Inverse synthetic aperture radar (ISAR) images that characterize the complete scattering characteristics of enemy aircraft are difficult to be obtained due to the attitude sensitivity of aircraft targets. An interpolation method based on the principal component analysis (PCA) is proposed to achieve the interpolation of ISAR images in this paper. First, an ISAR image pre-processing method is proposed to reduce the effect of ISAR image rotation characteristics. Then, the principle of PCA is analyzed and a 'pairwise' principle is proposed based on the analysis of the image features corresponding to the eigenvalues of ISAR images to inverse ISAR images. Finally, a spherical manifold that characterizes ISAR images with different attitudes is established, while interpolation of ISAR images is achieved by interpolation of geodesic lines on the spherical manifold. Furthermore, compared with the image pixel point interpolation, the deep learning method, and the proposed method in this paper, simulation results indicate that the proposed method is promising. © 2023 IEEE.

complex simulation systems usually need to satisfy the credibility requirements and the credibility of complex simulation systems is inextricably linked to the credibility of simulation sub-systems. Hence, in order to guarantee the credibility of complex simulation systems meets requirements, it is necessary to allocate the credibility of simulation sub-systems. complex simulation systems are composed of several correlative simulation sub-systems and their credibility has correlation relationships, which makes it difficult to obtain the credibility of simulation sub-systems quickly. The existing works mostly ignore the relationships between the sub-systems and are difficult to generate the credibility allocation results of simulation sub-systems. In this paper, we model the credibility allocation problem as a probabilistic inference problem based on the pairwise Markov random field (PMRF). In addition, we apply several inference algorithms to perform the inference exactly and approximately in the credibility PMRF. Finally, experiments are conduted on the air defense combat complex simulation system, and the experiment results demonstrate that the proposed method can obtain the credibility allocation results quickly and accurately. © 2023 The Authors.

New requirements for coordinated aircraft attacks have been introduced with the development of the anti-missile systems. To address the problem of multi-flight collaborative strike, this paper proposes a distributed collaborative guidance strategy that allows for efficient information interaction. Based on the principle of distributed communication topology, the cooperative guidance law is designed to control each vehicle simultaneously in terms of velocity magnitude and direction, so that the state information of each vehicle converges quickly. The purpose of sequential arrival of vehicles is achieved, and a cooperative attack guidance law with good stability and high reliability is constructed. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

The cooperative search strategy is designed with the distributed model predictive method in this paper. For the rationality of decision-making of UAV swarm in different stages of the cooperative search, a dynamic parameter selection method based on the expert system is proposed. The weight of the objective function is adjusted online through the expert system so that the result of the search decision is more in line with the task requirements. Besides, a jump grid method is proposed for grid selection in cooperative search so that the UAV can select non-adjacent grids as the search point for the next time. The UAV's search frequency and trajectory maneuverability can be changed by adjusting the number of jump grids through the expert system. The simulation shows that the UAV with the expert system can dynamically adjust the search interval and search requirements, making the UAV swarm able to quickly discover targets, explore unknown areas, ensure collision avoidance, and meet the boundary constraints. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

With the explosive growth in data communications and internet services, public key cryptography such as RSA is crucial for information privacy and security. As an important research topic, RSA can support confidentiality, authentication, data integrity and non-reputation for networks. In the process of the RSA algorithm, modular arithmetic is a fundamental operator, which requires a long time to execute, especially since the size of modular is at least 256 bits for long-term security. Montgomery Modular Multiplication (MMM) algorithm and Montgomery Modular Exponentiation (MME) algorithm are the two most popular solutions to implement modular arithmetic efficiently. But the execution time of modular arithmetic is still too long under some of the conditions. To further accelerate the modular arithmetic, this paper proposes a FPGA-based hardware architecture for MMM and MME algorithm, in which the size of the modular is 256 bits. The delay of the adder's long carry propagation in MMM algorithm is eliminated by using carry-lookahead adder. In addition, the architexture contains a finite state machine to implement the MME algorithm and repeatedly execute the MMM algorithm. To verify the performance of the hardware architecture, the hardware design is mapped to a special device. And execution time is compared between FPGA and CPU. The result shows hardware implementation is executed 1752.5 and 628.9 times faster than the software implementation for MMM algorithm and MME algorithm respectively. © 2022 IEEE.

