Improving aircraft nose wheel steering stability based on control continuation method

aircraft steering instability during the taxiing process sometimes occurs resulting from the unstable bifurcation phenomena of the nonlinear steering dynamic system,which may lead to severe *** this study,the control parameter design of an aircraft nose wheel steering control system based on the control continuation method is proposed to reduce the number of unstable bifurcation points and enlarge the system stable region area in a certain parameter ***,the aircraft turning performance can be improved ***,a nonlinear aircraft rollout dynamic model is constructed,and the aircraft ground steering bifurcation characteristics are obtained under the open-loop steering control ***,the bifurcation performances under three closed-loop nose wheel steering controllers based on the feedback control method are compared,and the control parameter of the quadratic nonlinear controller with a better bifurcation control effect is selected as a second bifurcation parameter to analyze the directional system stability via two-parameter bifurcation ***,the influence of a crosswind on the aircraft ground steering bifurcation performance is studied for various control parameter ***,the control effects of a traditional proportional-integral-derivative(PID)nose wheel steering control law and the designed feedback controller are compared and ***,a semi-physical experiment of the aircraft nose wheel steering system is carried out,and different control parameter values are selected for test verification,which can further verify the control effect of the designed nonlinear feedback *** results indicate that the feedback control method is unable to vary the system bifurcation types,but appropriate control parameter design can effectively shrink the system instability region and even eliminate the unstable Hopf bifurcation points under some specific working conditions,improving the aircraft ground turning stability re

This paper studies the state observer design of a spatial two-dimensional (2-D) linear diffusion process described by a linear parabolic partial differential equation (PDE) under mobile sensors. Firstly, we analyze the well-posedness of the PDE system and give the structure form of the state observer with mobile sensors. Subsequently, according to the number of mobile sensors, the 2-D space domain is divided into multiple sub-domains, and the mobile sensors are guided by the projection operator method, which can guarantee that the mobile sensors can only move in their respective 2-D sub-domains. Then, in the light of Lyapunov theory, Poincaré-Wirtinger inequality and Barbalat lemma, we propose an observation-plus-guidance design method to ensure the asymptotic stability of the state estimation error system. In the designed mobile strategy, the actual guidance of mobile sensors is essentially a physical synthesis of two direction guidance laws, where two dimensional guidance laws are designed separately. Moreover, the existence condition of the observer is given by linear matrix inequalities. At last, a numerical example is provided to demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed design scheme. © 2004-2012 IEEE.

Seeking Secure Synchronous Tracking of Networked Agent Systems Subject to Antagonistic Interactions and Denial-of-Service Attacks

Inspired by the group phenomenon of biological populations in nature, swarm intelligence has been derived and has further advanced the research of coordinated control of networked agent systems (NASs). With this in mind, this article delves into the problem of secure synchronous tracking control for high-order NASs subject to antagonistic interactions, particularly under the threat of denial-of-service (DoS) attacks. First, a novel distributed secure control scheme is crafted to address the complex dynamics of NASs that encompass both cooperative and antagonistic interactions among agents. This scheme is pivotal as it enables follower agents to synchronize their tracking with the leader agent, even amidst the disruptive influence of DoS attacks, transcending the conventional bipartite tracking consensus approach. Subsequently, a dynamic, time-varying closed-loop system is generated, which is intrinsically linked to the intermittent nature of DoS attacks, characterized by periods of dormancy and activity. Based on the infinite matrix product convergence analysis method, some essential algebraic conditions are formulated, which hinge on the parameters of DoS attacks, the underlying network structure, and the gain of the controller. These conditions are critical for guaranteeing the attainment of robust synchronous tracking. Finally, some numerical simulation examples are provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed secure synchronous tracking control scheme for high-order NASs with signed networks. That is, all followers are able to achieve synchronous tracking of the leader when the corresponding topology, as well as control parameter conditions, are satisfied, and the opposite is not possible. © 2020 IEEE.

