The chip-scale hybrid optical pumping spin-exchange relaxation-free(SERF)atomic magnetometer with a single-beam arrangement has prominent applications in biomagnetic measurements because of its outstanding features,including ultrahigh sensitivity,an enhanced signal-to-noise ratio,homogeneous spin polarization and a much simpler optical configuration than other *** this work,a miniaturized single-beam hybrid optical pumping SERF atomic magnetometer based on a microfabricated atomic vapor cell is *** the optically thin Cs atoms are spinpolarized,the dense Rb atoms determine the experimental *** enhanced signal strength and narrowed resonance linewidth are experimentally proven,which shows the superiority of the proposed magnetometer *** using a differential detection scheme,we effectively suppress optical noise with an approximate five-fold ***,the cell temperature markedly affects the performance of the *** systematically investigate the effects of temperature on the magnetometer *** theoretical basis for these effects is explained in *** developed miniaturized magnetometer has an optimal magnetic sensitivity of 20 fT/Hz^(1/2).The presented work provides a foundation for the chip-scale integration of ultrahighly sensitive quantum magnetometers that can be used for forward-looking magnetocardiography(MCG)and magnetoencephalography(MEG)applications.

Text error correction is a key research direction in natural language processing (NLP). Using a single model to diagnose and correct grammatical errors is the current mainstream approach. Although these methods have high performance in diagnosing grammatical errors. They also have the problem of low error correction performance. In order to improve the error correction performance, this paper proposes a multi-channel Chinese text correction method based on grammatical error diagnosis (GED-MCCTC). First, in order to accurately identify the types of grammatical errors and error position information, the Bi-LSTM-CRF model is utilized to give the labels of grammatical error types and positions. Then, four corresponding correction channels are designed according to the five different types of grammatical errors defined to complete the error correction task. Experimental results on shared datasets show that the proposed method improves the average F1 score by 4.83% compared with the optimal baseline model. The multi-channel correction model can greatly improve the text correction performance, on the SIGHAN15 and Corpus500 test datasets, the average F1 score has reached 76.07% and 72.62%. © 2022 IEEE.

Dear Editor,Two-dimensional(2-D) systems have wide applications in image data processing,gas absorption and fluid dynamics analysis [1]-[3].When there exist abrupt changes in 2-D systems,they are usually modeled by 2-D Markov jump systems(MJSs) or 2-D semi-Markov jump systems(SMJSs).This letter investigates the control of 2-D SMJSs based on a novel mode generation mechanism,which could avoid mode ambiguousness phenomenon caused by the evolution of system mode in two different *** criterion that guarantees the almost surely exponential stability of the system is obtained.A thermal process is studied to demonstrate the availability of the proposed method.

The melting process of ice crystal particles has a significant effect on weather forecasting and global *** waveband is an excellent frequency range for exploring the optical characteristics of ice crystal *** this study,a new nonspherical and inhomogeneous ice crystal particle model is built based on the melting process of ice crystal *** single-scattering characteristics of ice crystal particles with different frequencies,sizes,shapes and ice crystal content(ICC)are investigated using the discrete dipole approximation(DDA)*** results show that the single-scattering characteristics of ice crystal particles are closely related to the equivalent radius,frequency,morphology and mixing *** single-scattering properties of the particles change regularly with the melting process of the ice crystal ***,in the early stage of the ice crystal particle melting process,the single-scattering characteristics of ice crystal particles change *** further melting,the change in the single-scattering characteristics of ice crystal particles gradually slows down when the ICC is less than *** results also show that in the early stage of the melting process,the shape of the ice crystal particles has a huge influence on the single-scattering characteristics of the particles,and in the late stage of the melting process,the single-scattering characteristics of the ice crystal particles are basically independent of the morphology of the ice crystal *** means that the influence of the morphology of the ice crystal nuclei needs to be considered in phases when simulating the scattering characteristics of the melting ice crystal *** summary,the results of this study should improve our understanding of the effect of size parameter,morphology and mixing state on the millimeter-wave scattering characteristics of ice clouds during the melting process and provide a reference for the remote sensing inv

