The ability of particles to stabilize liquid films has broad applications in many fields,such as drug delivery,biofuel catalysis,and crude-oil *** mechanism of particles to stabilize emulsions has been widely ***,how particles affect the stability of suspension films is still ***,the dynamics of bacterial particles on free liquid films during evaporation is obtained by direct microscopic *** find that the initial concentration of the bacterial solution affects the evolution of the shapes and stabilities of liquid *** liquid film with a low bacterial concentration exhibits a drainage and rupture process similar to pure water,and bacteria would be evacuated during the evaporation of liquid ***,when the bacterial concentration is high,bacteria form a single-layer array in the center of the film and greatly enhance the stability of the liquid *** demonstrate that these two distinct film evaporation dynamics are caused by the difference in the lateral capillary force of the particles at different positions on the liquid film,which is not affected by the active motility of ***,our research reveals the critical role of bacteria concentration in stabilizing suspension liquid film.

This paper introduces in detail the origin of the development of automatic control methods, applications and current research hotspots. It also introduces some control methods commonly used in industrial and agricultural production, and expounds the current application hotspots and new advanced control methods that are developing rapidly. The background, current situation and classification of the inverted pendulum platform are introduced in detail. In the first chapter, the LQR method in modern control theory is introduced in detail. The influence of parameters is analyzed through simulink space modeling and simulation control experiment. At the same time, the real-time experiment is also done in combination with the hardware platform. In the second chapter, the fuzzy control theory in intelligent control is introduced in detail. By combining fuzzy control with LQR method, suitable LQR parameters are calculated by pole assignment. After proper adjustment, reasonable fuzzy rules are adopted and adaptive fuzzy control principle is applied to adjust the control situation in real time. Using simulink space modeling, a good simulation control effect is obtained. Finally, the summary is made.

Both concentrations and emissions of many air pollutants have been decreasing due to implement of control measures in China,in contrast to the fact that an increase in emissions of non-methane hydrocarbons(NMHCs)has been *** study employed seven years continuous NMHCsmeasurements and the related activities data of Shanghai,a megacity in China,to explore evolution of emissions and effectiveness of air pollution control *** mixing ratio of NMHCs showed no statistical interannual changes,of which their compositions exhibited marked *** resulted in a decreasing trend of ozone formation potential by 3.8%/year(p<0.05,the same below),which should be beneficial to ozone pollution mitigation as its production in Shanghai is in the NMHCs-limited *** alkanes,aromatics and acetylene changed by+3.7%/year,-5.9%/year and-7.4%/year,respectively,and alkenes showed no apparent *** sources were apportioned by a positive matrix factorization ***,vehicular emissions(-5.9%/year)and petrochemical industry emissions(-7.1%/year)decreased significantly,but the decrease slowed down;significant reduction in solvent usage(-9.0%/year)appeared after 2010;however,emissions of natural gas(+12.6%/year)and fuel evaporation(with an increasing fraction)became more *** inconsistency between observations and inventories was found in interannual trend and speciation as well as source contributions,emphasizing the need for further validation in NMHCs emission *** study confirms the effectiveness of measures targeting mobile and centralized emissions from industrial sources and reveals a need focusing on fugitive emissions,which provided new insights into future air policies in polluted region.

Integrated navigation technology is widely used in aviation, aerospace, sailing and other ground-based navigation equipment, the inertial navigation system (INS) is the most common tool. In practice, the key to navigation is precise position, and the position is cooperated with the image matching. According to the label results after image matching, the position of sensor can be calculated. However, the label results cannot be get in every period, what’ more, he output results of the inertial navigation system (INS) is with big error, thus the article studied an algorithm of INS error correction based on the intermittent label measurement, in which the cubature kalman filter is used. After that, it also studied the influencing factor of the labels, such as the label error by match, the count of label, the area of label, thus the INS positioning error can be reduced in line with the engineering guarantee. © 2022, The Editor(s) (if applicable) and The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Semantic Coherence Guided Multiview Similarity for Image Classification with Varied Supervision

