Machine learning-assisted fluorescence visualization for sequential quantitative detection of aluminum and fluoride ions

The presence of aluminum(Al^(3+))and fluoride(F^(−))ions in the environment can be harmful to ecosystems and human health,highlighting the need for accurate and efficient *** this paper,an innovative approach is presented that leverages the power of machine learning to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of fluorescence-based detection for sequential quantitative analysis of aluminum(Al^(3+))and fluoride(F^(−))ions in aqueous *** proposed method involves the synthesis of sulfur-functionalized carbon dots(C-dots)as fluorescence probes,with fluorescence enhancement upon interaction with Al^(3+)ions,achieving a detection limit of 4.2 nmol/***,in the presence of F^(−)ions,fluorescence is quenched,with a detection limit of 47.6 nmol/*** fingerprints of fluorescence images are extracted using a cross-platform computer vision library in Python,followed by data ***,the fingerprint data is subjected to cluster analysis using the K-means model from machine learning,and the average Silhouette Coefficient indicates excellent model ***,a regression analysis based on the principal component analysis method is employed to achieve more precise quantitative analysis of aluminum and fluoride *** results demonstrate that the developed model excels in terms of accuracy and *** groundbreaking model not only showcases exceptional performance but also addresses the urgent need for effective environmental monitoring and risk assessment,making it a valuable tool for safeguarding our ecosystems and public health.

Narrow space manipulations are crucial for equipment maintenance,as they eliminate the need for disassembly,thus reducing costs and increasing ***-driven flexible robots possess exceptional capabilities in maneuvering through narrow spaces,thanks to their interaction compliance and distal ***,their inherent low stiffness causes a decline in the location accuracy of the robot and could even lead to manipulation *** address this challenge,this paper proposes a novel type of rigid-flexible coupling robot,which increases the stiffness of the robot while ensuring the reachability within a narrow *** achieve high-accuracy location in a narrow space,kinematic and control methods are ***,the robot forward kinematics are uniformly represented,and the closed-form inverse kinematics solution is ***,in cases where the robot's structure fails to align with Pieper's solution,a two-stage search strategy is utilized to solve the inverse kinematics,resulting in a high success rate of 99.1%.Based on the proposed kinematics,a rigid-dominated control method is then proposed to facilitate localization and pose alignment of target objects in narrow *** practical comparative experiments show that the proposed robot has the capability of high accuracy control in narrow spaces.

Recovering rare earths,lithium and fluorine from rare earth molten salt electrolytic slag using sub-molten salt method

Viewing the problem of high ene rgy consumption in the process of recovering rare earths from rare earth molten salt electrolysis slag,an environmentally friendly and low carbon process by sub-molten salt decomposition was *** thermodynamic analysis of sub-molten salt reaction indicates that the recovery of rare earths from the slag using sub-molten salt medium is thermodynamically *** this process,the rare earth fluoride and lithium in the slag are almost transformed into rare earth hydroxide,sodium fluoride and lithium hydroxide,fluorine and lithium are transferred into the washing solution,and the rare earths in the residues can be leached into solution by acid *** the optimum reaction conditions of reaction temperature 200℃,reaction time 3 h,NaOH initial concentration 80%,NaOH-Slag mass ratio 3:1,the leaching efficiency of rare earths,fluorine and lithium can reach to 99.05%,98.23% and 99.22%.After evaporation,the fluorine and lithium in the washing solution can be obtained in the forms of sodium fluoride and lithium fluoride,the recovery efficiency reach 95.5%and 92.8%,*** RE oxides(99.53%) can be obtained from the leaching solution after precipitation and roasting.

Synchronous regulation of V_(2)O_(5) cathode and Zn anode using sodium gluconate as an additive for long-life aqueous zinc-ion batteries

Aqueous zinc-ion batteries(AZIBs)are gaining attention owing to their affordability,high safety,and high energy density,making them a promising solution for large-scale energy ***,their performance is hampered by the instability of both the anode-electrolyte interface and the cathode-electrolyte *** use of sodium gluconate(SG),an organic sodium salt with multiple hydroxyl groups,as an electrolyte additive is *** and theoretical analyses demonstrate that Na^(+)from SG can intercalate and deintercalate within the associated V_(2)O_(5) cathode during in situ electrochemical *** action supports the layered structure of V_(2)O_(5),prevents structural collapse and phase transitions,and enhances Zn^(2+)diffusion ***,the gluconate anion disrupts the original Zn^(2+)solvation structure,mitigates water-induced side reactions,and suppresses Zn dendrite *** synchronous regulation of both the V_(2)O_(5) cathode and Zn anode by the SG additive leads to considerable performance ***‖Zn symmetric batteries demonstrate a cycle life exceeding 2800 h at 0.5 mA cm^(-2)and 1 mAh cm^(-2).In Zn‖V_(2)O_(5) full batteries,a high specific capacity of 288.92 mAh g^(-1)and capacity retention of 82.29%are maintained over 1000 cycles at a current density of 2 A g^(-1).This multifunctional additive strategy offers a new pathway for the practical application of AZIBs.