The length of ships plays an important role in target classification and recognition, but to estimate ships' length in real time is difficult by traditional single radar observation. To solve this problem, the dual-radar collaborative observation method is proposed in this study to jointly calculate the ship length, by using the obtained HRRP (High Range Resolution Profile). The effect of SNR (signal-to-noise ratio) on estimation error of system parameters and the ship length estimated is simulated. The results show that the method can estimate the ship length effectively, the estimation error of the ship length is not more than one meter under high SNR (more than 10dB), which provides a reference for feature extraction and target recognition of ships. © The Institution of Engineering & technology 2023.

An improved quantum-real hybrid genetic algorithm (IQGA-RGA) with a segmental-reconstruction jamming-signal optimization model is proposed for the segmental reconstruction of a multi-false target jamming-signal optimization problem. The jamming evaluation function is set based on the mean-level constant false-alarm detection threshold, and the objective function is optimized using IQGA-RGA. The introduction of local quantum catastrophes at the early stage of evolution improves the optimization speed of the algorithm at an early stage. With improved optimization effect under the initial quantum coding condition, the optimization result of the real-coded genetic algorithm at the later stage is closer to the global optimal solution. Simulation results show that compared with the real number-coded genetic algorithm and quantum genetic algorithm, the IQGA-RGA has the characteristics of fast convergence speed and strong optimization searching ability, and it can effectively solve the optimization problem of segmented reconstructed jamming signals. © The Institution of Engineering & technology 2023.

To solve the problem that current dynamic intention recognition methods fail to make full use of time domain variation information between multi-temporal group targets, which leads to low accuracy of intention recognition. This paper proposes a bidirectional convolutional long short term memory-attention network for marine formation target intention recognition. The network takes the multi-source trajectory data of the marine ship formation target as the input, extracts and uses the target change rule and time domain characteristics of the Marine formation data, and trains the model to have the ability to independently learn the weight of information in different time periods. The simulation results show that the method has good performance and can meet the needs of practical application. © 2023 IEEE.

Traditional deep learning models firmly rely on a large amount of labeled data during pre-training. Whereas it lacks generalization in the face of unfamiliar categories. Recently, few-shot learning is a hot topic in computer vision to classify unseen classes with limited labels. A representative approach is to extract features from the support and query sets, respectively, and compare similarities via metric learning. However, convolutional neural networks often focus only on a local region and ignore the global region, which severely reduces the accuracy of the matching. Specifically, in this paper, we pile lightweight attention-based blocks in the embedding module, which combines an adaptive kernel size 2D convolutional network with a cross-channel attention mechanism to encode multi-scale features and implicitly increase the receptive field. The SE-relation module chooses to construct learnable non-linear comparators to compare the relationship utilizing channel information. Finally, we show experimental results on standard few-shot testing benchmarks such as mini-ImageNet and tiered-ImageNet to demonstrate effectiveness. © 2023 ACM.

This paper describes the design and demonstration of a hybrid integrated 210260 GHz self-biased frequency tripler based on planar Schottky diodes. Two Schottky diodes are placed in reversed parallel on the circuit. Then, a self-bias resistor is connected to the circuit to provide a DC bias. The bias voltage is changed by adjusting the resistances, so that the tripler can fit in the best working state. In addition, the current saturation effect is considered in the nonlinear simulation of the circuit to obtain more accurate simulated results. The proposed tripler was fabricated on a 50-um thickness quartz substrate circuit and housed in split waveguide blocks. Measured results show that the tripler exhibits a peak output power of 6.4 dBm at 220 GHz with 20 dBm pumped power and a wide 3 dB bandwidth of 21 % from 210 GHz to 260 GHz with a conversion efficiency above 2.2%. © 2022 IEEE.
