As a major software testing method, fuzzing has the potential to enhance testing coverage and detect a great number of software vulnerabilities in complex code programs. The current fuzzy testing for multiple input parameters lacks an effective calling mechanism and treats all variant parameter equally, resulting in low efficiency. This paper presents a fuzzy testing method based on Bayesian algorithm for scheduling parameters. Firstly, it combines the characteristics of input parameters to match the appropriate variation strategy. Secondly, it utlizes the Bayesian algorithm to automatically generate weight values for the objective function index during sufficient testing. It evaluates test cases with multi-parameter inputs according to these weights and selects parameters with high utilization value for multiple tests. Finally, in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the method of this paper, an application programming interface of Amercian fuzzy lop (AFL-API) is developed based on the typical fuzzy testing tool AFL++, and compared with AFL++ as a fuzzy testing tool. The experimental results demonstate that when using the AFL-API for program testing, there was 47% increase in coverage rate, 52% increase in the number of discovered crashes, and more program vulnerabilities were identified during actual testing.

The flexible mobility characteristics of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) lead to frequent handover and inter cell interference issues in traditional cellular based UAV assisted communication systems. Establishing cell-free UAV (CF-UAV) networks without cell boundaries will effectively alleviate this problem and has been an important research. However, the movement of the UAV results in time-varying channels. Therefore, the joint dynamic and reasonable UAV trajectory optimization and power allocation are very important for in CF-UAV networks. The expression of pilot transmission, channel estimation, uplink transmission spectrum efficiency (SE) have been derived based on the assumption of Rician channel between UAVs and access point (AP). SE optimization algorithm for CF-UAV networks combined with the Angle search and multi-UAV trajectory optimization strategy has been proposed in this paper. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm performs better performance than comparison schemes, which SE improves by 37% compared with Angle search.

Carrier-aided code tracking loop is widely used in satellite navigation receivers. This kind of loop structure can reduce code tracking noise by narrowing the bandwidth of code tracking loop. The performance of carrier-aided code tracking loop in receivers is affected by frequency deviation of reference clock source. This paper analyzes the influence of carrier frequency offset and sampling frequency offset on carrier-aided code tracking loop due to reference clock offset. The results show that large frequency offset can cause code tracking loop lose lock, code tracking loop is more sensitive to sampling frequency deviation and increasing the loop bandwidth can reduce the effects of frequency offset. This analysis provides reference for receiver tracking loop design. © 2020 IEEE.

Deep Feature Surgery: Towards Accurate and Efficient Multi-Exit Networks

Multi-exit network is a promising architecture for efficient model inference by sharing backbone networks and weights among multiple exits. However, the gradient conflict of the shared weights results in sub-optimal accuracy. This paper introduces Deep Feature Surgery (DFS), which consists of feature partitioning and feature referencing approaches to resolve gradient conflict issues during the training of multi-exit networks. The feature partitioning separates shared features along the depth axis among all exits to alleviate gradient conflict while simultaneously promoting joint optimization for each exit. Subsequently, feature referencing enhances multi-scale features for distinct exits across varying depths to improve the model accuracy. Furthermore, DFS reduces the training operations with the reduced complexity of backpropagation. Experimental results on Cifar100 and ImageNet datasets exhibit that DFS provides up to a 50.00% reduction in training time and attains up to a 6.94% enhancement in accuracy when contrasted with baseline methods across diverse models and tasks. Budgeted batch classification evaluation on MSDNet demonstrates that DFS uses about 2× fewer average FLOPs per image to achieve the same classification accuracy as baseline methods on Cifar100. Privacy amplification (PA) is a vital step in the postprocessing stage of quantum key distribution, which can extract a secure key from a source partially leaked to the environment. We propose a PA scheme that uses the square hash (SQH)–modular arithmetic hash (MH) function. In consideration of a potential quantum attacker, we use the trace distance as a metric to measure the closeness between two classical-quantum states. We transform a raw key state to a processed state using this scheme and derive the trace distance between the processed state and the ideal target state. It is proven that the trace distance can be reached as small as desired. Additionally, our approach accelerates the SQH-MH function through the number-theoretic transform, reducing the computational complexity to O(nlog n). On the basis of a CPU, a maximum throughput rate of 1.06 Gbit/s is achieved, and the results show that our algorithm demonstrates good stability of the throughput rate when handling tasks with different compression ratios.

Shadowsocks (R) is a proxy software based on Socks5, which is the collective name of Shadowsocks and Shadowsocks (R). In order to improves the shortcomings of other softwares breaking internet censorship, Shadowsocks (R) is a private protocol without handshake negotiation mechanism, and pays more attention to high camouflage and high concealment of traffic, which makes it difficult to use common methods(fingerprint identification, port filtering)to identify Shadowsocks (R) traffic[1], This paper proposes a method of Shadowsocks (R) traffic identification from the perspective of the protocol, which extracts features from four dimensions, and inputs features into the machine learning model for training. This method performs secondary identification and statistical filtering on the output of the machine learning model, and finally identifys Shadowsocks (R) traffic. This method has been very well validated in the laboratory environment. © 2021 IEEE.

In recent years, due to the emergence of ultrahigh resolution (UHR) radar systems, the bandwidth of radar has been increasing. However, conventional imaging algorithms have difficulties in the translational compensation of UHR inverse synthetic aperture radar (ISAR) data with high order range cell migration (RCM) and phase error. In this paper, a high-precision translational compensation method based on power flatness optimization (PFO) is proposed. The algorithm constructs the optimal criterion of power flatness and ensure the complete extraction of the prominent point energy. Then, the original data is compensated in the two-dimensional data domain through the prominent point phase inversion matrix. The results show that the proposed algorithm has significantly improved accuracy in the translational compensation of ultrahigh-resolution ISAR imaging compared with traditional algorithms.

A clustering algorithm based Ultra Dense Deployment is proposed to address the problem of establishing a reasonable interference model and allocating ABS reasonably to minimize interference and maximize throughput in Ultra Dense Deployment. By analyzing the distribution pattern of low-power nodes in Ultra Dense Deployment, the interference generated by the cluster center is used to replace the interference of other nodes in the class. According to the principle of interference minimization, a distributed allocation scheme for ABS time slots based on K-means clustering is proposed, and a polling algorithm is used for user scheduling. Simulation results show that compared with the generalized interference model and traditional binary models, the interference calculation is more accurate, The throughput of the system is also higher.

Channel modeling and the prediction of the reliability of acoustic link is the key to a successful deployment of underwater acoustic networks (UAN). In this paper, we build a Bellhop-based simulation framework driven by the environmental data to assess and predict the quality of the long-range and low-frequency communication links between the unmanned platforms in the deep ocean. The environmental data is measured in the South China Sea Experiment 2020 (SCSEx20). Results of channel modeling and link reliability prediction are reported in terms of the estimated channel impulse response (CIR), signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), and bit rate error (BER). The analysis shows how the communication performance of the physical level is dominated by the environmental data, aiming at evaluating the communication performance, and correlating the variation of the environmental conditions to the reliability of the entire communication link. © 2021 IEEE.