S-scheme heterojunction construction of Fe/BiOCl/BiVO4 for enhanced photocatalytic degradation of ciprofloxacin

With the growing problem of water pollution caused by antibiotics,the development of photocatalysts with high photogenerated carrier separation efficiency is crucial.A high-efficiency microsphere Fe/BiOCl/BiVO4with Sscheme heterojunction was synthesized by solvothermal method and its ciprofloxacin（CIP） degradation performance were investigated under visible ***,FT-IR,SEM,EDS,HRTEM and XPS results show that the photocatalytic have good crystallization,morphology and the formed a *** photocatalytic performance of Fe/BiOCl/BiVO4for CIP was superior to pure BiOCl and BiVO4due to the microsphere and formed heterostructure between BiOCl and *** influencing factors of CIP degradation by Fe/BiOCl/BiVO4were investigated,and the results showed that Fe/BiOCl/BiVO4had high degradation efficiency not only at pH 5-9,but also in the presence of inorganic Cl-,NO3-and metal *** the optimal conditions,the degradation rate of CIP was up to 100% in 75 *** addition to CIP,the Fe/BiOCl/BiVO4photocatalysts degraded other organic pollutants,such as tetracycline,oxytetracycline,chlortetracycline,ofloxacin,levofloxacin,and rhodamine B,by more than 92%.The main active species were photogenerated holes（h+） and superoxide radicals（·O2-）.In addition,possible intermediates and toxicity of intermediates were analyzed and five potential pathways for CIP degradation were proposed.

Enhancement of toluene oxidation performance over La_(1-x)CoO_(3-δ) perovskite by lanthanum non-stoichiometry

Frequent occurrence of harmful algal blooms has already threatened aquatic life and human *** the present study,floating BiOCl_(0.6)I_(0.4)/ZnO photocatalyst was synthesized in situ by water bath method,and and applied in inactivation of Microcystis aeruginosa under visible *** composition,morphology,chemical states,optical properties of the photocatalyst were also *** results showed that BiOCl_(0.6)I_(0.4)exhibited laminated nanosheet structure with regular shape,and the light response range of the composite BZ/EP-3 (BiOCl_(0.6)I_(0.4)/ZnO/EP-3) was tuned from 582 to 638 *** results of photocatalytic experiments indicated that BZ/EP-3 composite had stronger photocatalytic activity than a single BiOCl_(0.6)I_(0.4)and ZnO,and the removal rate of chlorophyll a was 89.28%after 6 hr of photocatalytic *** photosynthetic system was destroyed and cell membrane of algae ruptured under photocatalysis,resulting in the decrease of phycobiliprotein components and the release of a large number of ions (K^(+),Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+)).Furthermore,active species trapping experiment determined that holes (h+) and superoxide radicals (·O_(2)-) were the main active substance for the inactivation of algae,and the p-n mechanism of photocatalyst was ***,BZ/EP-3 showed excellent algal removal ability under visible light,providing fundamental theories for practical algae pollution control.

Flexible solid-state cooling devices with high efficiency are attracted to ferroelectric polymers with excellent negative electrocaloric(EC)*** is challenging to obtain a large negative EC effect in ferroelectric polymers due to the lack of tunable techniques.A giant negative EC response was obtained in the poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene)copolymers(P(VDF-TrFE),70/30,in mole ratio)irra-diated with high-energy *** irradiated P(VDF-TrFE)films showed an adiabatic temperature change of-13.5 K at 40 MV/m under a dose of 5 Mrad(1 Mrad=10^(4) J/kg)obtained by the indirect *** significant negative EC effect is attributed to the enhancement of crystalline due to the entry of polymer molecules into the amorphous to crystalline structure and the reduction of heat ca-pacity due to the increase of *** addition,X-ray irradiation improves the dielectric coefficient from 15 to *** research indicates that irradiation can modify the negative EC properties of ferro-electric polymers for solid-state cooling.
