The spatial correlation of target echoes is important to jointly process signals received at each radar substation in distributed radar system. On the background of space surveillance with two independent monostatic radars, a three-dimensional cylinder target scattering model and echo signal model are built combined the orbital motion. The echoes spatial correlation is analysed and correlation coefficient which varies with the included angle between two radars and target is derived. The reasonableness of target scattering model and validity of theoretical analysis are proved via simulation examples.

Most of nonuniform filter banks designed by existing methods are not linear phase. In order to solving the problem, a novel method for designing linear-phase nonuniform filter banks is proposed in this paper. By analyzing the filter banks structure with block decimation transformed to rational decimation, we get an interpolated filter banks structure which removes the mirror frequency brought from interpolation. The filter banks are obtained by cosine modulation in this paper, and the prototype filters are interpolated and filtered before modulation. To make sure the significant aliasing distortions are cancelled completely, all prototype filters are designed with consistent transition band performance, using the optimization algorithm. Simulation results demonstrate that the linear-phase nonuniform filter banks designed by the proposed method have small amplitude distortions and aliasing distortions.

This paper considers the problem of geolocating a target on the Earth surface whose altitude is known using the target signal time of arrival(TOA) measurements. The geolocation Cramer-Rao lower bound(CRLB) is derived and the performance improvement due to the availability of target altitude information is quantified. An weighted multidimensional scaling geolocation solution is developed. Its sensitivity to the target altitude error is also studied. Simulations verify the theoretical developments and illustrate the good performance of the proposed geolocation method.

Fast identifying the amount of information that can be gained by measuring a network via shortest-paths is one of the fundamental problem for networks exploration and ***,the existing methods are time-consuming for even moderate-scale *** this paper,we present a method for fast shortest-path cover identification in both exact and approximate scenarios based on the relationship between the identification and the shortest distance *** effectiveness of the proposed method is validated through synthetic and real-world *** experimental results show that our method is 105 times faster than the existing methods and can solve the shortest-path cover identification in a few seconds for large-scale networks with millions of nodes and edges.

The propagation environment of electromagnetic waves in mine tunnels is confined areas. The mine tunnel is regard as wave-guide which contains kinds of un-beneficial medium, the field formulas of different polarization waves were presented based on Marcatili method, and field prediction of horizontal and vertical polarization waves were simulated. The results showed that propagation effect of vertical polarization waves was better than horizontal polarization wave in mine tunnels of breadth less than height, contrarily propagation attenuation of horizontal polarization waves were higher than vertical polarization waves in mine tunnels of height less than breadth, at the same time the field distribution would be influenced because of section dimension change.
