A generic anti-windup compensation strategy under Linear Active Disturbance Rejection control scheme is proposed. The difference, between the controller output and the actuator output, after multiplied by a tunable parameter, together with controller output, is fed back to the extended state observer to compensate controller windup. While windup problem arises in control system, the controller output is expectedly produced, and the disadvantageous influence of nonlinearity on closed-loop dynamics is distinctly alleviated. The approach is employed to a near space vehicle with fin-deflection saturation. The numerical simulations show that the proposed approach has the better effectiveness in active disturbance rejection control designed situation than some previous anti-windup compensation strategy. © 2023 IEEE.

Realizing single light solitons that are stable in high dimensions is a long-standing goal in research of nonlinear optical ***,we address a scheme to generate stable two-dimensional solitons in a cold Rydberg atomic system with a parity-time(PT) symmetric moiré optical *** uncover the formation,properties,and their dynamics of fundamental and two-pole gap solitons as well as vortical *** PT symmetry,lattice strength,and the degrees of local and nonlocal nonlinearity are tunable and can be used to control *** stability regions of these solitons are evaluated in two numerical ways:linear-stability analysis and time evolutions with *** results provide an insightful understanding of solitons physics in combined versatile platforms of PT-symmetric systems and Rydberg–Rydberg interaction in cold gases.

Recent research on human pose estimation exploits complex structures to improve performance on benchmark datasets, ignoring the resource overhead and inference speed when the model is actually deployed. In this paper, we lighten the computation cost and parameters of the deconvolution head network in SimpleBaseline and introduce an attention mechanism that utilizes original, inter-level, and intra-level information to intensify the accuracy. Additionally, we propose a novel loss function called heatmap weighting loss, which generates weights for each pixel on the heatmap that makes the model more focused on keypoints. Experiments demonstrate our method achieves a balance between performance, resource volume, and inference speed. Specifically, our method can achieve 65.3 AP score on COCO test-dev, while the inference speed is 55 FPS and 18 FPS on the mobile GPU and CPU, respectively. © 2023, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

To solve the problem of the lack of a scientific indicator system in the current RMST research of complex aeronautical equipment, we focused on the construction principle of science and followed the six principles, including objective, complete, workable, independent, significant, and dynamic. We have adopted subjective methods to collect the RMST of indicators in all aspects. Then the redundant indicators with large correlation coefficients were eliminated sequentially using correlation analysis, and the indicators that did not have a significant impact on the evaluation results were eliminated using fuzzy rough set theory. In order to avoid the redundancy of indicators while ensuring the retention of significant indicators, a scientific and concise RMST indicator system was finally constructed, which filled the gap of the current RMST indicator system for aeronautical complex equipment. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In recent years, intelligent connected vehicles (ICVs) have developed quickly and have been progressively introduced into the international market. Nevertheless, the operation of ICVs produces a large amount of important data coming from driving vehicle and necessitating cross-border transit. As the imperfections of the regulatory framework and the infancy of protective solutions for the ICV data, these data are vulnerable to the threats like eavesdropping and tampering during cross-border transmission. The private information, especially the data barred from leaving the country, will be probably leaked to other nations, endangering individual privacy and national security. Thus, the purpose of this manuscript is to analyze the security risks of cross-border data in ICVs and provide risk mitigation strategies. The legal requirements and pertinent cross-border materials need to be sorted out firstly to establish a thorough technical process for cross-border compliance of ICV data. Additionally, the ICV data risk analyses will be performed at every stage of the cross-border process. Furthermore, some efficient risk mitigation methods need to be offered to improve the security and dependability of the across-border data of ICVs. To address the problems associated with cross-border data pertaining to ICVs, a classification method for the cross-border data of ICVs will be presented according to current rules and data categorization schemes. Finally, this manuscript provides theoretical underpinnings and useful references for building a cross-border data security protection system, as well as a thorough analysis of the development patterns of cutting-edge technologies for cross-border data. © 2024 IEEE.

