Focus on the problem of reconstructing LDPC codes in a noisy environment, an algorithm based on Column Elimination Operation, Parity-Check Vector Judgment Criterion and Gradual Row Transformation is proposed, which is used to blind recognize LDPC codes. This algorithm first gets enough dual vectors of the receive codes, then selects real parity-check vectors of the dual-space of LDPC codes, and then, detectives and deletes the error code words. The above steps are iteratively carried out until the original problem is reduced to an easier problem, i.e., blind recognition LDPC codes in an error-free context, and finally obtain the sparse parity-check matrix by using Gradual Row Transformation. The simulation and experiment results show that, this algorithm fits most of LDPC standards, including 802.16 e, 802.11 n, DVB-S2, GJB7296, GB20600, etc., and it is an effective solution for LDPC codes blind recognition in a noisy environment.

Introducing compressive sensing theory to solve multiple targets localization problem is a promising method by only considering received signal's power. In previous researches, the targets are assumed to be positioned into an regular mesh grid and restoration model according to compressive underdetermined equation is built to recover the positions of unknown targets. However, it is inconvenient to arrange sensors on grids in practice and the recovered locations were bound to grid points that may deviate the target positions comparing to the real ones. In this paper, we propose a Delaunay triangulation grid generation algorithm through randomly deployed sensors' positions. Moreover, a sparse position vector diversity combining algorithm, based on OMP, is also been proposed. It lowers the possibility of the emergence of the false locations and greatly improves the accuracy of targets' positions.

A microwave tunable substrate integrated waveguide bandpass filter using nematic liquid crystals is researched in this paper combined with the complementary split-ring resonators. The nematic liquid crystal is used to control the corresponding working frequency, with its permittivity changing caused by deflection angle of the liquid crystal molecules. And its deflection angle changing is controlled by the bias voltage. The simulation results show that the permittivity of liquid crystal changes from 2.79 to 3.56 to make the passband frequency achieve 490 MHz frequency offset.

Through experiments and numerical simulations we explore the behavior of rf SQUID (radio frequency superconducting quantum interference device) metamaterials, which show extreme tunability and nonlinearity. The emergent electromagnetic properties of this metamaterial are sensitive to the degree of coherent response of the driven interacting SQUIDs. Coherence suffers in the presence of disorder, which is experimentally found to be mainly due to a dc flux gradient. We demonstrate methods to recover the coherence, specifically by varying the coupling between the SQUID meta-atoms and increasing the temperature or the amplitude of the applied rf flux. Person re-identification is one of the hot topics in computer vision. How to design a robust feature representation to identify pedestrians is a key problem for person re-identification. In this paper, a feature representation based on Multi-Statistics Cascade on Pyramid (MSCP) is proposed for person re-identification. The MSCP feature is composed of deep PCA network feature and hand-crafted features of Local Maximal Occurrence (LOMO) feature and color correlogram. MSCP can characterize the pedestrian images precisely from both global and local views. The Cross-view Quadratic Discriminant Analysis (XQDA) is employed to learn the distance metric of MSCP features. And then a novel re-identification method based on MSCP and XQDA is achieved. Experimental results on VIPeR Dataset demonstrate that our proposed method can achieve superior identification performance compared with six state-of-art methods.

As well-developed social networking services collect rich location data of mobile users, it becomes interesting for measuring the mobility relationship strength. The state-of-the-art measure for such relationship is Personal, Global and Temporal factors (PGT) method, which calculates personal and global background in the spatial domain. We argue that meeting events differentiate from each other not only in the spatial domain, but also in the temporal domain. Accordingly, a novel method called PGST for measuring the mobility relationship is proposed. Additional time differences are introduced into the personal and global factors. Thus, background effects of location and time are removed from primitive meeting events. Experiments on real dataset suggest that our method significantly outperforms the state-of-the-art methods.

With network simulation tools to simulate C2(Command and control) network services,the simulated network will reflect the relationship between the internal units and dynamic behaviors of the real C2 ***,the service operating mode exactly matches the organization structure of the C2 network,the service operating mode can't be extended to other C2 networks through the hard-code *** this regard,this paper presents the M2E2M(Model to Event to Message) *** drawing the ideas of colored,timed,object Petri nets,we propose the Petri nets based modeling method of C2 network *** using CPN Tools to simulate the model,we generate communication events set and achieve the conversion from model to *** the VRNET Developer simulation platform,we complete the simulation of the events set and achieve the conversion from event to message through the development of the Cmd Engine and Cmd App *** we complete the simulation of an early warning service of a C2 *** simulation results match the network organization structure and the simulation method is proved to be effective.

Aiming at the problem of features instability in specific emitter identification, this paper presents a based on one-class classifier feature preprocessing algorithm to detect the unstable features. The algorithm takes advantage of one-class classifier of property that can describe the distribution of given data sets. Its basic steps include: Firstly, we divide the feature time series into N segments with given length;secondly selecting one segment trains one-class classifier acquiring classification surface, and then remaining N-l segments test the classifier and record the test accurate rates for every segments;finally we compare the minimize of test results with the setting threshold. If the minimize of test rate is lower than threshold in the test segments, we consider the feature is unstable. For a given set of data, experimental results show that the method is effective on determining the feature of stability.

A high efficient electrically small dual reflector antenna is designed and measured. A dielectric rod antenna(DRA) is used as the feed of the dual reflector antenna, due to its advantages of narrow beam, high gain and radiates a rotationally symmetric radiation pattern. Simulations and measurements show that the maximum efficiency of 62.5% is achieved for a main reflector with only 12 wavelengths.

A stringing Electromagnetic ban-gap (S-EBG) structure is proposed in this paper for coupling reduction of microstrip antenna array. The The S-EBG is constructed by interlinking three mushroom-type EBG in a line with a strip. While in the antenna element assembling direction, it is only one period and maintains a compact array. The structure is easy fabrication, assembling and no etching in the ground plane. A reference microstrip antenna array (RMAA), one conventional mushroom-type (CMT-EBG) element loaded microstrip antenna array (O-CMT-EBG-LMAA), and three CMT-EBG elements loaded microstrip antenna array (T-CMT-EBG-LMAA) were also studied. Research found over 20 dB coupling reduction is achieved by the S-EBG. Thus, the proposed S-EBG is good candidate for array coupling reduction.
