In the problem of collaborative situational awareness, the single sensor inevitably has random errors, systematic errors, false alarms, and missed alarms. To improve the accuracy of target association in the above cases, this paper proposes an anti-bias target association method based on the Laplacian spectrum and Kuhn-Munkres (KM) algorithm. The main contributions of the paper include addressing the coupling problem between system error calibration and target association through two stages, focusing on the structural characteristics of the target formation in the first stage and the absolute position of the target itself in the second stage. The algorithm takes into account both factors and achieves accurate association under complex errors. The test results demonstrate that the proposed method effectively improves the accuracy of anti-bias target association. © Beijing HIWING Scientific and Technological Information Institute 2024.

A generic anti-windup compensation strategy under Linear Active Disturbance Rejection Control scheme is proposed. The difference, between the controller output and the actuator output, after multiplied by a tunable parameter, together with controller output, is fed back to the extended state observer to compensate controller windup. While windup problem arises in control system, the controller output is expectedly produced, and the disadvantageous influence of nonlinearity on closed-loop dynamics is distinctly alleviated. The approach is employed to a near space vehicle with fin-deflection saturation. The numerical simulations show that the proposed approach has the better effectiveness in active disturbance rejection control designed situation than some previous anti-windup compensation strategy. © 2023 IEEE.

Target data detected by multi-sensors often differ from each other due to different sensor performances, resulting in uncertainty of target identity information. Traditional Dempster-Shafer (DS) evidence theory may achieve counter-intuitive outcomes facing evidence conflicts caused by the uncertainty. Aiming for this, a novel target identity fusion method based on improved DS evidence theory is proposed in this paper. Specifically, the method considers the correlation between evidences and the importance of evidences integrally. First, an improved conflict measurement method based on Pearson correlation coefficient matrix is devised to measure the evidence credibility. Next the information volume of evidences is measured by Deng-entropy to indicate the evidence uncertainty. Then the credibility and uncertainty are weighted and combined to modify the basic probability assignment (BPA) of evidences. Ultimately, the modified evidences are fused by Dempster's combination rule to acquire the final results. Through three numerical analysis examples, this paper demonstrates the superiority of the proposed method over typical previous approaches, which can effectively process evidence conflicts in multi-sensors information fusion. © 2023 IEEE.

In this study, we have devised an innovative strategy for active vibration control in plates by harnessing modal space control techniques. Our methodology encompasses the creation of a dynamic model to capture the plate's vibrational dynamics and subsequent simulation of its behavior. Building upon this, we have established a streamlined state-space representation, thereby simplifying the integration of control methodologies. To further optimize the control system's performance, we have meticulously optimized the placement of actuators and sensors. The culmination of our efforts is reflected in compelling numerical findings, underscoring the efficacy of our proposed active vibration control system. Notably, our system exhibits a remarkable ability to effectively curtail vibration displacement in the plate, reinforcing its potential impact in practical applications. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

With the rapid development of information technology and space technology, the important position of space-based information support equipment is increasingly prominent. However, the increasing types and quantities of space-based information support equipment also put forward higher requirements for the formulation of combat plans, decision-making and deployment of combat equipment. In this paper, based on the seven-step method, an ontology construction method suitable for space-based information support equipment is proposed, and the ontology construction tool Protégé is used to realize the ontology modeling of space-based information support equipment. By acquiring open source satellite data, the knowledge map construction tool Neo4j is used to construct the knowledge map of space-based information support equipment. Finally, the space-based information support equipment conforming to the combat mission can be obtained to provide assistance for the formulation of the combat plan and the decision of equipment utilization. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

This paper demonstrates the coupling relationship between Finite Element (FE) models and Statistical Energy Analysis (SEA) models based on wave theory and modal theory. A vehicle hybrid FE-SEA model is established by considering points, lines, surfaces, and loads. The VA One software is utilized to construct material and acoustic packages for the mixed model materials and acoustic media, and to perform vehicle cabin noise simulation analysis. This study investigates the effects of acoustic materials and damping materials on vehicle cabin noise under different working conditions, obtaining sound pressure level curves at the driver’s head under various conditions. By adding different structures of sound-absorbing materials to the model, the vibration and sound radiation performance of the cabin body panels are compared. Considering the comprehensive factors such as weight and driver’s comfort, an optimized design scheme for vehicle cabin noise reduction and vibration damping is proposed. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

Dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)plasma actuators are widely used in active flow control due to their simple design and rapid ***,they need more effectiveness and discharge *** overcome these limitations,a sector-shaped dielectric barrier discharge(SS-DBD)plasma actuator with an adjustable jet angle was developed to enhance flow control *** flow field dynamics induced by the SS-DBD plasma actuator were quantitatively analyzed using particle image velocimetry(PIV).Experimental investigations showed that precise adjustments to the actuation voltage can modulate the maximum velocity of the induced ***,a quasi-linear relationship between the sector-shaped angles of the SS-DBD and the deflected jet angles was established,indicating that changes in the sector-shaped angles directly influence the direction of the deflected *** correlation enables precise control over jet angles,significantly enhancing flow control by adjusting the SS-DBD-PA's sector-shaped angle.

The three-electrode sliding dielectric barrier discharge(TES-DBD) plasma actuator significantly enhances the ionization rate and momentum exchange between charged particles and neutral particles by incorporating a parallel DC electrode into the standard DBD design. This design improves the body force and induced jet velocity while allowing flexible control of the induced jet angle, overcoming the limitations of discharge extension and uncontrollable direction in traditional DBD plasma actuators. An integrated plasma power supply has been designed specifically for TES-DBD plasma actuators, streamlining the power supply management. The methodology involves designing the circuit topology for the TES-DBD power supply, followed by simulating and validating its operating principles using Multisim software. The operational performance of the power supply is evaluated through a comprehensive analysis of its electrical,thermal, and aerodynamic properties specific to TES-DBD plasma actuation.

The diesel engine works by converting the thermal energy of fuel combustion into mechanical energy. Its actual working process is extremely complex, and the thermodynamic and dynamics processes are highly coupled. In the existing simulation model, the dynamic and thermodynamic processes are calculated separately. In this paper, the dynamic equation of diesel engine is introduced into the zero-dimensional model of classical diesel engine, and the thermal–mechanical coupling equation of diesel engine is established. The correctness of the thermal–mechanical coupling model is verified by comparing with the classical zero-dimensional combustion model. The thermal–mechanical coupling model established in this paper improves the accuracy and authenticity of diesel engine simulation analysis, and is of great significance to the thermodynamic and dynamics analysis of diesel engines. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

A nonsingular cooperative guidance law is developed for multiple vehicles to strike a stationary target simultaneously under the seekers’ field-of-view (FOV) limited condition. First, a cooperative guidance law without considering the FOV limits is designed by augmenting the circular guidance law with a biased cooperative term based on the fixed-time convergent error dynamic. Then, a couple of auxiliary functions are inserted in the cooperative term to satisfy the FOV constraints and address the command singularity issue, respectively. With the developed guidance law, multiple vehicles can execute salvo attack missions with continuous guidance commands and without violating the FOV limits. Finally, the feasibility and performance of the cooperative guidance law are illustrated by numerical simulation. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.