To solve the problem of difficulty in simulating dynamic sweep damage of lightning current, this paper established a new lightning current sweep damage test system using motors and launch wheels. The speed of the test piece and the temperature during the damage process were measured by high-speed cameras and infrared thermometers. The speed of the test piece was 34 m/s and the temperature exceeded 600 °C. At the same time, a new lightning current component C generator topology and control method were proposed. The load current and inductor current were used to form a double closed-loop PI negative feedback controller to ensure that the load current meets the standard output requirements. The study in this paper has certain guiding significance for the direct effect sweep damage assessment of composite materials and the design of lightning current generators. © Beijing Paike Culture Commu. In this study,we fabricated multifunctional metastructures from carbon fiber-reinforced plastic composites using additive manufacturing *** metastructures are characterized by their lightweight,load-bearing capacity,and broadband low-frequency sound absorption *** metastructure consists of 36 unit cells,and non-local coupling mechanism was considered for designing the sound absorption *** developed an acoustic impedance theory tailored for the metastructure,facilitating an analysis of thermal and viscous dissipation *** is proven theoretically and experimentally that the proposed composite metastructure can achieve a noise reduction with an average sound absorption coefficient greater than 0.9 across frequencies in the rage of 330-1500 *** also studied the metastructure’s quasi-static and cyclic compression performance,confirming its efficient absorption capabilities after cyclic *** proposed design and additive manufacturing method for composite metastructures provides a novel pathway for creating lightweight,multifunctional structures with diverse applications,such as aerospace engineering.

Aiming at the problems of uneven production schedule and low production efficiency in the assembly process of aircraft doors of a civil aircraft company, the original aircraft door assembly line was modeled and simulated in FlexSim to analyze the reasons for the above problems. Depending on the assembly process and process constraints, blockage can be mitigated by adding or removing operators, merging stations, and introducing automated equipment. Due to the large footprint of automation equipment, and the lack of buffer area, the existing production line layout is insufficient to meet the requirements. Therefore, based on the system layout planning (SLP) method, all the stations in the assembly line are divided according to the operation unit, and the position of each operation unit is arranged according to the logistics intensity relationship to obtain the new workshop layout. Finally, the effectiveness of the automated SLP layout scheme is verified in FlexSim, and the capacity of the optimized aircraft door assembly line is significantly increased by simulating and comparing the original assembly line and the optimized assembly line, which provides support for further research on the aircraft door assembly line. © 2025 Institute of Physics Publishing. Acoustic lens is widely used in ultrasound imaging to manipulate the focusing of sound beams. In this paper, a three-dimensional gradient-index multifunctional lens based on circuit control is proposed. Different from the previous acoustic lens based on phonon crystal or crimp-space design, the lens is easy to manufacture and only depends on the refractive index tunable material to fill the lens structure. Based on multiple variable refractive index of this article Einstein ring RineHart curved shell structure, building material and refractive index of the mapping relation of shell structure, electrically induced regulation method of refractive index is put forward, make the surface acoustic wave propagation in a three-dimensional curved surface lens effect and its propagation in 2 d plane lens effect, instead of being placed in the surface concave and convex lens interference of objects. Several strange acoustic phenomena, such as invisibility cloak, Luneburg lens and Fisheye Lens, have been realized by simulation. By adjusting the gradient distribution of refractive index of the lens electrically, acoustic devices with different functional waveforms can be switched. The research results provide theoretical guidance for the design of a new type of multifunctional lens. © 2025 SPIE.

This paper investigates the adaptive prescribed-time distributed Nash equilibrium (NE) seeking problems for networked games with heterogeneous dynamics and unknown uncertainties. The proposed algorithms are based on the two-layer structure, namely the NE seeking part and the tracking control part. For the players without uncertainties, the adaptive parameters are utilized in the seeking part to avoid the use of the global information. The auxiliary variables are constructed to seek for the NE point within the prescribed time and serve as the reference signals for the tracking control part. Then the state feedback control is designed to drive the strategies of all the players to the expected NE point in the prescribed time. Furthermore, the approximation theory is introduced to deal with the unknown nonlinear uncertainties. The exponential parameters are involved in the designed estimates to accelerate the convergence rate. The Lyapunov method is utilized to show the prescribed-time convergence property of the algorithms. Besides, although the time-varying piecewise function is involved in the algorithms, the uniform boundedness of the control input can be ensured by carefully selecting the initial values of the auxiliary parameters. Finally, the simulation is given to show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms. © 2025 IEEE.

With the proliferation of various mobile smart devices, edge computing and computational offloading technologies have emerged as pivotal support mechanisms, enhancing the service quality of these devices. To facilitate the learning of task offloading strategies across diverse and complex scenarios, this study introduces a federated learning strategy algorithm based on multi-agent deep reinforcement learning. This algorithm aims to aggregate the training strategies of multiple edge computing devices, thereby enabling the synthesis of superior task offloading strategies tailored to a wide array of environments while also providing safeguards against malicious nodes. This paper specifically examines the reward inversion attack, illustrating the algorithm’s capability to identify and counteract such malicious threats effectively. Experimental results validate that the proposed algorithm not only robustly defends against these attacks but also adeptly learns the task offloading strategies pertinent to each node. © The Author(s) 2025.
