Research on preventive maintenance strategy of multi-equipment system based on the internet of things

Maintenance activities of equipment are closely related to the condition of equipment and the production demand in the production system consisting of multi-equipment. The operational status of equipment determines the preventive maintenance scheme. To satisfy the maximum production demand, this research combines the Internet of Things (IoT) technology to monitor the operational status of multi-equipment in real time. Based on this, we put forward the strategies for the Preventive Maintenance (PM) by proposing the thresholds such as optimum PM interval, the minimum PM interval and maximum postponement period of PM. In the research a production demand-based PM scheduling model is proposed. Then, a genetic algorithm-based simulation optimisation was used to conduct the case solution. Results show that the strategies proposed are able to effectively coordinate the PM activities of multi-equipment, which is under the real-time condition monitoring, in the case of limits of production demand. Architecture design technology and its reference resources have important theoretical and technical support for the top-level design of information *** on the analysis of architecture technology and function, this paper systematically studies the connotation and development history of the architecture design framework of the US army, and sorts out the main reference resources of the architecture design of the US army, such as the common joint task list, information system interoperability level model, joint technology architecture. It provides useful reference for the theoretical and technical research of information system top-level design.

In the foundry, the start-up and development of new castings requires considerable time and manpower required for the inevitable adjustment of process parameters and tooling. This process becomes particularly difficult in the context of existing, ongoing production. This requires the specialist breadth and multidisciplinary knowledge that determines the freedom of creativity, as well as a serious motivation to actively use in his work the possibilities of modern technology and systems of automatic modeling of foundry processes (SAM FP). The main difficulties encountered in solving the problems of the technological preparation of the casting production are the complexity of the mathematical description. This makes it difficult to apply well-known modeling programs in the foundry technology preparation. Despite this, computer simulation is becoming an integral part of the mold preparation processes. It helps to increase the competitiveness of the foundry, as more and more customers appear, which in the list of requirements to the manufacturer of castings, require the use of computer simulation. The use of SAM FP makes it possible to work out the nuances of the foundry technology on the virtual prototype of the made casting. This reduces or completely eliminates the need for trial castings, reduces the technology design process and reduces the cost of casting. Visualization of the physical processes of the foundry technology, such as the filling of the molten mold cavity, cooling and solidification of the metal, its warping under the influence of thermal stresses allows a better understanding of the features of these processes, and therefore, to manage them more effectively in order to reduce mold defects and increase the yield of good. This paper presents development of silumin casting technology using the program LVMFlow.

The mechanical force between cells and the extracellular microenvironment is crucial to many physiological processes such as cancer metastasis and stem cell differentiation. Mitosis plays an essential role in all these processes and thus an in-depth understanding of forces during mitosis gains insight into disease diagnosis and disease treatment. Here, we develop a traction force microscope method based on monolayer fluorescent beads for measuring the weak traction force (tens of Pa) of mitotic cells in three dimensions. We quantify traction forces of human ovarian granulosa (KGN) cells exerted on the extracellular matrix throughout the entire cell cycle in three dimensions. Our measurements reveal how forces vary during the cell cycle, especially during cell division. Furthermore, we study the effect of paclitaxel (PTX) and nocodazole (NDZ) on mitotic KGN cells through the measurement of traction forces. Our results show that mitotic cells with high concentrations of PTX exert a larger force than those with high concentrations of NDZ, which proved to be caused by changes in the structure and number of microtubules. These findings reveal the key functions of microtubule in generating traction forces during cell mitosis and explain how dividing cells regulate themselves in response to anti-mitosis drugs. This work provides a powerful tool for investigating cell-matrix interactions during mitosis and may offer a potential way to new therapies for cancer.

In recent years, rapid progress of deep learning has resulted in object detection algorithms based on deep neural networks nearly completely replacing traditional methods. This shift has led to significant improvements in both accuracy and speed of object detection. However, deep neural networks that support decision-making inobject detection are complex black boxes with hidden internal logic and operations. This lack of transparency results in deep learning models being unexplainable, which limits their practical deployment. In this paper, we analyze the current state and future trends of interpretable technology in object detection and propose an effective object detection interpretable algorithm. This algorithm aims to explain the underlying logic of AI decision-making and provide support for the high performance and credibility of object detection algorithms based on deep neural networks through quantitative evaluation indicators.

