementation of continuous wave Doppler fuze detector on ADS simulation platform. Continuous Wave Doppler Fuze detector model is built on the ADS platform by using components and Microstrip Line as the same as real circuit and optimizing the analog components parameters by impedance matching. This model launches a Continuous wave signal which has the frequency between 3.36GHz and 3.5GHz, and generates an IF signal of a magnitude between 150mv to 200mv. The results show that this scheme is reasonable and feasible.

For the difficulty and low efficiency in calculating the radio fuze echo of complex target with traditional method, the PO-MOM Hybrid computation methodology is introduced to the traditional radio near-field fuze echo computing model. The established model can approximately calculate and quickly access target near-field equivalent RCS with the PO-MOM hybrid algorithm. When combined with the radar equation, the engineering CEM model of target terminal ballistics radio fuze echo signal can be achieved. The result of model validation shows that: the model has a high calculating speed, and the error is less than 25%, so this model can be used in quick simulation of radio fuze echo signal.

For the absence of laser polarization characteristics data, which can be used to distinguish between mist and painted metal target, then we have taken a test methods based on rotation angle of polarization of the incident laser, and measured the degree of linear polarization of thin mist and tanker samples, experimental result says: within the scope of the polarization angle of 45°, laser backscattering polarization characteristics have the ability to distinguish between mist and painted metal target samples. In order to verify this phenomenon, we changed frequency and pulse width parameters of the incident laser, then measured middle and high concentrations mist and painted armored vehicle samples. The verification results show that: under different frequency and pulse width of incident laser, with increasing the angle of incident laser polarization, the degree of laser backscattering polarization of mist decrease first and then increase, the minimum value of polarization show in 45°. But the degree of polarization of painted metal target samples do not change significantly, which are greater than middle and high concentration mist in the angle of 45°.
