The recommendation system based on knowledge graph assistance has more advantages than the traditional recommendation system, mainly reflected in: accurate, efficient and explainable. Most of the recommendation methods of existing studies use knowledge graph representation learning for information mining of entity features, but some of them ignore the neighborhood information of knowledge graph entities, resulting in the loss of high-order feature information. Considering the above problem, this study proposes a recommendation method based on graph neural network for the problem that the existing recommendation methods ignore the overall information in the process of knowledge graph entity information mining. The graph attention network is introduced to carry out neighborhood information aggregation to make up for the neighborhood information of missing entities in the process of extracting the features of the knowledge graph in existing research. In this study, the prediction experiments of click rate and top-k recommendation scenarios were carried out on the data under the four backgrounds of movies, books, online courses and music, and the influence of some key parameters and structures in the model on the model was analyzed, compared and discussed. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

As a vital energy source, coal mines are essential to the energy industry. However, the process of fully mechanized coal mining is notoriously harsh, which poses significant challenges to efficient and safe operations. In this context, hydraulic support operators play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and safety of the working face, where potential safety issues from operator errors or external interferences necessitate the adoption of smart mining practices. To address these challenges, this paper proposes a framework for a distributed hydraulic support control system based on a multi-agent system (MAS). First, by constructing this distributed multi-agent system within fully mechanized mining, the interactive relationship among hydraulic supports has been systematically delineated. Second, game theory is employed to inform decision-making regarding hydraulic support behaviors, enhancing both the autonomy and cooperation of the supports. Finally, the proposed model is analyzed and validated by maximizing the utility function, aiming to improve the efficiency and intelligence of fully mechanized mining operations. This comprehensive approach aims to ensure safer and more efficient coal mining practices through advanced technology integration and strategic decision-making. © 2024 IEEE.

Effects of radome refraction error slope of radar seeker on the stability of extended trajectory shaping guidance (ETSG) are discussed in this paper. The formation mechanism of radome error was analyzed. The radome error parasitic loop was established. The guidance system model with radome error parasitic loop was constructed based on ETSG to analyze impacts of radome error parasitic loop on stability of the guidance system. The variation laws of stable region of ETSG with radome slope and guidance parameters under different system order and time-to-go are investigated. Research results demonstrate that the stable region in negative feedback of radome error parasitic loop is easy to be unstable under higher system order, and the maximum tolerance of ETSG to radome slope under positive feedback of parasitic loop decreases continuously as the missile approaches to the target. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

The paper presents a real - time online neural network algorithm for space detector health prediction. This method is suitable for embedded space detector, avoiding the disposal scheme that can not be processed online and can only be remedied afterwards, and adopting embedded real-time neural network model with preserved performance after compression. In order to meet the requirements of high reliability and low power consumption during the operation of aircraft, this paper adopts the high-level synthesis method to map the high-level language into RTL level code that can run directly on FPGA, and proposes an intelligent integration system for aircraft based on high-level synthesis. The input of aircraft system is image radar sensor data, visible image data and infrared image output. The output of the aircraft system is target identification. Including convolutional IP core, pooled IP core and fully connected IP core. Modern surface mount circuit board assemblies require more advanced defect detection methods. While deep learning algorithms have great potential for PCBA inspection, their detection accuracy in complex background situations is still limited. To overcome this problem, we propose a deep learning-based PCBA detection model (PCB-Net) to achieve accurate classification and localization of components on PCB. Firstly, for similar objects under complex background interference, this paper proposes a backbone network consisting of a generalized efficient aggregation network and a context converter to effectively extract local and global information. This integration aims to enhance the expressiveness of the network. Secondly, a multi-scale attention mechanism is designed to improve the feature extraction ability of the network on the target and suppress the interference of complex backgrounds. Finally, a C2fHB lightweight module was designed to improve the model's extraction of component features using the HorNet structure. Experimental results show that our proposed model is an effective PCBA detection method, as it can accurately detect tiny components in complex backgrounds, efficiently obtain component class and location information, and remain detection efficiency. © 2024 IEEE.

The systolic array (SA) architecture is widely used in accelerator/AI chip design due to its excellent matrix multiplication acceleration effect. However, the mismatch between the traditional sparse matrix compression format and the SA architecture results in poor SA performance in computing sparse matrices. To solve the problem, we propose a method for co-designing the sparse compression format and SA architecture. This work proposes the Vector Group Compressed Coordinate (VGCC) data stream compression format and designs a sparse SA architecture based on hardware encoding and decoding. VGCC can handle data streams of any size without increasing the index bit width. The VGCC compression size is significantly smaller than general sparse compression formats such as COO/CSR. In a sparse matrix with a sparsity of 90%, it saves 67.13% of storage space compared to the state-of-the-art ECOO data stream compression format and achieves an average acceleration of 1.54 times. We also propose a VGCC-friendly SA architecture. Our SA architecture engine reduces logic consumption by 51.6% compared to Sparse TPU while achieving a 3.23x speedup. To mitigate the issue of high no-load rates in systolic arrays, we introduce a Data Transmission Priority (DTP) data matching algorithm. With sparsity levels ranging from 50% to 90%, the algorithm’s calculation speed is enhanced by 1.124x to 1.991x. We implemented a sparse DNN accelerator on an FPGA Zynq UltraScale+MPSoC ZCU102, utilizing the VGCC compression format proposed in this study for compressing input data. When compared to the S2 Engine, the accelerator achieved a 3.37x speed improvement in matrix multiplication with 75% sparsity, significantly enhancing the speed of sparse matrix multiplication. To meet the growing demands in the electronics manufacturing industry for smaller, more reliable, and flexible component packages, this research introduces a novel algorithm designed to automatically measure the geometric parameters of lead components. The algorithm can address the challenges associated with measuring these parameters in surface mount technology (SMT), overcoming the inefficiencies and inaccuracies of traditional manual measurement methods. This innovative approach combines an adaptive threshold segmentation algorithm with a multilevel grayscale range, enabling robust binary segmentation that adapts to variations in illumination. Additionally, by employing conditional filtering and state tracking, the algorithm facilitates the extraction of lead groups and individual leads, allowing for precise evaluation of component parameters through sub-pixel interpolated fitting. Extensive testing under various illumination conditions across multiple types of packaged and standard components has confirmed the algorithm's high accuracy and robustness. These results highlight its efficacy as a measurement solution suitable for industrial-grade applications. © 2024 IEEE.

Friction force is a crucial factor causing power loss and fatigue spalling of rolling element bearings.A combined experimental and analytical method is proposed to quantitatively determine the elastohydrodynamic lubrication(EHL)friction force distribution between rollers and outer raceway in a cylindrical roller bearing(CRB).An experimental system with the instrumented bearing and housing was developed for measuring radial load distribution and friction torque of bearings.A simplified model of friction force expressed by dimensionless speed,load,and material parameters was *** inequality constrained optimization problem was established and solved by using an experimental data-driven learning algorithm for determining the uncertain parameters in the *** effect of speed,load,and lubricant property on friction force and friction coefficient was discussed.
