This paper considers the modulation classification of radio frequency (RF) signals. An external attention mechanism-based convolution neural network (EACNN) is proposed. Thanks to the external attention layers, the EACNN network can capture the potential correlations of different modulation data, which helps reduce computational consumption and memory costs efficiently during training. Moreover, to account for the variation of the signals induced by channel fading, we further propose a customized batch normalization (BN) layer in EACNN to improve the classification accuracy with less training time. Numerical experiments on RML2016.a dataset shows that the proposed method outperforms the baseline method CNN2 by 7% in terms of classification accuracy. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Reversible solid oxide cells (rSOC) can operate in both electrolysis mode and in fuel cell mode with high efficiency and reduced cost using the same device for both functions. When used in dynamic operation with intermittent electrical power sources, rSOC system switches from the fuel cell (SOFC) to electrolyzer (SOEC) and vice versa depending on load and grid peculiarities. This can lead to temperature profiles within the stack that can potentially lead to the failure of the stack and eventually the system. In the present work, a system-level dynamic model of rSOC is established and validated against experimental data. Subsequently, detailed dynamic thermal behavior of stack during the switching between the two modes is analyzed, and a temperature management controller based on Model Predict control method (MPC) is proposed. Gas flow and temperature at the stack inlet are controlled by air flow and bypass valves, avoiding problems associated with temperature overshoot during transient operation. The simulation results show that the temperature controller has the ability to follow fast thermal changes while maintaining thermal safety, which indicates the competitiveness of the controller. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

The cooperative search strategy is designed with the distributed model predictive method in this paper. For the rationality of decision-making of UAV swarm in different stages of the cooperative search, a dynamic parameter selection method based on the expert system is proposed. The weight of the objective function is adjusted online through the expert system so that the result of the search decision is more in line with the task requirements. Besides, a jump grid method is proposed for grid selection in cooperative search so that the UAV can select non-adjacent grids as the search point for the next time. The UAV's search frequency and trajectory maneuverability can be changed by adjusting the number of jump grids through the expert system. The simulation shows that the UAV with the expert system can dynamically adjust the search interval and search requirements, making the UAV swarm able to quickly discover targets, explore unknown areas, ensure collision avoidance, and meet the boundary constraints. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

With the development of human-computer interaction systems, emotion recognition in conversation (ERC) has attracted increasing interest in recent years. Motivated by recent studies which have proven that generating emotional conversation responses can effectively improve the performance of the ERC model. However, accurate emotional response is complicated due to the limited number of dialogue samples. Therefore, we propose a simple and effective framework for emotion prediction in conversation based on relationship extraction (DiaRP), consisting of two curricula: (1) Dialogue Relationship Capture (DRC);and (2) Next Emotion Prediction (NEP). In DRC, we capture the current emotional self-dependence and interpersonal dependence according to the influence of self and others on the current moment emotion in the conversation. We integrate self-dependence and interpersonal dependence for NEP to predict their emotional state without current utterance. We also measure the similarity between recognized emotion distribution and predicted emotion distribution by the KL divergence. With the proposed model-agnostic DiaRP strategy, we observe a significant performance improvement over a wide range of existing ERC models and achieve new state-of-the-art results on three public ERC datasets. © 2023 IEEE.

In autonomous driving, the perception module typically utilizes a combination of millimeter-wave radar and LiDAR. However, when driving in challenging environmental conditions, this perception combination fails to effectively acquire geometric shape information about the surrounding environment. Therefore, we propose an alternative perception approach that employs Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR). However, existing algorithms heavily rely on large-scale datasets. In light of this, we propose a meta-learning framework, named Sample and Embedding Adaptive Network (Sea-Net), for few-shot SAR image object classification. Furthermore, the semantics of SAR images and traditional optical images differ, and thus data enhancement methods that are effective on optical images are less so on SAR images. Based on this observation, we introduce a self-adaptive augmentation algorithm for the center of the target domain, which performs self-adaptive augmentation based on the semantic features of SAR images. The entire enhancement stage can be parallelized to speed up computation. Moreover, the imaging principle of SAR image results in coherent speckle noise with bright and dark interlacing in the image, causing a small difference between classes in the SAR image mapped to the embedded space. To address this issue, we propose the edge ambiguous embedding correction based on the self-attention mechanism. This method effectively increases the distance between different classes. The key for bulldozers to realize automatic operation in mine scenes is whether they can accurately identify and accurately segment the retaining walls, however, because the point cloud dataset of the mine site is too few, resulting in the deep learning-based identification and segmentation algorithm cannot be applied in this scene. At the same time, because of the rugged road surface of the mine scene, the existence of a lot of dust, numerous disturbances, retaining wall features are not obvious and other problems, the algorithms proposed by previous scholars are not perfect enough to solve the problem. We propose a point cloud recognition and segmentation algorithm based on clustering and evaluation function of integrated features. Ours firstly compensates the skew of the point cloud map with RANSAC and down samples the data by gridding the point cloud. Then reduces the influence of dust and truck materials in the scene by normal vector and variance information. Finally, screens out the candidate target class by density clustering, and identifies and segments the retaining wall by integrated feature. Our proposed algorithm is validated in several different real mine scenarios and the results show that ours has high accuracy and strong robustness. © 2023 IEEE.

In view of the influence of external environment interference, parameter changing and random noise in the process of manipulator trajectory tracking, as well as the problems of fuzzy PID control, such as fuzzy rules are not easy to set, quantisation interval and parameters are affected by subjective consciousness, which leads to the problem of insufficient performance of manipulator system. In this paper, firstly, in the MATLAB simulation environment, based on the D-H parameter model, the linkage model of the four degree of freedom manipulator is established, and the homogeneous transformation matrix of the manipulator is calculated. Then, through the application of fuzzy PID control in the Simulink toolbox, the optimal parameters of the controller are found by using the proportion factor self-adjusting strategy, and the corresponding trajectory tracking and forward inverse kinematics simulation are studied. The trajectory tracking curve of the manipulator is obtained. The research method and experimental results in the paper are of great significance for the simulation of articulated manipulator. The evaluation of regional geological hazard susceptibility is of great significance to the prevention and control of geological hazard. In this paper, the "4-20"Lushan earthquake disaster area as the research area, combined with GIS and characteristics of the research area, through correlation analysis, selected 9 influencing factors as the evaluation factors. The study was conducted using a weighted information volume-logistic regression model (WI-LR). The results were classified into five sensitivity levels: very low, low, medium, high and very high. The results show that the landslide prone areas in Lushan County are concentrated in the area below the middle of the county seat, mostly near rivers, faults and areas with peak acceleration greater than 0.4. Among them, WI-LR model (AUC=0.918) > deterministic factor model (CF =0.908) > weighted information quantity model (WI) (AUC=0.896) > information quantity model I (AUC=0.853) > information quantity logistic regression model I-LR (AUC=0.799). It indicates that WI-LR model has high evaluation accuracy. © 2023 IEEE.

New requirements for coordinated aircraft attacks have been introduced with the development of the anti-missile systems. To address the problem of multi-flight collaborative strike, this paper proposes a distributed collaborative guidance strategy that allows for efficient information interaction. Based on the principle of distributed communication topology, the cooperative guidance law is designed to control each vehicle simultaneously in terms of velocity magnitude and direction, so that the state information of each vehicle converges quickly. The purpose of sequential arrival of vehicles is achieved, and a cooperative attack guidance law with good stability and high reliability is constructed. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.
