The Strategic Pioneer Program on Space science (SPPSS) was approved by Chinese Academy of sciences on January 2011. The first satellite in the program, Dark Matter Particle Explorer, was launched on December 2015. Public Operation Service system is designed to provide scheduling and planning services for all the satellite missions related to SPPSS. The system requirements are analyzed, and the layout of it is detailed introduced in this paper. Development of database of real-world diesel vehicle emission factors for China

A database of real-world diesel vehicle emission factors, based on type and technology, has been developed following tests on more than 300 diesel vehicles in China using a portable emission measurement system. The database provides better understanding of diesel vehicle emissions under actual driving conditions. We found that although new regulations have reduced real-world emission levels of diesel trucks and buses significantly for most pollutants in China, NOx emissions have been inadequately controlled by the current standards, especially for diesel buses, because of bad driving conditions in the real world. We also compared the emission factors in the database with those calculated by emission factor models and used in inventory studies. The emission factors derived from COPERT（Computer Programmer to calculate Emissions from Road Transport） and MOBILE may both underestimate real emission factors, whereas the updated COPERT and PART5（Highway Vehicle Particulate Emission Modeling Software） models may overestimate emission factors in China. Real-world measurement results and emission factors used in recent emission inventory studies are inconsistent,which has led to inaccurate estimates of emissions from diesel trucks and buses over recent years. This suggests that emission factors derived from European or US-based models will not truly represent real-world emissions in China. Therefore, it is useful and necessary to conduct systematic real-world measurements of vehicle emissions in China in order to obtain the optimum inputs for emission inventory models.

In visual navigation system,a method of construction and scheduling of multi-resolution LOD terrain is designed according to the influence of terrain precision on super low ***,the tiled pyramid is constituted to manage the terrain data,which is organized by *** terrain complexity-based node selection criterion is used to select the required blocks for ***,the structural similarity of quadtree nodes is made use of to symmetrically cluster two-level nodes,which is suitable for batch scheduling of terrain *** results show that this method improves the terrain precise from a certain range of the aircraft,reduces the frequency of data scheduling,and enhances the rendering frame rates of navigation scene.

A Service Mining Scheme Based on Semantic for Internet of Things

As the development of Internet of things(IOT), massive sensors have been deployed as the public infrastructure. With the development of in-depth applications in IOT, service discovery and composition are challenges to the end users. To handle this challenge, we develop a service mining scheme based on semantic for IOT to provide users with interesting composite services. In this scheme, services can be combined and recommended to users actively according to the calculation of service similarity and an updatable semantic database. By the results of service similarity, useless compositions can be filtered out so that energy consumption on service flooding will be reduced. The update strategy of semantic database is also given out, by which the composite services can keep up with time and be more applicative. The benefits of the proposed method are that all operations such as calculating, filtering, and updating are simple enough to be performed in sensor networks.

For the problem of compute nodes load unbalance leads to the overload node impact VM performance and the underload node waste electrical energy. Dynamic VM consolidation is an efficient approach for improving the utilization of servers and reducing energy costs. In this paper, we introduce dynamic consolidation into OpenStack and implement AMVM based on OpenStack. AMVM collect and analyze all performance data of VM and compute node in OpenStack. Then AMVM automatically schedules VM live migrate to the most appropriate node according to the real-time load of all compute nodes. Then we use hybrid-copy instead of pre-copy in AMVM to improve the efficiency of VM live migration. Finally, we analyze the performance of hybrid-copy, hybrid-copy can reduce page faults compared with post-copy and reduce total data transferred compared with pre-copy. © 2016 SERSC.

Traditional computer portrait caricature system mainly take the method that exaggerate and deform real images directly, that lead the facial image background also been deformed when exaggerate facial image. If in pretreatment stage, we segmented the characters and background of the input image, and then do the subsequent processing, the problem may be solved. But for better portrait caricature effects, we need an excellent segmentation algorithm. So, we propose an improved Grabcut image segmentation algorithm and use it to extract the prospect character image for exaggeration and deformation. In practical application, we separate deform and exaggerate the foreground characters image with TPS method, then fuse it with the original or new background picture, get the final image. Application proves, the method solves the background deformation problem well, and improves the quality and rate of image segmentation, caricature synthesis effect reality and natural. © Springer International Publishing Switzerland 2015.

Taking the least task executing cost as objective constraint, a task scheduling algorithm based on task group(TG-Hungary) for parallel computing is presented. In order to satisfy the input condition of Hungary, it adopts matrix partition and virtual phalanx construction to convert input matrix from unbalanced to balanced problem. Experimental results demonstrate that it has better performances than the traditional methods such as Max-Min and Min-Min.

Indicators of medical quality is the main basis of medical quality evaluation, predictive analyzing the indicators by using data mining technology, we can find and solve the problems of hospital quality management more timely. The study, basing on the medical homepage records, analyzes the key indicators of the hospital medical quality by decision tree C4.5 algorithm. Decision tree is a prediction model which can assist hospital to make related decision on medical quality management issues. By using decision tree C4.5 algorithm with appropriate modification, a high quality model of decision tree can be made. It can not only do the statistic of medical quality indicators, but also predict the indicators with high relative accuracy to improve hospital’s medical quality management.

The study on the properties of terahertz (THz) wave propagation in complex atmosphere always been key technology for variety terahertz communication modes, such as wideband & high-speed network, astro-satellite communication, altitude aero-craft communication, long distance vast data transfer, short range wireless security communication etc. There are four main factors make effects on the free space THz wave propagation attenuation, free space radiation loss, atmospheric gases loss, atmospheric particle scatter loss, material penetration attenuation, and quasi-multipath refraction loss effect. Among aforementioned factors, the first part free space radiation loss could be calculated by furies equation. The second part atmospheric gases loss is determined by wave frequency, weather condition and atmosphere composition. The third part atmospheric particle scatter could be neglected when compare with first two attenuation. While the fourth part material penetration attenuation is influenced by shield material's equivalent dielectric constant and its dimension. This paper discuses solid electronics based THz band T/R modules design, and the series 0.34THz wave material penetration attenuation experiment's diagram and its results.