When using Gm-APD Lidar for depth imaging through realistic fog, the echo signal of the target is submerged in the background noise due to the strong absorption and scattering characteristics of the fog particles, resulting in serious defect of the recovered depth image of the target. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a dual-parameter estimation algorithm based on continuous wavelet transform (CWT) and maximum likelihood estimation (MLE) to improve the accuracy of fog signal estimation. Then the target and the fog signal are separated by estimating the fog signal of each pixel. Finally, the depth image of the separated target is processed by cross pixel complement and median filtering algorithms to improve the integrity of the target image. The experimental results show that, compared with the traditional algorithm, the target recovery of the reconstructed image is improved by 0.337, and the relative average ranging error is reduced by 0.3897. This research improves the weather adaptability of Gm-APD Lidar. © 2021 SPIE.

Edges are critical important for the visual appearance of images. The traditional denoising algorithms are difficult to preserve the edges of the image while removing the noise of ICCD sensing image. At the same time, it is difficult to eliminate the problems of image darkness and low resolution caused by uneven illumination. This paper proposes a multilevel filtering image denoising algorithm based on edge information fusion. The target edges detection of the image after non-local means (NL-means) filtering is carried out based on the eight-direction Sobel operator. In order to filter the false edge points and residual noise, an adaptive threshold is determined according to the mean and variance of the eight neighborhood pixels of the detected pixel. Meanwhile, homomorphic filtering is used to enhance the image contrast and uniformity. By comparing the pixel values of the edge image and the homomorphic filtered image, the final denoised image is obtained by fusing the two images. The results indicate that, compared with the traditional algorithms, the edge preserving ability of the proposed algorithm is improved by more than 20%, and the denoising ability is improved by 63.5% for building target. For specific targets (vehicle), the results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm have the maximum edge preserving index and contrast, and the minimum non-uniformity. This algorithm lays a foundation for target segmentation and recognition. © 2021 SPIE.

Debris Flow Susceptibility Mapping by Using Heterogeneous Data and Cnn Model

Susceptibility mapping plays a crucial role in debris flow prevention and control. One of the hardest hit areas by debris flows and a typical mountainous region, Nujiang Prefecture in the southwest of China, is selected as the study area. This paper conducts susceptibility mapping by directly applying a CNN model to DEM, remote sensing, lithology, soil type, lithology and precipitation data. First, each type of data is used as an independent input to extract shallow features. Then, feature fusion is conducted by channel shuffle and dense connection. Finally, precipitation is included to give the susceptibility. A novel loss function based on focal loss is proposed to improve the model performance. Compared with 7 conventional CNN models, our model reaches the highest accuracy of 86%. The kappa coefficient is at least 0.1 higher than other models. The kappa coefficient is also the highest compared with back propagation neural network, support vector machine and random forest. The obtained susceptibility map confirms well with the historical debris flow records and is more accurate than the previous study in this region. Furthermore, mid-feature visualization is used to demonstrate the feature extraction ability of our model. The extracted features, including slope and NDVI are highly consistent with the manually calculated ones. Our model also captures the water-flowing process. The new method has the potential to be applied to debris flow susceptibility assessment all over the world. © 2023, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Non-Singular Fixed-Time Robust Containment Control for Autonomous Surface Vehicles

For the containment control problem of autonomous surface vehicles with external disturbances, a novel non-singular fixed-time control scheme is developed, where the multi-ship system consists of real leaders and followers. In contrast with traditional containment cases studied in most of the existing literature, the real leaders are required to track the desired trajectories, and the followers need to get into the convex hull spanned by the real leaders in fixed time. The method for solving the fixed-time containment control problem is divided into the following steps: Firstly, a fixed-time disturbance observer is designed to estimate the external disturbance for the leaders and the followers, and the estimation result is used to compensate for the input of the control system;Second, combined with fixed-time stability theory and a switch function, a non-singular fixed-time trajectory tracking controller for leaders is designed, such that the position tracking error could be bounded within a fixed time;Third, to achieve formation efficiently, a non-singular fixed-time containment controller strategy incorporating with graph theory is proposed for coordinating followers, such that the fixed-time stability can be ensured. Finally, simulation examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. © 2023, The Authors. All rights reserved.