Mobile Crowdsensing (MCS) faces significant challenges in selecting tasks with expected high revenue and recruiting workers with expected high qualities to maximize overall utility. Existing approaches often assume the revenue of posting tasks or the quality of workers is determined, which limits their practical applicability. This paper tackles these challenges by modeling the long-term multi-task, multi-worker selection problem as a Two-Stage Multi-Armed Bandit (TS-MAB) problem under uncertainty. In each round, the MCS platform selects a long-term task from a pool and recruits the necessary workers, determining payments accordingly. We model the task selection phase as a MAB problem, and the worker recruitment phase, influenced by the task selection, as a Combinatorial MAB (CMAB) problem. We propose an extended Upper Confidence Bound (UCB)-based strategy and develop an incentive mechanism based on Auction theory, combined with TS-MAB (i.e., ATS-MAB), for unknown task selection and worker recruitment. Our mechanism theoretically guarantees truthfulness and individual rationality, with a theoretical analysis of its regret bounds. Furthermore, we introduce an adaptive incentive mechanism called AATS-MAB, which improves worker recruitment and quality updates, achieving higher total sensing quality and lower regret. Extensive simulations demonstrate the effectiveness and scalability of the proposed methods. © 2014 IEEE.

Highly efficient inorganic phosphors are desirable for lighting-emitting diode light sources,and increasing the doping concentration of activators is a common approach for enhancing the photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY).However,the constraint of concentration quenching poses a great challenge for improving the ***,we propose a fundamental design principle by separating activators and prolonging their distance in Eu^(2+)-activated Rb_(3)Y(PO_(4))_(2)phosphors to inhibit concentration quenching,in which different quenching rates are controlled by the Eu distribution at various crystallographic *** blue-violet-emitting Rb_(3)Y(PO_(4))2:xEu(x=0.1%–15%)phosphors,with the occupation of Rb1,Rb2 and Y sites by Eu^(2+),exhibit rapid luminescence quenching with optimum external PLQY of 10%due to multi-channel energy ***,as the Eu concentration increases above 20%,Eu^(2+)prefer to occupy the Rb1 and Y sites with separated polyhedra and large interionic distances,resulting in green emission with suppressed concentration quenching,achieving an improved external PLQY of 41%.Our study provides a unique design perspective for elevating the efficiency of Eu^(2+)-activated phosphors toward high-performance inorganic luminescent materials for full-spectrum lighting.

Dear Editor,Machine learning(ML) approaches have been widely employed to enable real-time ML-based stability assessment(MLSA) of largescale automated electricity grids. However, the vulnerability of MLSA to malicious cyber-attacks may lead to wrong decisions in operating the physical grid if its resilience properties are not well understood before deployment. Unlike adversarial ML in prior domains such as image processing, specific constraints of power systems that the attacker must obey in constructing adversarial samples require new research on MLSA vulnerability analysis for power systems.

Due to its flexible networking capability and strong resilience, the multi-unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) system can provide robust communication support. However, the selection of relay UAVs by users and the location of UAVs are intricately linked to the performance of the system. Therefore, this paper establishes a multi-UAV relaying system model based on a hierarchical game framework and proposes a joint optimization scheme for relay selection and location deployment (RSLD) based on Stackelberg game. The optimization objective is to maximize the global network rate of the system under limited channel resources. Due to the discrete nature of relay selection, this paper models the competition among users for relays using a congestion game model. Based on a many-to-one matching game, the relay selection of each user is adjusted. Subsequently, the relay UAVs optimize their location deployment using a mixed strategy and an iterative algorithm. The two processes iterate with each other until the Stackelberg equilibrium is reached. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed RSLD scheme achieves higher transmission and fairness satisfaction compared with the random relay assignment scheme. Furthermore, it has good robustness when facing changes in network states. © 2023 IEEE.