Pairwise similarity has been widely used for image classification by propagating the class information from labeled images to unlabeled images and predicting the classes of unlabeled images accordingly. Although widely used, pairwise similarity based classification methods have two drawbacks. On one hand, visual-semantic similarity consistency does not always hold due to semantic gap. On the other hand, the reliability of pairwise similarity is also influenced by the number and underlying distribution of labeled images. A well-designed classification model cannot be easily generalized to few-shot classification tasks. To solve these two problems, in this article, we propose a semantic coherence guided multiview similarity (SCG-MV) for image classification method with varied supervision levels. We measure the semantic coherence between image pairs for classifier learning. This is achieved by first conducting line search along the line segment between each image pair, and then measure the semantics of each interval. The similarity of one image pair can then be obtained by aggregating the semantic coherence of all the intervals. In this way, we can model image similarities more finely and discriminatively. To make use of multiview information, we also use the semantic coherence guided image similarities to learn multiview classifiers. The proposed semantic coherence guided method can be combined with other similarity based methods for image classification with various levels of supervision. We conduct both few-shot and fully supervised classification experiments on four datasets with the results well prove the discriminative power and generalization ability of the proposed method. © 2020 IEEE.

Range gate pull-off (RGPO) Jamming disrupts tracking capability of radar system by strategically increasing the latency of radar signal. Hence this kind of active deception jamming is widely adopted. The quantitative assessment and evaluation of RGPO Jamming effects on radar systems is of great significance for enhancing radar anti-jamming capabilities. However, difficulties exist in establishing a mathematical model for analyzing the jamming effects through theoretical analyses. Both the complexity of different radar systems and randomness of radar tracking processes add to this challenge. These factors result in substantial workload to analyze jamming effects. Considering these challenges, a modelling method for RGPO effects on radar based on digital simulation results is introduced in this study. Firstly, the radar range tracking model was established. Through the qualitative analyses of the process of RGPO jamming effect and the principle of affecting the tracking loop, it was found that the rate of a successful pulling off would show a precipitous drop after the pulling speed exceeds a certain threshold. This conclusion was verified in the simulation results of the RGPO effect simulation system. On this basis, to build the relationship between the maximum pull-off speed and the Jamming-to-Signal Ratio (JSR), a modelling method based on spline interpolation and least squares fitting was proposed in this study. The work contributes to a deeper understanding of the impact of RGPO Jamming on radar tracking, and provides valuable insights for bolstering radar countermeasures.

An innovative three-dimensional cooperative guidance law for striking stationary target, based on proximal policy optimization (PPO), is introduced. This novel guidance law directly correlates engagement state information with the navigation ratio of proportional navigation guidance (PNG). Initially, the cooperative homing guidance problem is transformed into a Markov decision process, and the reward function incorporates considerations for the zero-effort-miss (ZEM) and the consensus error of time-to-go. Subsequently, the cooperative homing guidance problem is transposed into the framework of reinforcement learning (RL). Ultimately, the effectiveness of the cooperative homing guidance solution is validated through numerical simulations, encompassing agent model training and Monte Carlo cases.

Fault diagnosis and isolation is important for industrial system. In this paper, a kernel canonical variate analysis(KCVA) is proposed for fault isolation. KCVA is originally used as a data dimension reduction technique which can account for nonlinearity and correlations in the industrial dynamical process data. But there are some difficulties using KCVA in the construction of the contribution for the fault isolation. On the one hand, it is difficult to compute the contributions of individual variables because it is scarcely possible to find an inverse mapping from the feature space to the original space. On the other hand, a smearing effect is hardly avoided. To solve the problem, a KCVA-based contributions is proposed using the state subspace and the residual subspace which can isolate the faulty variables effectively. Simulations are conducted on the Tennessee Eastman process to verify the performance of the proposed method.

Polysaccharide-based membranes with excellent mechanical properties are highly desired. However, severe mechanical deterioration under wet conditions limits their biomedical applications. Here, inspired by the structural heterogeneity of strong yet hydrated biological materials, we propose a strategy based on heterogeneous crosslink-and-hydration（HCH） of a molecule/nano dual-scale network to fabricate polysaccharide-based nanocomposites with robust wet mechanical properties. The heterogeneity lies in that the crosslink-and-hydration occurs in the molecule-network while the stress-bearing nanofiber-network remains unaffected. As one demonstration, a membrane assembled by bacterial cellulose nanofiber-network and Ca2+-crosslinked and hydrated sodium alginate molecule-network is designed. Studies show that the crosslinked-and-hydrated molecule-network restricts water invasion and boosts stress transfer of the nanofiber-network by serving as interfibrous bridge. Overall, the molecule-network makes the membrane hydrated and flexible; the nanofiber-network as stress-bearing component provides strength and *** HCH dual-scale network featuring a cooperative effect stimulates the design of advanced biomaterials applied under wet conditions such as guided bone regeneration membranes.
