Malicious code is characterized by a large number of types, rapid increase in number, continuous update of transmission routes, and continuous enhancement of back analysis and back detection methods. Therefore, how to effectively detect and analyze malicious code has been a problem of great concern. This paper studies the features of binary file and disassembly file of malicious code, introduces the concept of information gain, and proposes a method to construct the multi-dimensional characteristic graph of malicious code. Finally, the convolutional neural network is used to classify the multi-dimensional feature graph of malicious code, which provides a new idea for the feature extraction of malicious code. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In order to make full use of the concept of model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and the collaborative design capability of the open model-based engineering environment (OpenMBEE) in establishing complex product development platform, we propose an effective method to solve the problem of unified identity authentication in OpenMBEE integration. The proposed method is based on the Model View Controller(MVC) architecture in OpenMBEE, which has the characteristics strong plasticity and can be benefit for expanding the function in the controller layer. In our research, we make full use of the Software Development Kit (SDK) of OpenMBEE to expand the existing functions in the controller layer, and increase the function of communicating with the application development platform, then realize the function of sharing user authentication information between the development platform and OpenMBEE. After expansion, the system includes three modules, including the Front-end Service Module(FSM), MQ based Information Receiving Service Module(IFRSM), and the OpenMBEE Back-end Server Module(BSM). The effectiveness of the proposed strategies is verified by some practical instances, which verifies that our study can provide an effective design idea for the identity authentication in OpenMBEE integration. ©2021 IEEE

In the knowledge graph question answering, the graph neural network can be used to encode the subgraph nodes related to the question entity to select the correct answer node. However, existing researches mainly focus on the modalities for the node encoding with graph neural network, ignoring that different types of subgraphs have different requirements for encoding information. To overcome the problem, this paper divides the subgraph into two types: the searching graph and the extending graph. Then we propose an answer extraction method with graph attention network for the searching graph, which can weight the information of neighbor nodes with different attention instead of the average. The hierarchical attention is also introduced to integrate question information into the subgraph node embedding to obtain the node presentation with question dependency. The accuracy of 48.2% is achieved on the CommonsenseQA dataset, which is much higher than the random guess (20%). In addition, the accuracy of the simplified model with no hierarchical attention decreases by 3.5%, which indicates the hierarchical attention mechanism can improve the predictive performance of the proposed model. © 2020 IEEE.

As the development of data visualization technology, it becomes more and more convenient to commit data analyzing and mining in some research areas. Data visualization paves the way to understand the abstract numbers in an intuitive manner. This paper focuses on the hyperspectral data analysis by visualization. We research the ray casting based volume data rendering method and propose the method termed Volume Rendering of Hyperspectral Data(VRHD) to visualize the hyperspectral data. The triple control elements including color, transparency and visual district are proposed to do the data analysis and solve the overlapping problem in cubic data visualization by traditional screen. The results prove that the proposed algorithm can help the data user or analyzer to grasp the character of the data such as noise distribution in an integral view. © 2020 IEEE.

It provides useful reference for the theoretical and technical research of information system top-level design.

With the surge of emergency task demand,largescale Earth observation satellite emergency scheduling has become a practical problem which is urgent to be *** view of this situation,this paper analyzes the constrains and conflict relationship in this problem,and proposes a DQNbased hyperheuristic *** algorithm includes encoding and decoding,deep Q-network and several low-level heuristic operators.A Markov decision model of this problem is established and 7 low-level heuristic operators are designed according the feature of this *** training,DQN behaves well when selecting operators for the scheduling ***,several groups of comparative experiments verify the algorithm's ability in solving large-scale satellite emergency scheduling problems.

For the earth observation satellite mission planning problem, objectives such as observed target quantity, observation profit, energy consumption, image quality should be considered simultaneously, which is a many-objective optimization problem. Classical optimization-based mission planning algorithms obtain a set of non-dominated solutions in the entire search space, while only a single satisfy final plan is desired by decision maker. In this paper, a five-objective optimization model for satellite mission planning problem is constructed, then a region preference-based evolutionary algorithm, HMOEA-T, is applied to obtain the desired solutions. The decision makers describe the preference on each objective in target region form, then the algorithm guides a more detailed search within the preference region rather than the entire Pareto front. Comparative studies with preference-based methods(T-NSGA-III) and classical methods(NSGA-III) are conducted. We have exemplified the proposed method manage to obtain the solutions satisfying the mission planning preference and achieve better performance in convergence and diversity.

Sentence semantic matching requires understanding the semantic relationship between two sentences, which is widely used in various natural language tasks such as paraphrase identification, natural language inference and question answering. Usually, the underlying structure of sentence is not strictly sequential, this structure is hierarchical. This paper studies how to better model the hierarchical structure of sentence for semantic matching. Recent research suggests that BERT implicitly captures classical, tree-like structures. Based on this, this paper proposes to further enhance the strength of modeling hierarchical structure of language with an advanced variant of LSTM-Ordered Neurons LSTM(ON-LSTM), which introduces a syntax-oriented inductive bias to perform the composition of classical tree structure. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed approach, which enhances hierarchical structure of language, significantly improves the performance of sentence semantic matching. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In view of the actual decentralized development of the satellite service constellation and the trend of space-ground integrated information network, based on the idea of clustering, methodology of complex network community structure, a business scenario-oriented satellite network structure is designed. On the one hand, it reflects the different separation and integration of satellite constellations in business scenarios. On the other hand, the "head node"mechanism is introduced to be responsible for the interaction between constellation in different business scenarios. The satellite network structure is modeled using the growth and priority connection mechanism, and through computational derivation and simulation validation, the scale-free characteristics of the satellite network are revealed. Finally, through the simulation experiments on different satellite network parameters, the effect of different parameters on the static geometry, network efficiency, etc., are obtained. The influence of the law of the network will provide theoretical and methodological reference for the design of satellite network structure. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Main lobe interferences usually cause the distortion and peak offset of main lobe and the heighten of side lobe level in adaptive beamformers. The block matrix algorithm utilized the direction vector which was determined by both the antenna arrays and the direction of interference to eliminate the main lobe interference. But this algorithms is sensitive to the error occurred in the interference arrive angle and would consume the array of degrees of freedom. In this paper a new algorithm is proposed which projects the receive signal into a space which is orthogonal to the signal subspace to achieve the goal. The space can get by three steps. Frist we obtain eigenvalues by the decomposition of the covariance matrix of the snapshots to evaluate the noise power. Then we get a new matrix by removing the noise from the covariance matrix of the snapshots. At last we get the target space by conducting the singular value decomposition to the new matrix. Performance is mainly assessed in terms of the beamforming gain and the signal to interference and noise (SINR) ratio. The computer simulation shows the effective of this method. © 2020 Institute of Physics Publishing. All rights reserved.
