A general Boolean semantic modelling approach for complex and intelligent industrial systems in the framework of DES

Discrete event system(DES)models promote system engineering,including system design,verification,and *** advancement in manufacturing technology has endowed us to fabricate complex industrial ***,the adoption of advanced modeling methodologies adept at handling complexity and scalability is ***,industrial systems are no longer quiescent,thus the intelligent operations of the systems should be dynamically specified in the *** this paper,the composition of the subsystem behaviors is studied to generate the complexity and scalability of the global system model,and a Boolean semantic specifying algorithm is proposed for generating dynamic intelligent operations in the *** traditional modeling approaches,the change or addition of specifications always necessitates the complete resubmission of the system model,a resource-consuming and error-prone *** with traditional approaches,our approach has three remarkable advantages:(i)an established Boolean semantic can be fitful for all kinds of systems;(ii)there is no need to resubmit the system model whenever there is a change or addition of the operations;(iii)multiple specifying tasks can be easily achieved by continuously adding a new ***,this general modeling approach has wide potential for future complex and intelligent industrial systems.

Path Planning and Composite Attitude control for a Satellite with 2-DOF Large-Inertia Turntable 1

Aiming at the great disturbance to the satellite attitude caused by the rotation of the two-degree-of-freedom (2-DOF) large-inertia turntable, based on the trajectory planning of the turntable scanning motion and the coupling dynamic modeling of the turntable and the satellite, a feedforward and feedback composite controller is designed. Using Archimedes spiral to plan the trajectory of the sub-satellite point that the turntable load points to can make the turntable’s rotation angle and speed change smoothly, so as to reduce the disturbance of the turntable motion to the satellite attitude, and improve the time uniformity of the load field of view to cover the ground target. According to the accurate dynamic model of the 2-DOF turntable, the disturbance torque caused by the turntable to the satellite is calculated as the feed-forward control torque in real time. The feedback control torque is calculated according to the satellite attitude deviation and angular velocity deviation. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the composite controller, which effectively reduces the adverse impact of turntable motion, and the high-precision and high-stability attitude control is achieved. © Beijing HIWING Scientific and Technological Information Institute 2024.

With the pervasive integration of artificial intelligence into all aspects of human life, talent emerges as a primary resource. Upon analysing the current state of talent training in higher education institutions, issues such as dispersed knowledge points, overlapping content, a singular practice approach and ineffective evaluation have been identified. In response to these challenges, this paper proposes a multidisciplinary and comprehensive practical teaching methodology grounded in the knowledge graph framework. It delves into diverse paths for practical teaching and assessment, including aspects like teaching objectives, problem decomposition, resource integration, implementation methods and performance evaluation. The practical application of the SSD algorithm in researching service robot indoor object detection serves as an illustrative example. Employing the holistic practical teaching approach facilitated by the knowledge graph, this model guides students in acquiring object detection expertise, thereby enhancing their comprehensive development. Inverse synthetic aperture radar (ISAR) imaging based on compressed sensing (CS) theory can recover complete information from limited ISAR echo signals and reduce the imaging cost of ISAR. The traditional Smooth L0 norm (SL0) algorithm can effectively solve the problem of ISAR signal recovery in the case of high SNR. However, there are usually strong noise and clutter in radar imaging, which greatly reduces the quality of ISAR signal recovery. On the basis of the traditional SL0 algorithm, this paper introduces the dictionary optimization process and proposes the dictionary optimization SL0 algorithm (DO-SL0). By optimizing the dictionary to adapt to the characteristics of the target signal, the performance of signal recovery is improved, the quality of sparse signal recovery under low SNR environment is improved while the cost is controlled, and the ISAR imaging results are effectively improved. In this paper, image entropy (ENT) is used to evaluate and compare ISAR images in low SNR environments using DO-SL0, SL0 and OMP methods respectively. Numerical experiment results show that under the same test conditions, the image entropy of sparse restored ISAR images using DO-SL0 method is lower than that of the other two methods, which verifies that the new algorithm can obtain higher quality restored signals in low SNR environment. © 2024 IEEE.

Aiming at the cooperative search problem in a wide-area unknown region, a cooperative search strategy of multi-UAVs based on hexagonal grid is proposed for the fairness of decision-making, This strategy is trained by reinforcement learning method, and adopts centralized training and distributed execution, and deals with the dynamic environment problem by fusing pheromone models. Simulation shows that the cooperative search algorithm has the functions of unknown region cooperative search and online threat avoidance replanning. Compared with the square grid training method, the reinforcement learning search algorithm based on the hexagonal grid after training expands the feasible directions in each decision planning cycle, which is more suitable for low-slow-small UAVs, and the performance is more stable after convergence. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

2D human pose estimation (HPE) has been a research focus of computer vision, 2D HPE baseline is one of the main *** the field of HPE continues to evolve, Vision Transformer Baselines have emerged as a significant area of interest, showing considerable potential in visual applications. However, accurate estimation remains a challenge in 2D *** study introduces a novel approach named FANpose for 2D HPE in images. Building upon the top-tier VITpose Baselines, we innovate in two main aspects. Firstly, we employ fully attentional net- works to replace the vision transformer baseline model, thereby enhancing the model’s robustness. Secondly, we improve keypoint localization accuracy by replacing traditional Gaussian kernels with Laplacian kernels, thereby enhancing the model’s recognition *** the MS COCO dataset, our model achieves AP and AR scores that are respectively 0.4 and 0.6 higher than VITpose-B, and our model is 32M smaller in terms of parameters than *** achieves satisfactory results in human pose estimation tasks, showcasing its immense potential for practical applications. © 2024 SPIE.

This article studies the adaptive optimal output regulation problem for a class of interconnected singularly perturbed systems(SPSs) with unknown dynamics based on reinforcement learning(RL).Taking into account the slow and fast characteristics among system states,the interconnected SPS is decomposed into the slow time-scale dynamics and the fast timescale dynamics through singular perturbation *** the fast time-scale dynamics with interconnections,we devise a decentralized optimal control strategy by selecting appropriate weight matrices in the cost *** the slow time-scale dynamics with unknown system parameters,an off-policy RL algorithm with convergence guarantee is given to learn the optimal control strategy in terms of measurement *** combining the slow and fast controllers,we establish the composite decentralized adaptive optimal output regulator,and rigorously analyze the stability and optimality of the closed-loop *** proposed decomposition design not only bypasses the numerical stiffness but also alleviates the *** efficacy of the proposed methodology is validated by a load-frequency control application of a two-area power system.
