"Demand traction and technology promotion" is the main law of equipment system construction and development. Scientific determination and quantitative evaluation of key technologies in the field of military equipment is the key and difficult point of system macro demonstration. Based on the analysis of the technical structure of space information equipment technology, this paper proposes a capability-based requirement analysis framework and process of space information equipment technology system, establishes a requirement analysis model of technology system, and constructs its technical system by taking space situation awareness system as an example. It provides technical basis for the requirement analysis of space information equipment technology system.

The concept of architecture is put forward by the US Army, which refers to the composition structure of the system and its mutual relationship, as well as the principles and guidelines guiding the design and development of the system. Architecture design technology and its reference resources have important theoretical and technical support for the top-level design of information system. Based on the analysis of architecture technology and function, this paper systematically studies the connotation and development history of the architecture design framework of the US army, and sorts out the main reference resources of the architecture design of the US army, such as the common joint task list, information system interoperability level model, joint technology architecture. It provides useful reference for the theoretical and technical research of information system top-level design. © 2021 ACM.

In the increasingly systematic and networked environment of aerospace equipment, the space-based information service capability is not only affected by the platform and payload capacity of the mission spacecraft, but also increasingly restricted by the network characteristics and network environment for space-based information acquisition. In this context, the joint information environment of the space-based network information system is constructed (JIESNIS). The service capability evaluation index system of JIESNIS is constructed pertinently. Analytic Network Process (ANP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are combined to evaluate the service capability of JIESNIS. Based on the background of the space-based network information system joint information environment support operation under the customized and active service mode, the simulation model is constructed. The proposed ANP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to evaluate the capability JIESNIS, meanwhile the effectiveness of the method is verified. © 2022 IEEE.

A Multi-Modal Multi-Objective Evolutionary Algorithm Based on Dual Decomposition and Subset Selection

Multi-modal multi-objective problems (MMOPs) arise frequently in real world applications, in which multiple Pareto-optimal solution sets (PSs) correspond to the same point on the Pareto front (PF). Diversity preservation is a crucial issue in multi-modal multi-objective evolutionary algorithms (MMEAs), which aims at evolving the population toward the PF and equivalent PSs with a uniform distribution and good spread. In spite of many diversity preservation approaches in MMEAs, most of them guarantee the diversity in decision space with a degraded performance in objective space. To address the above issues, this article proposes a MMEA based on dual decomposition and subset selection, which employes the weight vectors and grids to decompose both the objective and decision spaces. On the basis of dual decomposition, the mating selection are adaptively performed based on estimated optimization stages of current subproblem. Moreover, a subset with good diversity in both the objective and decision spaces are selected from the promising solutions ever collected during the evolution process. Experimental results on 22 benchmark problems demonstrate our advantages to maintain a more balanced diversity in both objective and decision spaces. © 2023, The Authors. All rights reserved.

The space-ground integrated network is one of the important information infrastructures of the country in the future. In order to display its network structure in all directions and from multiple angles, a multi-view visualization interactive analysis method is proposed. First introduces the relevant basic technology, and then constructs the network dynamic model, which is mainly divided into three parts: link visibility analysis, relative motion analysis and visualization model construction. Finally, the digital earth technology is based on a unified coordinate system and data source. Establish a multi-dimensional view on it and provide a variety of interactive operations. Experimental results show that this method can more comprehensively show the structure of the space-ground integrated network, and help users understand its evolutionary law. © 2021 IEEE.

At present, most of the existing methods combine the data from different views mechanically to obtain the latent subspace with complementary information, which not only fails to make full use of the data information from specific perspectives but also brings redundancy. Therefore, we propose a novel multi-view subspace clustering method. It utilizes cycle projection to obtain a subspace construction model. At the same time, by learning the global structure and local manifold structure of this subspace while assigning learnable weights to different views, the consensus information among views and specific information from different views are captured according to the importance of different views. In this way, our method effectively reduces the original noise and redundancy, and further carries out the improvement of complementarity and consistency among views. The proposed method is optimized by using the Augmented Lagrangian Multiplier with Alternating Direction Minimization (ALM- ADM) algorithm. Experiment results on benchmark datasets confirm the effectiveness of our method.

In view of the rapid development of process mining, the rapid update of related algorithms, and the urgent need to sort out a reasonable classification method, the research on the current status of process mining algorithm classification is carried out. First, conduct statistical visualization analysis of process mining algorithms from different data sources, then analyze and summarize the specific algorithm classification literature at home and abroad in chronological order, and discuss its classification methods and advantages and disadvantages. From the research results, there are four main classification methods of algorithms, among which, based on the characteristics of the algorithm, it has the advantages of small crossover and obvious algorithm characteristics. © 2021 IEEE.

In the context of diversified types of weapon and equipment and massive data quantification, how to model and store, manage and apply the data of various types of weapon and equipment is a problem that needs to be solved. The article analyzes the characteristics of the weapon and equipment system and proposes a method to construct the knowledge graph of the weapon and equipment system based on this method, which first constructs the ontology in the top-down order, then defines the edge nodes and fills in the structured data. Finally, the application is carried out according to the constructed knowledge graph, and the future development direction is proposed. © 2021 IEEE.