Traditional deep learning models firmly rely on a large amount of labeled data during pre-training. Whereas it lacks generalization in the face of unfamiliar categories. Recently, few-shot learning is a hot topic in computer vision to classify unseen classes with limited labels. A representative approach is to extract features from the support and query sets, respectively, and compare similarities via metric learning. However, convolutional neural networks often focus only on a local region and ignore the global region, which severely reduces the accuracy of the matching. Specifically, in this paper, we pile lightweight attention-based blocks in the embedding module, which combines an adaptive kernel size 2D convolutional network with a cross-channel attention mechanism to encode multi-scale features and implicitly increase the receptive field. The SE-relation module chooses to construct learnable non-linear comparators to compare the relationship utilizing channel information. Finally, we show experimental results on standard few-shot testing benchmarks such as mini-ImageNet and tiered-ImageNet to demonstrate effectiveness. © 2023 ACM.

A trajectory optimization method under complex disturbance is proposed for the future high-mass Mars entry vehicles. First, the dynamic model for the high-mass Mars entry vehicle with a supersonic inflatable aerodynamic decelerator (SIAD) is established. Then, an orthogonal array of three levels with four variables is used to consider the hybrid disturbances of the aerodynamic parameters, and a sensitivity formula is designed to quantify the sensitivity of the bank angle to the hybrid disturbances. With an anti-windup index based on the sensitivity formula and a terminal constraint index together, a comprehensive index is obtained to solve the anti-windup trajectory optimization problem. Finally, the anti-windup trajectory optimization method is simulated and compared with the traditional method. The results show that the proposed method can reduce the sensitivity of aerodynamic disturbance and improve the tracking performance of drag acceleration. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

Enhancing the resilience of power systems has become increasingly important to mitigate the negative impact of risk attacks. Integrating microgrids, which are small-scale power grids that can operate independently or in conjunction with the main grid, has emerged as an effective energy source for emergency situations and can avoid power outages. Typhoons, which are inevitable and relatively easy to predict risk attacks, have become one of the contexts to examine power system resilience. In this paper, we propose a reinforcement learning algorithm that combines graph theory knowledge to make decisions for optimizing power system resilience with microgrids under the Typhoon event. The algorithm effectively utilizes graph theory knowledge and reduces the number of decisions required in the optimization process. Numerical experimental results show that compared to traditional methods, the reinforcement learning algorithm can more effectively respond to typhoon changes, achieve flexible economic control, and enhance the resilience of power systems with microgrids. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd 2023.

While 6G provides communication services for massive wireless devices, it faces huge security risks due to its open feature. Cooperative jamming techniques in physical layer security provide a viable way to ensure 6G security. By actively transmitting jamming signals to deteriorate the eavesdropping channel, while authorized receivers implement cooperative jamming cancellation (CJC) using the prior knowledge of cooperative jamming, thus securing the communication at the physical layer. In practice, incomplete matching of oscillator device characteristics will lead to the in-phase and quadrature (IQ) imbalance problem, where the quadrature branches of the up and down converted carrier signals are not perfectly orthogonal to the in-phase branches, which may degrade the CJC performance. For this reason, this paper specifically analyzes the impact of the IQ imbalance problem on the CJC performance, where a closed-form expression of the jamming cancellation ratio (JCR) with respect to amplitude imbalance and phase imbalance is derived. The simulation results show that when jamming-to-noise ratio (JNR) is 35 dB, the system can tolerate up to 1% amplitude imbalance and 1° phase imbalance with 3 dB JCR degradation. Moreover, the IQ imbalance has a noticeable effect on the reachable security rate of the communication system.

Multi-stack fuel cell system(MFCS) are an important basis for large-scale application of solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC) technology, MFCS can provide higher system power and longer service life. As the number of stacks increases, different topologies can be formed between stacks, including parallel structures and series structures, and the physical characteristics of MFCS will also change. In this study, the degradation of the stacks is first considered, and the system model of series structure and parallel structure including the degradation of the stacks is built. The parallel structure proposed in this paper is the key to ensure the high efficiency and long lifetime of MFCS. Through the simulation of systems with different topologies, it is found that the power generation efficiency of the systems caused by the topologies varies greatly in different output power stages. The efficiency of the parallel structure in the low power stage is significantly better than that of the series structure, and the parallel structure is more conducive to the high efficiency of the system in the whole stage. Different topological structures also have a greater impact on the degradation of stacks. The degradation rates of stacks in parallel structures are close to each other, and the state of stacks is more consistent. The overall life of the system in parallel structures is also better than that in series structures. © 2024 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.
