The development and distribution states of the blast furnace (BF) gas flow determine whether the reaction in the furnace can proceed normally and decide the utilization efficiency of the carbon in the furnace and the stable smooth operation of the furnace. The internal environment of BF is closed with high temperature and high pressure, which causes that the relationship between the development situation of edge gas flow of the BF and the BF operation is uncertain. In this paper, a prediction model of edge gas flow development state based on BP neural network (BPNN) is proposed, clarifying the relationship between the development state of edge gas flow and the edge burden parameters. Firstly, this paper gets the relative operation factors of effecting the development situation of edge gas flow through analyzing the process mechanism of the BF ironmaking, and proposes the development index of edge gas flow and the heat load of cooling stave to measure the development state of the edge gas flow. Secondly, the intrinsic correlation between the data is verified, and the data are analyzed by Spearman's rank correlation coefficient (SRCC) analysis. Finally, according to the analysis results, combined with the burden mechanism, the edge gas flow prediction model is established to realize the prediction of the development state of the edge gas flow. The calculation of the data collected in the metallurgy scene of the BF suggested that this prediction model of the edge gas flow development state of the BF could describe the relationship between BF operation parameters and the developing state of the edge gas flow.

In order to compensate for the impact of time delay on the estimation of object feature point image and image Jacobian matrix and improve the control precision of image-based visual servo system, a Kalman filtering algorithm with colored noise is proposed to obtained the current motion state estimation of the feature point with time-delay compensation in the image space, then the accurate image Jacobian matrix under time delay can be obtained. For the above, the following work will be done in this paper: (1) the current motion state estimation of the feature point in the image space is predicted by Kalman filtering algorithm, combined with practical applications, measurement noise is usually as colored noise and can be regarded as a one-order Markov sequence excited by Gauss white noise, then a Kalman filtering recursive model can be derived according to the variance minimization principle of the estimation error;(2) to obtain the measurement vectors estimation which cannot be acquired in the Kalman filtering model owing to the existence of time delay, the relationship between the motion state of the feature point at the prior and later point is established, and a polynomial is fitted by using some of the observed data under the relationship to realize the measurement vectors estimation in the time-delay period. Thus the estimation of the motion state of the feature point at the current time in the image space can be obtained, and the estimation of image Jacobian matrix with time-delay compensation can be obtained. Experimental results validate the feasibility and superiority of this method.

High-speed mobility is a challenging scenario in wireless communications since it involves fast-varying channels, in which orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) could degrade significantly without accurate Doppler compensation. Recently, a modulation called orthogonal time frequency space (OTFS) was proposed for the specific scenario. The advantages are two-fold, i.e., the orthogonality in the time-frequency domain and the clustered sparsity of channel information in the delay-Doppler domain. In this paper, we propose a two-dimensional structured Turbo compressed sensing (CS) algorithm based on our previous work on Turbo CS for fast time-varying channel estimation. Markov random field is applied to model the clustered sparse prior of the channel in the two-dimensional delay-Doppler domain. In contrast to the conventional Turbo CS, a two-dimensional structured minimum mean-square error (MMSE) estimator is designed by message passing over a Markov random field. The convergence and the MSE performance of the proposed algorithm is evaluated, and the simulation results validate that the proposed algorithm outperforms the existing algorithms.

Log data are important audit basis to record routine events occurring on computer or network system, which are also critical data source for detecting system anomalies. By analyzing the data from multi-source logs, it is helpful to detect abnormal system behaviors and discover intruder attacks in real time. In this paper, a Spark-based log data security platform is designed and built to analyze the large-scale log data and detect abnormal network behaviors. By integrating data mining, machine learning, and statistical analysis technologies, our proposed framework can quickly analyze large-scale multi-source log data and accurately discriminate the abnormal behaviors. Furthermore, the association analysis is applied to detect abnormal behaviors or potential threats in the system. Under a real-world network environment, extensive experiments are conducted to evaluate the system performance, which can achieve a fast and accurate detection for abnormal network behaviors, and significantly improve the accuracies under various types of network attack scenarios.
